Stayed here for couple of days for my phuket tour. Its near to the bangla road and many things will be available. No problem with staff and hotel management team. You can use the pool anytime you will get an umbrella for outside visit also. Rooms are clear and clean, Food was hygienic.

The location of this hotel is great however as a girl i felt unsafe. All of the staff love to stare at the girls. 5 girls went to swim in the pool and atleast 6 staff members came to watch all of us - laughing, pointing and videoing all of us in our bathers for over half an hour to the point we felt unsafe and had to leave the pool. This was not even from other guests but their own staff members, so unprofessional.

I expected the room to be a little elevated but it was nice regardless, lot of mosquitoes that's gonna be a big issue if you don't get a second floor room you won't like the experience. Service and accomodation facilties were very nice. It's a bit of an old hotel but for the price it is a great offering.

I wanted to write a review on the very first day but i was worried it would affect their remaining quality of service since it was already poor. First of we booked through agooda two rooms enough for a family of five. When we showed up they told us the booking was for four persons only and we needed to pay 1000 baht extra per night so they can add a small little bed so my brother can sleep in. After arguing with them they managed to lower it to 700 which was still a lot as they were going to only charge us 500 extra per night with no addition of any bed.... In summery we wrnt sure which hotel was which as they insisted this building is different from this even though its the same entrance and lobby and the staff seemed to want to charge us for almost anything and they always preferred cash over card which is something you would expect from very cheap and small businesses not a big fancy hotel in the middle of the walking street.... Service quality is bad because we had to call in 3 times for them to bring them bed after paying for it before checking in Called them hours before landing to make sure the rooms were ready and yet they barely allowed us in after arguing with them stating that all rooms were booked when they did have empty rooms Again Service was just pooooor, management was poor i really want to say they tried their best but there was more for them to do which they ddnt and they treated us just like money bags and thats it even checking out was difficult cuz of the lost key cards that they charged us for each missing card 200 baht and also they dont make you another key if three has been made for your room already... imagine asking them to always open the door cuz they refuse to make a new key even if u say ur gonna pay them on the spot for a new one they dont care....

Location is good, but I got in to a huge fight with them the last night because I had a guest and they expected me to pay an extra 500BHT which is ridiculous. I’ve never had a hotel try to get me to pay extra for someone else to stay even for a few hours. Especially since the price is the same for single or double occupancy. The room was decent but a lot of the hotel seemed dated. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone looking to have fun on Bangla and meet locals.

Good hotel in reasonable price. Big rooms. Got an upgrade without requesting with no additional cost. The tour agency man just across the hotel helped a lot, gave a drop to hotel when there was flood and no taxi was available in patong.

From the time I arrived till the time I left the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refurb but hey you're not on holiday to stay in your room. Hotel is walking distance to beach and easy access to Bangla Street. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Great relaxing by the pool with bar open all day. I'll be back. Great place to stay. kop khun krap

We have checked in on the 14th of September, we were given a terrible room outside the building of the hotel, when we asked to change it they claimed there are no more rooms, then we found out that there is only 1 toilet paper in the room, we tried to call reception, room service and all other departments, nobody answered, when got fed up after hours, we went to the reception where we found out that there is no receptionist on duty, the security guy is filling all positions at night!! When we asked him why nobody answers we need toilet paper he said there is no-one on duty, when we said we don't have toilet papers he told us use the lobby's toilets!! Its a shame, we paid 22000 THB, and thats the service that we got, we are planning to request a refund tomorrow and leave hopefully they'll give us

Stay was good and the breakfast, but the hotel is a big time looters. They charge you 2000 bahts for security deposit and find options to reduce when you check out. I got only 500 bahts . Reason was someone or the housekeeping broke the glass in the room and they charged us. We noticed it when we check in but we thought it will not disturb us. Rude reception staffs who doesn't agree the facts what you say. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ROOMS HERE, THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS

The location is great for this resort . Rooms are small but the overall property is big. Breakfast options are decent. Room service was good. There is a back door gate to Bangla street which saves time.

