It is good. Has a homely vibe. Also has a rooftop pool. The lady at the reception is so cooperative. We are loving our stay here. It has a home made Indian veg food restaurant also so nearby that made our stay so comfortable. Also had a 7/11 just outside the hotel and spa services also. The motorbike services are also provided by the hotel at a very decent price.

Myself & my partner stayed here for a couple of weeks, the staff were lovely and always happy to help (lots of them around too!), really good how there is always a staff member at reception ready to help. The cat & the iguana are super cute and the cat loved some cuddles! The room was nice and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool on the rooftop was small but isn’t very busy at all so you often have it to yourself. Only 4 sun beds on the roof (small area) and there is no umbrella for them so you cannot escape the sun at all. Location is reasonable, approx 12 min walk to the beach, pass lots of massage & food places on the way to the beach. Maybe 15 mins from Bangla road. Good thing about the distance is when you want a good nights sleep it’s quiet. Would stay again, thanks to all of the staff members for your help and hospitality during our stay!

Very good value for money. Nook will look after you. I see her on a daily basis giving great customer service to all clients. Rooms are decent, showers powerful and aircon good. You won't get better for the budget.

Rooms were pretty clean but the air conditioning could have been better and rooms seemed smaller than the photos. It was a little further away from things to do, but the buffet next door is amazing!

Amazing hotel! Myself and 3 friends visited from New Zealand, for 2 weeks. Nook and her amazing team took extreamly good care of us. Great location not too far from the main town but also just far enough for peace and quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day. Couldn't Recommended this place enough :)

Excellent value for money. Good, spacious room, very easy to walk around Patong from there. Great value for money, lovely staff, and the cat, Banana, was so welcoming at reception!

This hotel is highly recommendable. For the price the room is outstanding. It is clean. Nice comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower with a balcony (admittedly not much of a view). A great value. The issue here has to do with the abysmal Grab and Taxi service in Patong. The walk from this hotel to the beach is worth noting (about 15 minutes). You will not be able to hail a Grab taxi in Patong. Therefore you must either walk or use the InDriver app to get decent enough deals and app based rides from the hotel. And even then you will likely overpay. And you must pay for InDriver rides in cash, the app doesn't accept card.

Great experience. It's a quiet place, where you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Try it.😊 I met a wonderful staff. I recently stayed here for almost a month. In the 50 plus countries that I have visited in my life, I've never had better value accommodation than here! Sleep quality, room quality, breakfast quality, customer service quality, all excellent! just be aware that it is a 10-minute walk to the beach, which suits me fine since I am a walker by nature and the path is pedestrian friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

It's a Gem of a hotel hidden in a side st, definitely would recommend to anyone, looking for a nice clean room with friendly staff and lovely couple who run the hotel. Can't fault them at all. Lovely rooftop pool very clean, comfortable beds, a.c balcony and t.v. I will be definitely coming here again. Nook thank you for a lovely stay,. 👍

Stayed at Patong Mansion for one night with my son and had a fantastic experience! The hotel has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun, and the massage salon provided a well-deserved pampering session with professional therapists. Additionally, the hotel offers various activities and scooter rentals, making it a convenient base for exploring Patong. Overall, I highly recommend Patong Mansion for your next trip to Patong. A great experience that I would definitely repeat !

A genuinely owned family establishment. They were located away from all the extra noise and crowd of Bangla road. Great value for the money they clean. Very nice people. The massage parlor in front of the building is extremely professional and give great massages. I. The manager, the wife of the manager and son all great people giving great advices, service and honest. If you feel like you are going to friend hotel. Clean and nice room but the weak AC and basic shower/bathroom makes it t less comfy. Good: Great water pressure in the shower, really gets you clean after a sweaty day. Outside the busy and disgusting area but not too far. Great massage place just outside at a great price. Renting a scooter from the hotel was easy and good price. The scooter was excellent. Bad: The AC was barely working when we checked in. After asking to check it the technician had to clean it which was fun to watch. After that it worked but took time to cool the room. The bathroom/shower is very basic and doesn't have a nice feel to it. There is no nice place to just sit and relax in the hotel.

Great hotel, clean and very pleasant. The staff is great, attentive, and helps us throughout our stay, answers all our questions and organizes all our excursions. The best hotel I have seen in Patong, thank you for everything!

Very perfect small hotel for my trip at Patong. Good welcome, good service, confortable rooms. Swimming pool on roof top with view. Huge breakfast and delicious also. They have a very professional massage shop opposite I will come back for my next to time.

I stayed for about 2 weeks and had no problems. They have a safe, working aircon, a pool with rooftop view, and a really nice staff. Breakfast is available daily. Buffet is offered on busier days for 200 baht and if the next day will be slow, you can order your own breakfast to be made for you the next day for the same price. Laundry can be done for you and vary by the kilo size. A quiet neighborhood good for sleeping. Be mindful that it rains a lot during summer and I would suggest bringing a towel to place on lounge chairs outside. Also the Wi-Fi is not the strongest. Location is about .5 mile to the beach and ~1 mile to bangla road.

I love this place! The owner and the staff make it such a special place to stay. Very warm and inviting,they took the best care of me and were above and beyond accommodating. Spacious rooms for the price, very accomodative staff, suggested packages for phi phi and few other Island tours also for scuba diving, which turned out to be very good.. even the massage center they own was very good relaxing experience. They offer motorcycles for rent which is better since cabs are expensive here. Also they have a nice little pool. Definitely recommend

It’s a good place to stay either solo or with family /friends. The room size is comfortable with city view. The breakfast option was good for Indian travellers who eat chicken specifically. It’s a value for money. The city life is 2km walking distance from this property and 7/11 is just adjacent to this property. The terrace pool was a great hit to see the city and spend some time with yourselves. Staffs are polite and supportive. This mansion will also help you in booking your Phuket attractions and believe me it’s a great place to enjoy your perfect vacation. Visit again and see you Phuket again. NB - Room key is not removable from the ring which we often try to switch on the fan to dry our clothes while going off. 😜😜😜😜😜😜

Nice hotel...very near to patong beach...staff is very good and friendly...they can arrange local tours, island tours, airport vehicles for customers at discount prices....scooters are available for rent...massage parlor(Normal traditional) is just opposite to hotel....hotel provides nice and tasty breakfast....very nice Indian home food available just beside hotel for lunch or dinner......Rooms are good for price and have balcony....nice swimming pool on the top floor.....overall it's worthful place to stay...
