I cannot praise this property enough. Booked a room here initially for 4 days and ended up staying a month. Staff is consistently friendly and always ready to help. The rooms, pool and restaurant were all great. The pricing for the hotel is a bargain for what you get. The pricing for the drinks and food on premises is very unpretentious and a tremendous bargain. Highly recommended and I will be back whenever I visit Kata.

Awesome resort. All staffs are very co-operative. Their welcome drink is very refreshing. They allowed us for early check-in. They helped us with Breakfast box as we have flight in the early morning. They surprised my wife with birthday cake. They have plenty of options in regular breakfast.

This is a destination resort. If you just want to settle in and relax, this place is for you. They have everything on site, and the location is also desirable in relation to the beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Happy hour, a good menu, and two pools. Buffet breakfast and super room service and cleaning service. A very good place to spend your Phuket holiday.

People was the best thing in this hotel. Their service and behaviour with customers was outstanding. Breakfast was good, but presentation could be better, rooms are renovated but not all of them. It's growing and I love to see enthusiasts people like these ones! Good luck and keep the good work.

Cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable spacious bed and soft bed linen. The room has everything you need for living (toiletries, refrigerator, kettle, water/tea/coffee, safe). Daily cleaning! The hotel has 2 swimming pools and lots of greenery (which is so important in this climate). A delicious, varied breakfast. Special thanks to the staff for the hospitality, atmosphere and help in solving issues)))

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, and very reasonably priced. The only con I could find is that you can hear your neighbors, if they are noisy, then you are not lucky. Two swimming pools, so we could swim every day even in the rain season when there are waves in the sea. By the way, beach is just 5 minutes away. And there are many shops, massage salons, cafes and everything you need. I highly recommend to try hot yoga (Kata hot yoga), I started every day with a yoga practice and it was such a good start of the day. I also recommend Tum Rub massage salon.

Been here 20 years ago in the name was Serene, can't believe that one thing never changed, a warm welcome and great services. And.... Real Chanalai must be stairs and stair..Ha ha... Big room, good pool, super friendly staff, I enjoy vacation. I'm Kata fan more than 15 times, as Thai local, I trust Chanalai.

Wonderful Hotel! My wife and I are staying here on our honeymoon and we couldn’t be more pleased! The staff is truly exceptional! Wonderful service. We don’t eat dairy and they went out of their way to make breakfast buffet items for us without milk. They also came multiple times to check up on us and made us some specialty drinks. The happy hour here is all day and BOGO! Great deal! We are extending our stay because we love it here so much. Thank you!!!

Best place for family or couples who want to stay silence peaceful environment.The staff is concerned and very smiling.they make great efforts to resolve any dissatisfaction and always ask you if everything is alright to please you.We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the garden.Definitely recommend👍🏼both peaceful and seeing the Kata beach and ocean is priceless.The room was normal hotel room and it was clean first place. But if you want to make clean your room, you may want to state directly for that which part you want to clean. for exp you can express “change my sheets” etc. because i noticed towel has changed but sheets and pillows are just organized, not changed with the new fresh one. But except this it was good experience 👍🏼Plus➕the environment outside of the hotel become extremely quiet after 8-9pm, even most places are closed, but you can still walk a little to a nearby 7-eleven market.The menu prices are almost the same as the food prices you can eat in an average place outside. There is a gym and 2 pools also and parking area for motorbikes

Rooms are nice, the location is great as well. A few mins walk from the beach and not too crowded outside. The hallway to the rooms are bit weird and lot of extra steps before you get to elevator. Rest all is good, lot of food options right outside the resort.

Great resort with friendly attentive staff. Awesome breakfasts with huge selection. Would highly recommend. I would suggest you don’t bother with the cooking course during which they went away for what they said was 15 mins but came back over an hour later to do the next course. Waste of time plus I asked for recipes which they said they could give me in a few days but never did. They had difficulty explaining the ingredients which were already prepared in cups. Great pools with swim up bar. Close to many other restaurants and shops, 3 mins walk to Kata beach. Rooms are reasonably large with 2 double beds pushed together… huge bed,

People are very nice and rooms are clean. Hotel is also a short walking distance from the beach. They have a buffet dinner for only 340 baht and happy hour(s)... BUT Don't order pasta. It is really small portion. Pizza is bigger and with paper-thin crust. The sea here is pilluted with big oil stains. I am here fir the third day and nobody is trying to clean that. Plus Kata beach is also very dirty. Full of black stains (like tar) so be very carefull where you put your foot.

This Hotel was fabulous the breakfast in the morning had lots of different choices hot and cold. The staff always had a smile and were most concerned for are comfort. Spent alot of time by the pools which were beautifully clean, comfortable chairs umbrellas and happy hour twice a day with food avalable . The only thing it was a 4 minutes to walk to the beach .

Just back from 2 weeks here. We had a great time All the staff were great, they couldn't do enough to please. The breakfast bar had a very good selection of hot and cold offerings. the food in the buffet was excellent and a very pleasing 2 happy hours (bogof) by the pool.

Location 5 star as we were very near to kata beach and the area was also very accessible. I did not like the service as well as the rooms had a weird smell. The sheets were also not clean.

