We were swiftly checked in and shown to our room which is on the ground floor with pool access. I’d definitely recommend getting a ground floor room for this hotel as I feel in this location, the higher rooms don’t have any need for a view other than to the pool areas. Our room was a good size. It needed a smart TV though I believe that is being done soon. The shower pressure wasn’t great, they need the shower head with the balls that increases pressure and uses less water. Bring your own if you do that sort of thing! Your room comes with everything, including a minibar and mosquito repellent. Use it! Checking out was a little on the slow side but it was busy and you weren’t forgotten about when your room has been confirmed to be good to go. Another advantage of the pool access rooms is that you’re guaranteed the poolside seating at all times as the public part opposite is limited and can get busy. The staff, as with all Thai people, were super friendly and amazing. I would want to stay here again if I were to return to Phuket. It’s within walking distance to the whole area you’re in.

The room was decent, though a bit smaller than we had expected. It featured a mini-bar stocked with soft drinks, chips, candies, and chocolate bars, and during our stay, everything was complimentary. The bathroom was also pleasant, complete with a separate shower section. Additionally, there was a small balcony overlooking the pool. Among other amenities, the hotel provided a couple of large umbrellas for walks and excursions. We opted for the regular rooms. The location was prime, with everything within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which, to date, remains one of the best we've ever had. It offered a wide variety of Thai and Continental dishes, along with an array of bakery items. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel isn't too pricey except during peak times. However, as we experienced, from November to March, it can be expensive.

The hotel is great, but if you want a basic double room that is bright, choose one that is not on the ground floor. They clean the rooms every day, stock the minibar and towels. In the rooms there is a beach bag with 2 large, dark towels, (separate from those in the bathroom) a mat, flip-flops, and also an umbrella. The location is great, 5 minutes from the beach and the street with restaurants. Everywhere there are markets where you can buy everything at very good prices. You can also hire a taxi for 200 baht in front of the hotel.

We have booked a honeymoon room at this property. First impressions were OK, but experience is terrible - in this hotel, they do not understand the meanings of hospitality and service quality. We had one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel and despite following very restrictive WC usage policy (no toilet paper in) - OK, this is valid in most places in Thailand, our WC jammed - it is not a big deal, it happens, so we informed the reception -> long story short, they did not fix it for 3 days, even though we asked politely multiple times, never offer replacement room or even said sorry, so we had a honeymoon suite without a functioning toilet. We ordered laundry, the price is 300% what you pay on the street but we said OK, let's do it for the comfort -> we got dirty clothes back. We reported it, no apology, no 'can we do it again', just a bill with addition 20% of some hidden charges - not a big amount but still... Restaurant... low level food. Room condition.... poorly maintained. If this would be 20$ / night property, I would say OK, I also understand all the problems - they may happen everywhere - but their low level of care for their guests is not acceptable.

I was unable to stay at this hotel however, this review is for fantastic customer service. They were patient and understanding over the phone when I asked about the SHABA certificate. Plus gave a full refund after I communicated that I could not travel due to reasons outside of my control. The space looked amazing online but outside of that, if you want to be treated like a fellow human and speak with considerate, understanding people, this is the place for you.

Had a nice and pleasant stay here. The staff was warm and helpful. You do have to pay a refundable deposit when you check in. The breakfast spread was good and had a number of options. We also enjoyed the pool. The location was also quite nice, near the beach, but not with the beach view, not that it mattered for us.

Very nice hotel. Close to beach. Amazing swimming pool not deep. Only problem is shower which is a bit awkward. Needs to be redesigned. Have to use a stool to climb into the tub. Basically jumping over the toilet. Actually dangerous. Other than that this is a very nice hotel.

