Booked with family 3 rooms Whilst staff were pleasant, the rooms were terrible and smelt of mould. Mould was also visible on the floor and blinds Bathroom was very small and safe did not work. Stairs are not safe for kids and the power consistently went out We ended up leaving and staying at another hotel Pictures are not what the rooms are. Would not recommend or go back

Worst front desk staff. I bookd 2 rooms for 5 people...1 triple bed and 1 double bed. They gave us a small standard room with single bed and another room with 3 single beds and they are saying that we have to adjust in the single bed. How can 2 people sleep on one single bed. The front desk staff has 2 lady receptionists, both of them are very rude and have absolutely no concern for customers service. They are asking us to call expedia and not picking up expedias call themselves. Absolutely ridiculous services.

they are very disgusting people. they do not know how to talk to the customer. We booked double bedroom and they provide single bedroom instead. They are not cancelling it and not cooperating. When Expedia customer care called them they didn't receive the call. Do not book a room here.

Budget friendly stay near Patong Beach. They have multiple room options. They have pool in the roof and also had restaurant service. Rooms are furnished with basic amenities like safe locker, drinking water, air conditioner, hot water facility, hair dryer etc. These rooms have less space and feels congested. Few rooms don't have windows, unfortunately our room too didn't have windows, hence it was suffocating at a time and also would stink if the air circulation/ ventilation is off. The air conditioner in the room was old and faulty, used to make lot of noise and spot at a time. Bathroom door wasn't properly getting locked. Few maintanence work need to be done to keep the rooms in good condition.

Location is decent and staff is friendly, but that's about it. I understand it's an affordable option, but our room looked nowhere near to what we've seen on pictures. Calling it dirty would be understatement. There were stains everywhere, especially on curtains and looked disgusting. Some of them looked like blood stains. Balcony is super tiny and more like a cigarette spot but it's okay. Elevator doesn't work so good luck if You room is on one of the top floors. Stairs there are just vile and dangerous. Hall is all dirty as well with loads of dust around. They are using towels for cleaning which likely end up later in your room. That would explain why our towels smelled bad even right after we checked in. Overall I highly suggest You search for another hotel. I'm sure You can find something better in similar budget and it's gonna be at least clean.

Stayed here for just one night, luckily, long enough to say that the rooms are dirty, staff is tricky and asks you a deposit fee for everything that in other hotels would be standard ( for example windows in the rooms). More like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. The area is full of good of nice hotels so don’t get tricked by the good position, you can for sure find a better place than this. ALERT: very racist staff at the reception specially with INDIAN and ITALIAN people. I strongly suggest to go elsewhere. Also the swimming pool is very dirty.

The main attraction of PJ Resortel is the location. Easy walking distance to Banzaan Market, muay Thai boxing arena, Soi Sansabai and only 10 minutes to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants around and a mini mart just around the corner along with a pharmacy. The hotel itself is a little dated but generally in reasonable repair. I booked though AIRBNB and got an amazing deal for 8 weeks. My room was clean and tidy though a little dull. Shower water heat and pressure was good but you had to shower with the curtain open as the area was a little confined. Issues with the toilet, a mechanism in the cistern would stick at times causing water to continually drip into the basin which would drive you crazy. You had to jiggle the lever to make it stop. Small TV in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities, room safe, hair dryer and good WIFI signal. Breakfast was a bit same same each day and cost 150 baht unless it was part of your room package. Laundry facilities were available also, 50 baht without ironing. Staff were generally friendly enough and for those of you wanting to bring a guest to your room they must leave ID at reception. All in all an enjoyable stay and a place to recommend if can you get a good deal.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable (hard 😁) all in all you get what you pay for. AC was good, TV, safe, fridge and wifi worked fine. Breakfast is available but I didn't have it, satisfied with just a coffee in the morning. Located in a side street there is no traffic noise, but the walls are very thin and there are a lot of party people staying there. Easy access to everything no taxis needed. A good place for the budget minded

Service was appalling. I arrived and got told the deposit will be used for my electricity, and got told i get 10kwatts a day free, they then denied saying this even though i had the proof on a message. They then took the whole 2000 baht for the usage and asked for more money. The showers didn't drain water properly so the floor was constantly wet. They only cleaned the room 3 times for a month stay.

Hotel Hygiene is good. Location is good. Indian restaurants few steps away. Toilets are clean. Rooms are small in size and there is no food facility. Only breakfast option. No lunch or dinner.

Lovely little hotel that is close to everything yet far enough off the street to be quite at night. Staff were wonderful. I felt like a local from the way they were with me. Pool on the roof, very nice breakfasts. Couldn’t ask for a better place in Patong. Will stay again next time I am back there

Great hotel in Patong near everything. I stay at this place each time that I am there and it is always lovely. Clean little room with a comfortable bed and good wiki. You can walk to everything that you need to do and see in Patong. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there is even a small fitness room/gym on site. They have breakfast available if you want. Highly recommend.

