Can't complain too much because of the small price BUT I must mention the issues I had, so it might help others. There is main very big issue with mold and the moldy smell! Rooms stink a lot, I could not get used to it. (4th pic is ceiling 😬) Sadly camera can't pick up very well all the stains on white surfaces, but this hotel was all not just white but all covered in brownish stains. Looks much worse than the pictures they provide. The kettles lid was broken. Location is mid, not great. If you want to see anything you will have to get a taxi or scooter, everything is not easily walkable distance. There is 7eleven and restaurants around tho. Staff was not rude but also wasn't pleasant. Rooms were cleaned everyday that was great. Overall it wasn't great but also not terrible for the price.

Front desk ladies talked something racial in local language but fortunately we now a little thai language so we understood what they said. Well its part of our life because of our skin color 😄 but we never mind. Overall good experience staying here. Good budget friendly stay.

The maid only put 2 bathrobes and 2 pairs of slippers in the closet. When I checked out, the hotel suspected that I stole them. I asked her to search my car, but the front desk was scared again. Idiot hotel, specializing in blackmailing foreigners, Do not stay in this hotel when you come to Phuket, Unless you want to waste money and energy！

Friendly staff, very good rooms for the price (BHT800 per night, Jan 2024), refreshing swimming pool, walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Easy pick up location for local attractions such as Hanuman Zip Line and Elephant Sanctuary if that’s your thing.

The hotel is really good. Service is good workers are friendly. Rooms are clean wifi is fast. The price is also good even after we came during high season. I enjoyed staying here.

Really nice place, rooms comfy and clean. Smoking prohibited. Only thing i didnt like was i had to go to lobby and get wi-fi pass. If you can print "no smoking" sign on every step and one or two in every room(no joke, they dont want you to smoke there)you can do one with wifi 🤷Beside that highly recomended

As the short stay for day room, before flying, it is budget hotel which is valuable for money as the room is clean and staff all are nice.

Nice and spacious room. Stayed for 4 nights before heading to another part of Thailand. Air-conditioning is not cold enough for me even though its set to the coldest temperature (could be due to room size that's it's unable to cool down the area). Shower temperature is very consistent unlike some hotels that the temperature control can be difficult to maintain. Room comes with a kitchen sink! A kettle is provided in the room as well. Free coffee/tea. Bed is OK for me but not fantastic. Swimming pool and the reception area is both at 7th floor. Security guard is very diligent and hardworking and tries to find a parking space for me when I came back late at night. Overall a good experience with the hotel.

About 20 mins from Patong if you rented a bike. Rooms were clean and comfy. Lobby on the 7th floor was a new thing. Pool was nice. Small but nice. Hated the fact that you only get one pillow each person, upon asking for more we were denied. The guy at reception was nice. He spoke clear English and was easy to communicate. Close to Phuket Central, restaurants and 7-11. All in all, loved the stay.

500bht cash deposit - which you have to wait 10mins at the end whilst the maid checks the room... Really?!?!? There was nothing premier about this hotel except the façade. Dirty pool (you could not see the bottom of the pool when we arrived!), staff who were constantly on their phones, very noisy cleaners, kids running round through corridors that echo, busy roads nearby. The presidential suite was far from that, the cleaning cupboard door is right by your left ear. Its a studio with a bath - nothing more. Unkept lifts that need key areas wiping regularly - the left one smells of mould. Basic hotel, that has been tidied up in white. Would not spend a whole holiday here though.

Lovely crew, good intentions, great vibes. Could be nice if the kitchen in the room would be equipped with the suitable cookware, if the television’s screen would be in a suitable size fitting the distance from the bed or at list designing it’s stand mobile, so one could bring it closer to the bed. Some warmth could be also nice for the design, such as some coloured paintings on the walls, flowers, maps for the table, rugs. The white base is great but then some more touch could be beneficial for a pleasant stay. Thanks!!

Our room was nice and spacious. House keeping staff were nice and gave us new towels, little coffee packets and made up the bed every time we put the cleaning note on the door lock. The ladies in the housekeeping team also found my husband a softer pillow because the ones the hotel had initially given us were the harder kind. The ladies were nice and explained that softer pillows are all taken. It’s not their fault. With that being said, the hotel should invest in getting extra pillows because my husband got neck pain that he complained about all day. I got pain to but I had too but I had to listen to him complaining. I got used to it after 2/3 days of flattening it with suitcase a bit. Please management order more pillows! Our current hotel has regular softer pillows and we are both doing fine with them. It’s a pretty “new/ renovated” looking hotel but they don’t order enough pillows. Also the pool looks bigger in picture the hotel posted lols. Man who took the photo knows his angles. I guess I’m being generous giving it five stars. I was happy with my stay despite all the annoyance. It’s my first time in Thailand and I have decided nothing is ruining my mood lol

The night security man is simply exemplary. Incredibly hard working guy with excellent customer service. The car garage can get crowded, and he is always on point in helping. Good job! However, the front desk girl needs better manners. Room and shower room are just tip-top wonderful and clean.

Awesome big rooms, good air-conditioning, the staff are really helpful. Would of given them 5 stars for everything but there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom from a previous guest

Newly built 7-storied hotel, Reception is at the top floor together with a swimming pool there. Staff are well prepared with necessary paperwork printed before the guest checking in. Clean and large room.

Rooms are dirty, very very bad smell. I changed 3 rooms, every room was smelly and dirty. The maintenance of the rooms was very poor. There is mold inside the room. The water in the bathroom flows very slowly. But I arrived at midnight needing to sleep. If not, I will change to another hotel. not recommend this hotel!!