We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Phuket and our experience was really good. The location of this resort is perfect, right next to beach and Bangla road, which gives you easy access to things that you want to do very easily. You can walk to all the happening spots around. The hotel facilities are good and they cleaned our room every single day with quality during our stay. The bell boy and the receptionist were polite and humble. They also gave us complimentary room upgrade for our 3 night stay. Perfect location and amenities. Highly recommended

We had a bad experience staying at this Hotel early June 2022. First, there was no AC in the lobby. Waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes was very hard. SPA is not operational. Finally, customer service at checkout was very bad.

Have stayed at Patong resort many times and have always loved it. Stayed recently and was disappointed that the "vibe" is no longer there. It's not the fun vibrant place it once was. The staff is wonderful and the location to popular patong hot spots can't be disputed but the facilities have been "let go" and it's appearing a bit run down. Again, staff and location are excellent, so it's just needing some love to bring it back to its once former excellent spot!

Rooms are very old. Bathroom was very congested. Hats off to the guy who has placed commod, jet spray and flush button. They were very inconvenient to use while sitting on the commod. There was a dead cockroach and lot of mosquitoes too. Hotel staff just can't help you with any of your problems. And this is the only resort where 2000Bahts deposit was asked.

Very nice place to stay with family or alone. Good services. Close to beach, shopping area and entertainment. Restaurants of all cousins are in walking distance.

The resort is in the heart of the commercial Bangla Street of Patong. At check-in we had to provide a deposit of 2000 THB refundable on check-out. Our rooms are in the smaller structure outside the reception building. This has only 2 floors. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor at one end of a long corridor (which is dimly lit) to our room. This resembles an old building than a holiday resort. The room has old switches, and the air conditioner is barely working. We had to call the technician who came and did something after which it gave some cool air, but it took 1 hour for the room to cool each time we came back. The power shuts off when you take the key upon leaving the room so there is no way for the room to be cool once you come back after being in the humid, hot weather. The bathroom was old and the faucet was not working properly. We had to hold down the flush each time. This is not something you expect to do when you are on a holiday. They couldn't change our room as all the rooms were occupied. We would put out the sign to clean the room each day and it was done without any issues. Breakfast was alright - decent spread, but the taste of the food can improve. Vegetarian options are available. One can walk to the beach using another exit from the resort (A beach sign is put up in the premises to indicate the exit) It’s through a small alley to the main street parallel to the Patong beach. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. Kudos to the staff in charge of cleaning. Hence I am rating the resort a 3 star otherwise it would have been rated lower since the amenities provided are horrible.

Great location, staff is accomodating. They overbook rooms. They had 100 rooms bjt 120 booked so we got upgraded right away. First room we got upgraded to was large and nice bjt on ground flooe. The balcony was near whater tanks of hotell, very ugly view on hotel backside and felt unsafe. Got another room, one of the best in hotell with pool view, room was nice but qorth like 3000 bht, felt like regular 3 star hotel room but in main building. Overall good facilities, nice lobby. Ok hotel woth great location!

A wonderful stay at pa tong Room: the rooms are very spacious and well organized and with a great view Staff: the staff is very helpful and quick Property: the whole property has amazing facilities which are well maintained. It is spread in the big area and is very peaceful. Everything is at a walkable distance from here and there are shops and tour booking centers in the compound itself Cost: not very costly. A decent stay

Great location, rooms are a bit dated (at least the ones by the main pool are). Can't be the location as you are right in the action for Bangla road. Service a bit like the rooms (they keep running out of towels at the pool for example). Perfect spot for a group of mates to want to do a lads trip

Really liked the 5 Star service provided by them. Bangla Street is walking from the internal road of the property. Pool was very very big. Free upgrade to pool view on top floor. Sunset view. Amazing staff and room service.

