Highly recommended hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights and will definitely come back to this hotel again. The people at the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and big. We enjoyed the pool and gym on the roof - great for sunset cocktails. I read a few negative reviews about this hotel, but I am convinced that this is only from people who were impossible to please. Some guests there were really rude and self-entitled. But I saw the staff handle them in a calm and professional way. One time guests demanded free breakfasts, another time they just lit up cigarettes inside the restaurant. I saw the same guests sleeping on the sofas in the restaurant. Some people really need to learn how to behave as guests. These were isolated incidents and most of the guests were nice. Thank you for the great stay.

The room is nice. The bathtub works well. There’s no balcony. (It’s a small road behind the room) there’s a pool and a gym at the rooftop. The hotel is in front of the beach but it’s a pier there. You have to walk just a little bit to the real beach. Walkable distance from nightlife and restaurant area (about 1-1.5 km) so it’s not too bad. The staff are nice.

Nice small boutique hotel near the pier. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast which you can enjoy with a beach view. The fitness room is okay, but there’s also a fitness center 10min by feet. Rooftop pool is okay but the view is nice. Rooms are fine and the staff is friendly and service oriented. The only thing is, that as my room was located towards the ocean, there's still a street in between with sometimes really loud traffic. But that's not that fault of the hotel. It’s not as close to the center or main beach as you might think. (3 nights / superior king room with sea view / incl. breakfast)

The hotel is great and the location is close to the beach, but I returned to the hotel at 12. Miss Chen refused to give me the extra key, knowing that the bags were inside the room. I asked her to delay the check-out 30 minutes only to collect the bags on 02/05/2022. She asked me to pay a cash amount of 200 baht in an impolite way or Exit immediately. I thank those who worked the night shift. He was very kind and helpful

Great value for relatively good price. Rooms spacious and clean with a nice ocean view. Staff very friendly. Important - be careful for scooter rental Just 50-70m from the hotel in the direction to Center - its a scam, we literally had a fight there - after discovering that the renters started writing on the agreement something we didnt agree for (60K Thb for any demage (!) with no insurance (!)) , we wanted to resign. They didnt wanted to let us do it. We had to literally take the agreement by force from their hands and destroy it. Be careful for two local woman and one man. Hotel itself is really good! Just go and take scooters somewhere else ;)

Extremely lovely Hotel that we booked via AirBnB. To start off the staff was helpful and friendly, eventho the communication was not that easy at some points. In the end everything we tried to communicated worked out nonetheless. We booked the rooftop family apartment with 2 double beds. The apartment (super clean and cleaned daily) and its view (sea view over Patong bay) were just amazing. Would definitely book the apartment again and for a longer stay. Apartment had the following nice to have´s: - AC in every room - good WiFi - fridge - 2l of bottled water (free of charge) - TV - cleaning and towel service - apartment was on the same floor as the pool, there were no other apartments on the floor or above - the apartment has a small private space in front of it with 2 sun loungers Location: - located in the quite area of Patong - literally 20m distance to the beach - 10mins walking distance to the party area - 7-8mins walking distance to a street food market - bars and restaurants are all over the place

Fantastic hotel. Room is excellent. The bed is large and very comfortable. The view from my room overlooks the bay. The pillows and towels are great and plenty of them. Very quiet at night time if you like your sleep. Only a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants.

Not bad at all. Ac was perfect. It was clean and beautiful view. Nice jacuzzi, not too pricey and delicious food downstairs.

Unfriendly und unhelpfull owner/supervisor. This Hotel ist Not at the beach like shown on booking .. It is directly on the street. Poor Restaurant, No AC in the late lobby in the morning

I was provided a different room than what I booked for. The host is a liar. He promised he will get me the room a day after but did not. The wifi was poor and they didn't fix it. The room service was poor. Stay away

Just 1 min walk to beach . Close to 711 and other restaurants! Very good location. Room is spacious and clean . Staffs are friendly and helpful. Really worth the price !

Very nice rooms compared to many of the places I've stayed in Thailand. Super clean, comfortable beds, jacuzzi in the room. I'll be staying here again when I come back.

Stayed at patong signature Jan 30th to February 2nd. The stay was great. Had the sea view room and view was amazing. Staff was more than helpful, friendly. laundry service was quick and cheaper than going rate. Would definitely stay again.

We had couple of great days in this hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the hospital and they followed it up like a friend. Specially my lovely one, Joy, who was making our days with the beautiful smile and nice chats. Its restaurant was also great. The food was nice and tasty and its staff were so kind. The hotel location is great. Near to the Walking Street, to the beach, to the bars and restaurants. I just had a problem with the way they wash the room cups in the toilet which made me not to use them at all. And also I wish the hair dryer was better as I couldn't dry my hair properly. Thank you guys for the hard work.