Conveniently located, our room on the highest floor was great, with a fantastic sea view. Also does very good thai cooking class within the hotel, run by chef Aoy. Great value and kids cook for free.

Room was not ready by 14:00. We had to wait for almost 30min extra to get it. Room view was to the entrance/reception. Dinner was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a pork shop and they basically served stone. I complained about the hardness of the meat and the waitress said that they'd do a new dish. Then she brought back the SAME MEAT. Haha I asked the chef what was the difference and she said that they cooked again but with butter. I specifically said that was dried and overcooked and what they did? Cooked again haha i honestly felt like a clown. I want to believe that the language barrier could be a factor here- but it's unbelievable as I was literally pointing at the meat. I would not recommend staying there nor eating at the restaurant. There are plenty of good options on the street.

This hotel was chosen by our company as we were in Kata Beach, Phuket for a work conference (at another hotel) but we were pleased. It’s not beachside, that’s the main draw back. But they created a beautiful setting around the pool. The staff were very friendly, classic Thai hospitality, though our room was cleaned very late or not cleaned one day. We didn’t mind, but others may want to know. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked great. We slept well. Room had a lovely balcony. The breakfast is plentiful and quality was adequate. The pool area was comfortable and beautiful.

Good choice for “work on computer” workers 💻Internet speed was good, balcony size is enough, pool cafe was quite 👍🏻 Oceanview rooms are amazing. We didn't like the first room and they changed it immediately. Room services and cleaning are very good. I’ll come again 👌🏻

Pluses: Very conveniently situated for beach and shopping access. Very good and varied breakfast. Beautiful pool areas Minuses: Parking limited. Cars often had to be shunted to exit the hotel. Metal stairways rusty and in need of maintenance. Occasional bad smell from showers. Overall: Good value. Would visit again..

Considerable size, two pools, restaurant. Spacious rooms, fridge, bathtub, and a separate shower. The building seems old but properly maintained. Furniture is a bit tired but still usable. Powerful A/C, wide balcony with two chairs and coffee table, clothes rack. Power plugs are of combined type, so the North American appliances can be plugged in directly. The TV is not big but has good channels. This is where the nice part ends. There is only one night table, one chair for the desk, no sofa or armchair, no table. There are connecting (double!) doors for adjacent rooms that are perfect noise transmitters - we can hear everything spoken by our neighbors. When the TV goes on, seems like it is in our room, when someone takes shower – like it is in our bathroom. The front door is not better. There are the outside units for the A/C right in front of the door and you can hear constant humming of the power units. The bathroom has no ventilation. Also, nowhere to hang a towel near the sink, but there is a towel rack in the toilet?! Another one in the shower stall (to get wet from the shower I guess). The wardrobe with safe box is also in the bathroom… The breakfast buffet has a good choice of food, and the staff is very polite and helpful. But do not expect to have a good coffee or tea, seems diluted with water, the teapot for 10 cups had 3 teabags in it... I even try to get a cappuccino that came more or less OK by taste but was lukewarm. The only coffee that was warm and drinkable was Americano. Housecleaning is slow, but the room is very clean. We still can’t figure out if we must put the sign out to ask for cleaning or there is a regular cleaning schedule. We left for the beach in the morning around 9 am and came back by 3:30 pm and the room was not cleaned yet. We will see if they will come later. Yes, they did come around 4 pm.

I booked just for 8 days, but can imagine staying here more then two weeks. Have two clean and wide swimming pools, big room with terrace. Fast wifi I get strong signal almost everywhere in the resort. Working staff is very nice and friendly, speaking English. Location is very good. 5 min from the beach, plenty of restaurants, motobike shops, massages and grocery stores. Can pay by card for hotel and their services. If I have chance I will stay here again.

We booked for a week ended up staying 3 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐we love this resort !! The staff are amazing,kind & helpful with friendly greetings everyday 😃 ..the pools view included are beautiful with big Buda in the distance our room was asked if we wanted service twice a day late morning or late afternoon always had clean towels and sheets THE FOOD & ROOM SERVICE was amazing!!! Good pasta good Thai beautiful pineapple juice Loved the huge room with huge bed large bathroom big bath & shower This resort has everything you need including awesome massage across the road 😃 Big Smile Massage 😃so close to great shopping & fruit & restaurants and the beach !!! It even has A KIDS PLAYROOM & LIBRARY Best resort in Kata 👌

Very good value for money. Good for couples or families with little children. Has 2 pools and very close to the beach. The room was nice, the super king size bed was very comfortable.

A wonderful hotel! Excellent location a short walking distance to Kata beach, restaurants and shops and very good value for money. Staff are excellent, attentive, helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They even organised a room for my husband to hold a work Teams meeting and their wifi/internet is very good. Comfortable, very clean and large rooms and bathrooms, crisp sheets and towels. They have 2 great pools and ample deck chairs. Great buffet breakfast to cater for all tastes. Their restaurant menu and food is very good. All in all, a fantastic hotel all round which ticks all the boxes for value for money and comfort. We will definitely stay at Chanalai Flora again when we return. We highly recommend this hotel.
