Ramada is a very nice hotel. Had a great stay there. The rooms are good and the staff is quite cooperative. One can opt for a pool view. Lots of tours are available here. Moreover you can have good indian vegetarian food in the buffet. Overall experience was good with the hotel.

We went there for our honeymoon and I must say that was the best surprise for my husband. It's the best decision we had made so far. The room service was excellent. The staff was very cooperative. The rooms were quite big and the jacuzzi on the balcony made this trip more romantic. They serve excellent breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend it to honeymoon couples who want to have some exciting Experiences.

This hotel is easy to get to, Taxi drivers all knew how to get there. Check in and check out was easy and fast, i did have to pay a deposit which i was surprised by but the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice, Not Amazing but still good and for the price i paid i will say excellent standards. Breakfast was good, not the best but still decent. The best thing is the location. Its literally a 10 min walk to Patong beach. If you walk 1 minute you are on the busy road FULL of shops. Newsagents (7 11), supermarkets, Restaurants, Massage shops, Tour shops offering various tours and all other shops. I had a fun time

There is no word like hospitality in this hotel’s dictionary. They simply don’t provide water, extra towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other stuffs which you get in any other 4 star hotels. Same repetitive menu everyday. You will get bored out of it. Also the swimming pool is not very deep, only small children can swim comfortably. Don’t go for this hotel, instead go for Novotel which is just adjacent to it. Not to mention the Televisions are very old and displays only 30 channels which are just useless as their service.

Good hotel, nice ambience! Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful! Room was spacious, though wash basin was in a way just besides the bed...pool was small but nice and clean. Good for kids! Gym was well equipped! Located centrally, so it was convenient to move around. Beach was also nearby.

Very spacious and clean rooms. The stuff was amazing. The hospitality is very good! They are all so friendly. We felt very lucky to stay there because every time we walk out, all the stuff was greeting us with a warm smile. They are so helpful with everything. We stayed there for 1 months and we are looking forward to go again! Thank you Beam for being so nice to us!

Only stayed one night in this hotel. Room was big, clean and offered plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful in ever regard. The pool area is small and only offers a limited amount of space. There are bars and restaurants close by. It's a more quiet area of patong. The party area is about 20min by foot away.

Staff was very friendly and upgraded our room for free. Loved the cute honeymoon decorations! However, it is a pretty old hotel (noticed some molding on the ceiling near the AC vents), rooms were a bit dusty and the hallway was a bit dirty. The breakfast buffet was catered mostly to Indians so couldn't enjoy any local delicacies.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff is very nice and got us checked in really quickly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. There are complimentary water bottles in the room which is helpful. The food is all Halal at this hotel so we were able to eat freely. The breakfast is really great as well. A lot of selection and options. The food is delicious and there is a live eggs station as well. We would definitely stay again if we get a chance.

Stayed in this hotel from 10th to 13th June for 50th anniversary celebration of my parents. The staff is well cooperating. They helped in decorations. The service is too good. Indian and vegetarian breakfast buffet is wide spread with different options on all three days. They took 200THB as deposit per room as security at the time of check in which is refundable when u check out. The rooms are spacious with full amenities like fridge, hair dryers, lockers, bath kits, tea kits etc. Swimming pool is very neatly maintained. It's a 7 mins walking distance to the famous Patong Beach. Bangla market is about 15 to 20 mins walking distance. A few pure veg restaurants are also nearby at about 2-3 mins walking distance. 7/11 store is also close by. Overall it's a too good experience staying here. I booked 5 deluxe category rooms . Room no .1222

Very Bad Quality of Breakfast. The quality and variety of buffet breakfast they serve in the morning is worst of all, specially for Indian Vegetarian guests. Inspite of being accomodated majorly by Indian guests, all they serve in the name of Indian breakfast is, Dal Rice / Chole Rice or Pakoda of some sort. The quality and taste of these 2 items is also not at all satisfactory. I am here for 5 days, its been 2 days since I am here and I am really disappointed with the management for not caring for the Indian Vegetarian guests and their breakfast needs.