I have yet to stay here but already I’m very impressed with the customer service. Nu has been so amazing in the quick response in emailing back and gave us a discounted rate for the glam splash room to celebrate my second wedding anniversary. If the service is this good already I am excited to see what our stay will look like

It was the best hotel we've stayed in Phuket. The moment we stepped in, while preparing for check in they sent us to the guest waiting area with welcoming juices and cookies. The staff throughout hotel extremely helpful always with a smile. A special thanks to the girls Pink and Design (lovely, friendly and so helpful). Rooms are well equipped with all essentials. We got a honeymoon room with a bath outdoor and exit direct to the pool- can't dream of more. Breakfast super. Location is in the middle of everything, 2 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and food/clothes souq. We would definitely be back to the same hotel. From my side for the service provided I would give the 5*

Excellent hotel in the heart of Patong. We had a room with a jacuzzi - it wasn't sparkling clean, but did the trick. We really appreciated the refreshed minibar and snacks every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, but nothing to write home about. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Burasari!

We stayed 3nights in room 1307 good news is free mini bar 2 cans of beer and 2 cans of cola every day. We booked for pool view but we laughed when we saw the view🤣. Our room view for 1307 is the roof of the bar and at left have a tiny pool view. The room is okay good size bed but the toilet and shower were very small not advisable for big people. They have happy hour at the pool 1pm to 2pm we played pool but the pool table was a bit run down and lots of mosquitoes around. Happy hour 6pm was great. Breakfast was good selection too. We would be happy to stay in Burasari again in the future.

First trip to Thailand, second hotel we stayed at. Don't know what we were expecting, but we had an awesome time. Everything is within walking distance of this hotel. And even though there wasn't a beach view, the staff and amenities made up for it. The staff is very helpful and patient. The rooms are updated and welcoming. Just a word of advice...The in room flip flops are NOT complimentary. We figured out the hard and embarrassing way.

Beautiful place and wonderful service. Loved our stay last week! Rooms were clean and spacious, loved the day bed on the balcony, sheets and towels were fresh and smelled lovely and the room was made up to 'on arrival' standard each day. Beach towels and robes were a lovely touch, as was the refilled daily minibar. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty to choose from. All staff were friendly and helpful, but the incredible service from Kwang was our favourite part of our stay. He was absolutely committed to making sure our stay at Burasari was the best it could possibly be. Thank you Kwang!

Good place, it is worth the price and the stay there. Service is really good as well. Suitable for people looking for a very chilled vacation, family friendly, kids friendly and the room is spacious as well. Only that the room I am in, there isn't any hot water. But overall, is a good place to stay 😁

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the front desk to buffet to housekeeping, every single person I encountered was top notch. Just excellent service. The location is quite good. A few steps from the southern edge of Patong beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pools are nice. However, I had two negatives about this hotel. First, the hotel was built with many water features. Some of them are no longer in use and have stagnant pools of water at the bottom of their basin. This is a breeding ground for mosquitos and the mosquitos are everywhere. You have to keep your doors closed at all times or they will invade your room. Also, you should buy the mosquito repellent commonly sold at convenience stores and apply it liberally when you go outside. Second, the rooms are non-smoking but the outside areas are not. I'm allergic to cigarettes and this affected me badly. Many guests smoke so this was not great for me.

Hotel: 4 / 5 Stars Hotel Service and amenities: 5 / 5 We stayed here over the new year holiday and had a great experience. We were in a pool access room and definitely recommended it. There are a ton of complimentary snacks and drinks (that are restocked everyday!) which we really appreciated. The staff was very attentive, kind and fun. Hotel bars, pools, and restaurants have a fun vibe even when it's not super busy with covid. Only downside was that the room and hotel itself are a bit dated and run down. This is common all over thailand but the sewage smell was overwhelming at times. The smell was very strong by the pool tables, outside our room, and in the bathroom. Also pack your bug spray, there are quite a few mosquitoes

The rooms with pool access are awesome! Hotel located very near the beach. A bit worn and dated overall inside. Breakfast inedible. Didn’t try the spa. Charges for ice to the room.

