The
resort
is
in
the
heart
of
the
commercial
Bangla
Street
of
Patong.
At
check-in
we
had
to
provide
a
deposit
of
2000
THB
refundable
on
check-out.
Our
rooms
are
in
the
smaller
structure
outside
the
reception
building.
This
has
only
2
floors.
We
had
to
carry
our
luggage
up
the
stairs
to
the
2nd
floor
at
one
end
of
a
long
corridor
(which
is
dimly
lit)
to
our
room.
This
resembles
an
old
building
than
a
holiday
resort.
The
room
has
old
switches,
and
the
air
conditioner
is
barely
working.
We
had
to
call
the
technician
who
came
and
did
something
after
which
it
gave
some
cool
air,
but
it
took
1
hour
for
the
room
to
cool
each
time
we
came
back.
The
power
shuts
off
when
you
take
the
key
upon
leaving
the
room
so
there
is
no
way
for
the
room
to
be
cool
once
you
come
back
after
being
in
the
humid,
hot
weather.
The
bathroom
was
old
and
the
faucet
was
not
working
properly.
We
had
to
hold
down
the
flush
each
time.
This
is
not
something
you
expect
to
do
when
you
are
on
a
holiday.
They
couldn't
change
our
room
as
all
the
rooms
were
occupied.
We
would
put
out
the
sign
to
clean
the
room
each
day
and
it
was
done
without
any
issues.
Breakfast
was
alright
-
decent
spread,
but
the
taste
of
the
food
can
improve.
Vegetarian
options
are
available.
One
can
walk
to
the
beach
using
another
exit
from
the
resort
(A
beach
sign
is
put
up
in
the
premises
to
indicate
the
exit)
Itβs
through
a
small
alley
to
the
main
street
parallel
to
the
Patong
beach.
The
staff
was
polite,
courteous
and
helpful.
Kudos
to
the
staff
in
charge
of
cleaning.
Hence
I
am
rating
the
resort
a
3
star
otherwise
it
would
have
been
rated
lower
since
the
amenities
provided
are
horrible.