Initially booked for two nights Then we extended for a total of five nights We enjoyed the junior suite Room is clean and spacious The tub on the balcony is relaxing The room comes with complementary daily soft drink and chips and crackers + 4 bottles of water The room is spacious and the sound proofing is good They have international power outlet to help you connect your devices The breakfast is diverse with variety of choices and fresh fruits Suitable for everyone We had lunch once in the hotel restaurant and it was good as well (their fried rice with prawns is delicious) Hotel itself is close to the beach less than 10 min walk (the nicer area of patong in my opinion near rainbow street away from the heavy crowd) Overall nice experience and highly recommended

Good location, market is just outside the lane. Beach is 800m from the hotel. We got it book d from our travel partner and got a superior room which is big and has all the basic things. Pool is big enough. Staffs are professional, nice and polite

We have availed 2rooms and stayed at the property for 5days, As its a January month peak season booked the property with very high pricing based on the reviews and Ramada Group. But disappointed by their staffs. Location: This hotel is located nearby Bangla Street a 10mins walk. Rooms: Room service and bell boy are worst never expect a clean or any kind of service from them. Not even a dental kit available at the room, They don't keep towels and change the glasses everyday. We need to insist. TV not working. Breakfast: Same menu everyday which makes us fed up for 5days. But its ok its adjustable. Service: Never expect a welcome or smile in any of the faces, always rude and irritating faces as we we are staying in their money. Don't ever book this property, Staffs are spoiling the name and credibility of the property.

"The other day, we stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Patong, and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful in every aspect, from our check-in to check-out. We loved everything about our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, with everything within walking distance, and there were also nice and delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was perfect, offering a diverse buffet with both local and Western food options. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. The room service attendant was very polite and sweet. We highly recommend this hotel."

I am staying currently in Ramada till 31st May and will checkout on 1st June, Everything in this hotel is at its best except one thing which disappoint me and my family that Indian food option is almost nil. Seeing 90% indian occupancy in this hotel still one indian food option is not at all justified. When you review hotel pics you see alloo poori , poha etc options in breakfast but when we gone for breakfast it has only rajma chawal and bread butter , even we asked staff that we will order food from hotel restaurant menu paying extra so for that also they say that they don’t take order during breakfast hours , so really disappointed on food part. One more thing would like to highlight that during our breakfast our tour driver reached and asking to leave breakfast in between as they are getting late for phi phi tour or otherwise they will leave us so what we have done we have taken two cutlet piece in napkin paper for our kids as we need to give them medicine after they have something , the staff was very arrogant and stopped us and said u cannot take even two pieces , very disappointing and not at all expected from property like Ramada… Thanks Arpit Goyal

I am writing here to share about my unpleaseant experience during our stay in this hotel last week. We went to phuket in a big family group and we had booked 4 rooms. This hotel was recommended to us by Make my trip executive as we had booked our stay through them only. I would like to share about few important things related to services and safety so that it will help others in making decision whether to go for this property or not. 1. First of all, the housekeeping staff was rude and was not at all cooperative and when we asked them to clean the rooms they simply refused and told us that they do it as per their convenience only. Despite that, only some and not all of our rooms got cleaned during the second day even as per their routine. On Rest of the days, all rooms were cleaned by them but not properly. 2. There was no air conditioning in the lobbies on all the floors. Even the reception and restaurant area were not effectively air conditioned. The rooms are too old and air conditioning in rooms is also obsolete and ineffective. No shaving kit, toothbrush kit, soap bar was provided in the washrooms though you would expect such facilities from them though shower cap, liquid hand wash & shampoo was provided by them. 3. Another strange thing that you would never expect is that they even refused to change towels during the day or to give extra towel as their policy was that they change towels only at the time of room cleaning. 4. Once incident that happened during our stay was that a child got locked in her room while her family was in another room and she could not open the room herself and the room key was also inside. When her family requested the executive at the reception to send a master key to open the room, she refused to send anyone and instead asked them to come and collect the same from the reception and she was more concerned about her lock rather than for that little child so that the lock may not get damaged by inappropriate attempts by her family to open the door. 5. Now most importantly, there is no security of your belongings in the room while you go out. We had left few used clothes in the room and did not store them locked in the luggage as one would never expect them to get stolen but it happened with us as Two items went missing from our room and when we asked the house keeping staff about it she acted too strange. Later, we found out that few cosmetic items were also missing from our other room. The Hotel reception was contacted and they expressed helplessness. A positive guest experience can result in return visits, and a brand reputation that contributes to ongoing growth. However, Ramada by wyndham may have a different outlook and attitude towards its customers experience and satisfaction.

No service Hotel, they don't even treat the client valuable. We suggest no one to book this kind of hotel and waste the money. Restaurant - very less menu with everyday repeated. Room service- they don't clean the room we have to insist everyday to clean, after cleaning they don't keep bath towels and soaps. Totally wasted.

