The presentation was wonderful. The hotel was alright, I had a bit of too many mosquitos in my room as the netting didn't seem to stop them coming into the bathroom. This really brought down the experience for me as I got out with one bite too many. The pool is nice and the service is very good. The breakfast was a bit light in terms of buffet. Moving around the place is alright but there's lots of stairs, not the kind of place that has ramps for wheelchairs or the disabled. The location is pretty good, it's not in the center of town it's on the edge, but that's a good thing as it would be a 5-10 minute walk to the busier parts of town. 25 minute walk to the busy downtown street with the ping pong shows (don't go). That street is overpriced everything but nice to see.

You will never get what you see on their photos. I would pay for this room 20$, not 70. Everything is so old and barely working. Rooms are very dark and furniture is extremely old. The staff is great and working very hard, but the management should go to prison for what they are doing!

Absolute DISGRACE of a hotel with disgusting rooms and terrible service. I would not recommend this place to even a budget traveler! I was moved to different rooms during my stay and it kept getting worse. Been trying to resolve my issues with the manager but no response whatsoever. Made my Christmas getaway a terrible experience! WORST HOTEL EVER! UPDATE: Been trying to reach the management team. Been calling and emailing everyday since checkout to follow up on my stay and I've been ignored or just said to "Have a nice day" I have even been blocked by the general manager. Her number is the first contact number for the hotel and after reaching her once I was told she is busy and can't talk I should call the reservation manager. I tried but no answer and then called her back. The number then suddenly did not work anymore. How ridiculous is this service!

Location just outside town, away from the louder noise... Although basic by modern standards, the efforts of the dedicated staff, more than made up for any of these shortcomings... The hotel bike hire was convenient and avoided any problems associated with scams in town. Fuel from next door was also far cheaper than elsewhere. The food was good quality and well presented, while possibly basic, the staff were more than happy to prepare your food, to your personal taste... The hotel operates a discreet "guest friendly" policy. Nothing of this was outwardly evident and it was not abused by any guest... The only issues seen during my stay, where those caused by some inconsiderate guest. The staff seemed embarrassed by this possible domestic dispute. I loved the Thai approach to drowning out the noise, by turning the pool waterfall onto maximum... Would recommend, if you want middle level service, located away from the centre of town.

Very Good resort. Good value for money. Lil far from the beach but the best way to move around is to hire a bike which you can get from hotel reception@200 baht/day. The pool is amazing and so is the restaurant. The staff was supportive. Room and washroom was clean.

We did not got the room, we had booked. It's a two building hotel with a swimming pool. Breakfast was just OK. Bathroom had broken sink and mosquitoes were enjoying in bathtub. The hotel is located on a hill. Beach and markets are 1.5 Kms away. Do not go by the photos shown on google because you may not get that service and room. Red ants were present on the bed, floor, wall. It was not at all a luxurious stay.

I would give 10 stars if I could because of the staff and the hotel itself. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life. The staff is very friendly and they speak good English. The bed was huge and comfortable and the swimming pool is fantastic. It's a quiet area not far from the beach and Bangla road. That very friendly cat who's always around the reception greeted us every night. 😸I can't wait to go back again. Thank you

Rooms are clean but furnishing is soooooo aged you just wonder where they got it from. location is good. There is actually no parking except for street parking which is often full. In general it is hugely overpriced for the quality they offer. If it cost three times less then it would have been a terrific value for money but currently it is a rip off.

They gave us a big old room which was not what we booked. They claimed that they actually upgrated us to a studio which was a very big old room. Along the corridor to the room was very smelly cat urine. Floor tile and ceiling was cracked and broken. Bathroom was dirty with hair around. Lucky the pillows and bed not smelly. Air-con was leaking made the floor wet even without switching on the air con and it very loud when it switch on. Curtain stain with mold with long term in wet and humid air con leaking. Water was non stop leaking in the kitchen's tap. When asked to change room, they said fully book for the day😫. Location wise is okay as you can walk to nearby restaurants, supermarket, massage, bar and laundry.

Staff very friendly but rooms and hotel need total renovations everything is old and much destroyed. Before you open after covid you need renovations all off there . Quiet nice zone around rooms nice garden .

A hidden gem in Patong. The hotel has a good location - Central, yet in a quiet spot. Very warm and professional staff. Good pool area with serving all day long . Everything nicely kept. We stayed for a week, and the hotel and it’s staff made everything cosy and memorable.

Great location away from the “main drag” of Patong. Short walking distance to the beach. Lovely staff. Clean bedding. Views of Patong. Hotel does need a little TLC as the railings and such on the balconies are either rotting or not there. Bit of mould here and there, as typical in hot countries. The bathroom ended up with a pretty wet floor after a shower as the curtain doesn’t seem to do the job of holding the water back. Leaving the balcony doors open at night let’s the nightlife noise in…. As I imagine it’s carrying up the hill. Restaurant serves average food but western and Thai choices.

Not recommended. Room was big but the bathroom sink was leaking. There was nothing to block water for the bath tub. We had huge luggages, and there was no staff to pick the luggage from room to lobby(had to climb up and down the stairs to get to the room) The place is full of lizards. There were 3 of them in our room. When complained about the same to staff, they say that they cannot do anything and the lizards are friendly. Also, there were ants in room.

Great staff and funky room with a pool that’s a tropical rainforest makes this a great place to stay in Patong. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, and views are beautiful.

Big rooms. But Their facilities are inaccessible their reason still is the pandemic. All of their equipment in the gym is broken they say.

I do not recommend ! The waitress asked us to leave the table because their friends had come. They told us to vacate a table even though we were there from the beginning and there was no reservation! In addition, they did not propose another.

I remembered my experience 2.5 years ago which I would like to rate. They overbooked their hotel so that my friend and I had to share a room. That room looked quite good but it also hosted the most gigantic cockroaches I had ever seen and was plagued by swarms of mosquitoes. The staff was really nice but they tried to pretend not to understand why in the world we would want a refund of the amount paid in advance for that room that my friend could not check in to due to overbooking. When we tried to talk to the manager about that question she asked for a moment and then disappeared from the venue, even though we were very polite. I hope they changed by now. Many of the little holes and gaps through which all those insects could get into the room could have been filled for virtually no money at all and within just a few minutes of work. Left me wondering what their janitors do all day long and whether the management is completely blind and has no brain cell left left working to fix such simple things (in a jungle-like resort - of course insects are going to enter). Just take one half working day to fix gaps and holes, doors and windows and you can get your 5-star ratings. If you don't take those few hours of work upon you you will go bankrupt.

Great location, friendly staff and good pool in a quiet location which isn't far from much places. Easy to get around in a motorbike. But room is a little bit run down with signs of aging. Our room had its roof fall off during our stay but was quickly upgraded to another suite. Overall pretty ok considering the cheap price. In villa restaurant also serves good food for a fairly cheap price. Will visit again but hope they do some form of refurbishment.