Really dirty, when I entered the room I could spot the dirt on my bedsheets right away. The worst was the dead cockroach I found next to my bed the next morning. I immediately packed everything and left without eating the breakfast as I‘m sure the cockroaches also share the kitchen there. Felt super uncomfortable the whole night and really itchy in the dirty bedsheets. The aircon was also really loud, as well as you could hear everything from the hallway. You can get much better value for the same money in Thailand.

The resort is lovely. We are staying here for a while and we are so happy with how it's been so far. The staff are friendly, the amenities are brilliant and the location is perfect. It's about 15 minutes to Patong beach, and not too far to walk to local restaurants with cheaper prices.

Can’t fault this place. Absolute amazing value for money. So affordable and includes breakfast buffet, gym and pool. Excellent location, close to main area but not noisy at night! Staff were lovely and helped us with printing tickets for our onward trains.

Not so great hotel to stay with family. The location is great as it's near to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. The other market areas and restaurants are also very nearby. The rooms were very congested. Very small bed. Only one person can sleep on the bed comfortably. We booked Economy rooms which comes without balcony and it's a very small room. The other superior rooms are spacious. The breakfast options were also very less. If you are coming with family, I would not recommend this hotel. We did not enjoy our stay there. 2 stars are only for it's location.

Positives were the staff were very friendly and location is very central. Negatives are the hotel is quite rundown and needs an overall, clean and update. The daily breakfast was hit and miss. The food was quite scarce and we missed out quite a few times. The room was adequate in size but the mattress was rock hard and the room needed an update as it was quite rundown. The common areas are in need of a paint and new flooring. The pool area needs some greenery around the fences and some shade. The stairs are not child safe due to the gap between the stairs and railing. Also a few things did go missing from our rooms. Nothing major but it was noticeable.

Not a good experience staying at this place. I had a 4 nights stay and despite repeated reminders/complaints, the phone wasn't fixed as it was dead and I even had to call room service to get my room cleaned even when the 'make my room' sign was placed outside. Toiletries were not replaced timely and I even had to go down to the reception to ask them to replace them. One can get better options in the same price bracket.

Very upset with the rooms at PJ Patong. I have booked for 12persons which 5rooms with economic rooms which very small bed for 2person. Receptionist where rude and angry when ask question on first day onwards. Buffet breakfast are tribble and no options and less options. When ask to refill the chicken kurma, the chief scolded us back, “if you want to eat need to wait or don’t eat”. I was waited 10mins for that chicken. Overall wasted the money for the hotel accommodation. The lift was stuck half way in the morning. I have taken video and will upload.

While we paid cheap for the room, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard bed. I am not hard to please, but if all the rooms has the same bed as mine, dont stay there. However, Great customer service. The room was also small. They were very helpful with the COVID Test results from the government.

All in all, this was an amazing experience! The location is great, the city center is easily accessible by foot. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The room was made every day which was very nice as well. Great value for the price! Thank you, we will come back!

Service was excellent- the front desk is open 24 hrs, rooms were clean, pool was clean, close to everything, bed was comfortable would definitely stay here again. Still suggest getting a motorbike to enjoy all of Phuket - shop around - they have rentals here as well

Excellent price and the room was very cozy and clean. The cleaning crew was great and respectful. The breakfast had great options and the quality of the food was great. Really enjoyed that they provided fresh fruit every morning. Also enjoyed the lattes. The staff was very accommodating and the location was perfect for me with a short distance to everything but not so close to walking street that you could enjoy a quiet nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Patong.

I asked about my fiancée "Happy Birthday" decoration surprise on the same day as I booked room for us. This place crew is phenomenal🫱🏼‍🫲🏽🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 They even prepared cool elephants from the towels and put flowers on desk with huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY sign on it👍🏼 Fully recommend. Thank You guys!!

The hotel is well located, close to walking street of Patong. The check in was easy and fast, but the receptionists weren’t so friendly or enable to give information about the hotel facilities or close attractions/locomotion ways. The breakfast was quite good and with the most kind and easygoing lady that controls the egg station. The pool is good enough but nothing special. The air conditioner has a non responsive control, so you are stuck on 26C. For 420 bahts for 2 people was a fair price if you are focused objectives of sleep and enjoy the pool a little.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful, our rooms were large and clean, bed was a bit hard. Roof top pool was lovely, breakfast was not the best but edible and they cook eggs how you would like them. Definitely good for families and couples, close to all the action and far enough away so it is quiet. Excellent air conditioning.

We have been here for a few days. The first day was ok but then everyday there was a new problem and the hotel staff doesn't respond well. Once there was a problem in the shower. Another day ants at breakfast. And more and more problems each day. Not recommended

The room is fine, the breakfast so so, and the service.... So so as well, the mainly problem was I am genius level 3 in booking and I have good discount and the girl didn't give us a room with balcon because she say was too cheaper the price we pay... I can understand but is part of my benefits as traveller and I got with the consent of the hotel and booking. Later we booked other night more and we have to move to the balcony room, because the other wasn't available for the price that give booking that was the same one she told me the day before is not possible...