The rooms and property of this hotel was nothing short of a proper 5 star hotell.... The breakfast spread was massive and the facilities provided by the property was exceptionally good. The only shortfall of this hotel was the hospitality and their service.... Staff were pretty rude and lacked basic hospitality especially the ones serving in the front desk reception. If you're looking for a hotel with 5 star like massive rooms and facilities located at the patong area but the hospitality doesn't really matter to you.... this is definitely the place πŸ‘

This resort is in need of a major upgrade. The property is large and located very close to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. However, the decor and condition of the rooms and common areas give off an 80's vibe. The furnishings in the room are very old as are the carpets and flooring throughout the property. Walls are dirty and we found stains on our duvet cover. Even when we asked the front desk to have our duvet changed, the replacement duvet cover was also dirty/stained. Also, the fitness center was in poor condition. Their equipment was old and no longer functioning as they should. Being so close to Bangla Road was also a problem as we could hear loud music every night that continued for hours. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Good location but the receptionist were so rude.. they took 2000patt as deposits and when you check out you have to wait till they check the room and give you your money back!! , no services , old fashion furniture but clean wide rooms. I didn't like the breakfast buffet.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It may be a little dated, as other reviews have pointed out, but he price I paid was very good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and it was very nice to relax near the pool. It is also in a very central location and you can access the beach via an alley. There is also a 7-11 out the front of the main entrance which I found to be very convenient. Highly recommend.

Great location! But the resort is very old. The rooms and the interiors where below the 3 star standards. They also ask you to pay refundable deposit during your checkin. Never experienced this before.

If you are looking for a good experience to stay and respect from the hotel please don’t expect same Very rude staff, no cooperative and discrimination towards Indians The only good thing about the property is location. Breakfast is pathetic, hardly any options. Tea is very bad, half the options start getting over by 9 am and to top all they only give 2 tea bags per room per day. House keeping is super slow to respond to your calls and the cleaning of room is bad

Hotel is nice, old fashioned. Relatively clean, one problem is that we asked for a room with a king sized bed and got a two bed room, a bit funny for a couple going for anniversary vacation. When addressing the reception about it they told us there is nothing to do about it because all other rooms are occupied. Very disappointing. Breakfast was good. Rooms are big. Pool is ok. The location is amazing, 2 min walk from everything.

Adore this place, my happy space 2nd visit, totally recommend. Great breakfast buffet. Close to everything. Loved my suite with balcony overlooking street, very entertaining viewing, as a smoker balcony was a big plus. Clean, comfy large room has a safe. Friendly staff. Great rate. Can't wait to go back next year

Assigned one of the worst Premium Deluxe Rooms, even though I booked two months in advance. The room may be unsafe for guests who are elderly/disabled/careless/inebriated/drunk/children/inattentive. The bathtub had a deceptive broken/loose safety handle that looked safe until one grabbed it. The use of freestanding/movable GLASS shower gel/shampoo bottles isn't safe for many guests, IMO. The resort and most rooms are probably great for the money. I was just unlucky on this one.

There are two areas to the hotel. The building area and the garden area. You need to pay attention to where you want to be. I'm in the garden area, very well kept place, rooms fine. The service at this hotel is excellent, and the breakfast is great. Excellent location, close to the sea, the center and the entertainment area. Highly recommend, not before you check which area you prefer.

Location was fantastic Apart from the room it was dreadful the aircon didn't work where we need it. As we are still working online for the first three to four hours we have to work in the heat, sweating. And the service all he could do was just change room and say sorry and wasting our time while we're here only for 4 days holiday for over 5k bth Will never come back here and not recommend to anybody

  • 3/5 Charley B. 2 years ago on Google
It's a relatively clean hotel, although it's dated now. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was using the Test And Go scheme and there were a few complications organising everything. I needed a maintenance man to fix a TV bracket. He was quick, efficient and full of character. I think it was a little over 2,000 baht a night, so I wasn't expecting much anyway. Basic hotel that's past its best.