It's a lovely cozy hotel located in the city..10 min distance from Patong beach. One can find all kinds of shops nearby . The breakfast was complimentary in our package. They provide a great variety of food. If you are an Indian, one dish for sure will be available for you that will take you back to your own land. The swimming pool too is located well in the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful experience. The room service is chargeable, 100 baht.

The room is good. But service needs to improve. They charge 100 bhat for room service. You can't do that if you are in hospitality. The pool area is good. Had magareta pizza and it was fabulous. The reception area should have air conditioning for guests to have a feel good factor

The day we checked in to the hotel there was too many people checking out at the same time. So the lobby was extremely crowded. However, the rooms were big and extremely spacious. The bed also was sufficiently big for a family of 3(2 adults and 1 child). Had a nice stay at Ramada. The breakfast is ok but definitely the quality can be improved. Overall a decent experience with my stay in Phuket and this hotel is close to the Patong beach too.

No word like hospitality in this hotel’s dictionary. They simply don’t provide water, extra towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other stuffs which you get in any other 4 star hotels. Even if you take paper tissue they will note it and deduct from the security Same repetitive breakfast menu everyday. You will get bored out of it. Just like breakfast their response to this feedback is also repetitive "dirty towels, cooking food in kettle, 15 bottles" Avoid this hotel... better avoid Thailand

I am currently staying at this hotel and contrary to the reviews by other users, the overall hospitality is good. The reception helped us with various small things. As an Indian, I can say that the morning breakfast also has good options when compared to other hotels in South east Asia

The resort is located approximately 1 km from patong beach and you can easily walk to the beach. The staff is very polite and soft spoken. You will face difficulty in finding Indian breakfast. Rooms are slight smaller in size but worth paying for the location. We celebrated our anniversary there and the decoration was complimentary by the hotel staff. Also attached with the property is orientala spa which is worth try for. The pool is so relaxing in Ramada.

The location of the hotel was very good. Only few meters away from the beach and lot of earring options near by. The service provided was also really good. It was a little difficult to communicate with the housekeeping but we managed. They provide beach towels and have a concierge to provide information. All in all had a good experience.

Ramada By Wyndham Phuket is one of the best hotel with great amenities near the Patong beach. Staff here is very friendly. Everyone speaks well English. Breakfast is nice here with many varieties in Veg, NonVeg, Cereal, Salad, Fruits. Swimming pool is very clean and deck in the pool is very nice to chill and enjoy the drink. Patong beach is at walking distance from Hotel. In the Deluxe rooms there is dim lights, not proper lighting in room which makes room dark and gives strain to eyes after the evening. Overall hotel is great to stay with friends, couple, families.

Loved our stay here at Phuket. This hotel really did amaze us with their friendly hospitality and great food. You’re definitely not going to regret staying at this hotel.

Extremely bad service. Extremely bad food. Very rude staff. Food for Indians - is pathetic. Staff doesn't understand what you want, what they have to offer. It's one of my worst experience with any hotel. I wish there was a better word than worst. They have dal-chawal, chole- jeera rice to offer in breakfast. And doesn't even taste anything close to it. Gave me chicken curry when I ordered matar paneer! After this they did not even feel sorry. Very bad management- over all.

Nice hotel and polite staff, it’s situated within walking distance from Patong beach and Bangla Market. Rooms are spacious. They keep 1000 bhat as security which is refundable.

Hotel is good and clean but it's a kind of 3 star too less Indian food option in breakfast and if u want water refill in night aprox by 10 to 11 in night then no room service u have to go by ur self staff is good

Overall wonderful experience here at Ramada! Location is walkable to Patong Beach, Bangla Walking street, Healthland massage parlour which gave us an amazing experience. Rooms: spacious, good for family for 3, neat and clean, service is great Food: Spread of food for Indians about 2 3 dishes but were repeating for 3 4 days. Can survive on continental food anyday Has a pool on the 3rd, nice view. Rooms have nice spacious balconies too, with nice view of mountains and the pool!

Decent hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Service was slow, food average at best. The room even though it was large, lacked basic things like water pressure in the shower and reception at the television.

  • 4/5 Pankaj C. 6 years ago on Google
Rooms are fantastic, may be one of the best. Breakfast is good. Staff is quite friendly and warming. The only thing missing is good restaurants and views for pool, otherwise I loved the hotel. Another thing which I loved is the complete hotel is non-smoking, and they have strict guidelines. But smokers may not like it, as you can only smoke little outside the streets.