I absolutely liked the hotel. Location: close to the “ping pong street”😂 and many many activities. Rooms are spacious. Great service, 2 big amazing pools. Happy hour on the pool bar and the stuff is super friendly. Also if you choose to do a couple massage there they provide you a room for that! Definitely will come again 💙

When entering the hotel you think it’s this really amazing place because the lobby and the pool area looks great. However, the longer you stay the worse it gets. Rooms are dark and its very humid. Our clothes or towels never dried there and they smelled really weird. It’s a good place if you just need to sleep over and don’t expect any luxury. I was excited to stay at this hotel, but after this experience I don’t think I will be back.

500 Meters away from the beach, very convenient to beach and market area, overall experience was good, though there were small issues with the bath door and cot due to wear and tear of 15 years I guess that needs to be taken care of. Breakfast menu can have more variety in cuisines. Lunch menu was very good enjoyed some authentic pad Thai, satay and mango sticky rice, as for dessert I would suggest water chestnuts better than mango sticky rice.

Don’t believe the pics you see on Booking or Tripadvisor… the room was dark and dingy, no balcony bed or view to talk about. The room and the facilities had a funny smell to them, and similar feel - pics are probably quite old. Staff were friendly but we stayed for less than an hour and found new accomodation.

Very nice and beautiful hotel, very nice staff and great breakfast choice. The room was very comfortable and clean with a lot of attention to detail. The only point to improve for the hotel are the towels, lot of them were too used. The location is perfect; central but far enough from all noise.

The hotel is located right next to the road, but when you enter the hotel, everything is quiet, a very pleasant environment without noise😀, the pools are very clean, unfortunately if you want to lie by the pool, you will not be lucky because there are only 10 beds, meaning only 5 couples.. Sad 😢. It's the same in the other pool 😢. The hotel urgently needs renovation😢. The room we took was elite with a terrace and a view of the pool. The room is spacious and has a nice view of the pool😀. The staff is very friendly 😀.

The 2 stars are for great spa service and the place itself. Staff are good but not exceptional good. I paid for room with breakfast included but I decided not to eat it and wanted to eat my leftovers so I kindly ask them If I can warm this food up (in its original container I don’t want to plate it up either) they said yes BUT they will charge me for that he even said that they will charge for anything even if I ask him to open a bottle for me. I mean… I have traveled so much and been to 20+ countries and never experienced anything like this I’m very disappointed with the service.

Good resort in a good location: close to beach, busy area, etc. We booked the honeymoon suite which was somewhat underwhelming for the price. The staff were accomodating and the pizza + drink deal was good as the pizza was amazing. The minibar was a nice surprise as we discovered the drinks were free. TV’s could do with an update - smart TVs have been out for a while now.

Facilities and room were really nice. It's expensive for the area but you get what you pay for. Service was alright but could be better. Came wearing a backpack so I think they assumed I didn't have a lot of money which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Breakfast is serviceable and pool is amazing. The only thing is it's a bit far away from a convenient store and Bangala road. Didn't try the spa but heard this resort is famous for that.

Swimming pools looks good at a glance but not clean actually. Room is big and quiet. Bedroom’s brilliance can be control. Free non-alcohol drink provided. Near to beach, around 1-2 mins walking time.

Our stay at Burasari was great. The hotel has a really beautiful entrance and pool area. The room was comfy and clean, but the bathroom needs some renovation cause it feels a bit outdated and run-down. Breakfasts were the same every day, we’d like more diversity in this. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's about 10 minutes away from the central walking street , tugged in a quiet corner. Good place , relaxing pools and Siam design. Not recommended for oldies or handicaps as the shower is over the bath tub , you have to be careful when getting in and out The staff are wonderful and make you feel welcome. Breakfast is good but should be varied from day to day.

Our first time there got to our room and there was a bad smell of mould. In saying this The food and drinks we’re on point. The staff were exceptional and a big shout out to 2 particular people Kwang and Maneerat They are definitely an asset to the resort made our stay so much pleasant.

We chose to stay in their mood collection category room. The room was huge and we were lucky to get the corner room which had a big balcony. The staffs were very friendly and quick to service. Beautiful property. Loved our stay there.
