We
recently
stayed
at
LIV
Hotel
Phuket
Patong
for
a
week.
Overall,
I
think
it's
a
decent
place
to
stay
if
you're
not
focused
on
being
close
to
a
beach
where
you
can
sunbath
and
swim.
The
beach
in
front
of
the
hotel
isn't
swimmable
for
about
500
meters,
and
the
left
part
of
the
beach
overall
isn't
great.
On
the
positive
side,
the
hotel
is
located
in
a
quiet
area,
there
are
less
tourists
and
there
are
a
few
nice
places
to
eat
around.
The
vibe
is
very
European
and
the
hotel
itself
isn't
crowded.
The
room
we
stayed
in
was
huge
with
a
nice
couch
near
a
window.
However,
there
were
also
some
negatives.
The
views
from
our
room
(and
others
on
the
same
floor)
on
the
2nd
floor
faced
the
roof
of
a
different
building
in
front,
which
obstructed
the
view.
Also,
every
visitor
could
see
what
was
happening
in
the
rooms
on
the
first
floor,
which
wasn't
very
private
I
bet.
Finally,
the
places
around
the
hotel
were
more
expensive
than
those
further
down
the
street,
possibly
because
the
street
tries
to
squeeze
money
from
visitors
who
disembark
from
big
boats
right
in
front
of
the
hotel.
So,
overall,
it's
a
decent
place
to
stay
if
you're
not
too
focused
on
being
close
to
a
nice
beach.
