Great hotel on a budget. Went there through a package. The swimming was also a great added bonus! Had so much fun.

Location of the Hotel is decent, not close to beach but right in the market. Premium family Rooms are spacious, we had a family room,it was quiet sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room has an additional feature which is washing machine,very convenient.also microwave oven is there. All rooms do not have big balconies. Breakfast is continental,nice. Phuket is a bit m ore conservative than Pattaya and so are the people,so do not expect very friendly staff here. Overall a decent hotel if you are travelling with family.

I had 2 nights here while April 2019, very enjoy the hotel, reasonable price, good service and friendly staff. (+) Location isn't to far from the main road, so it's more quite. (+) Stay on 6th floor at Superior Room, very wide room, very clean, TV channel was OK, has long sofa bed and extra pillow there, also provide pool towel on it. (+) the bathroom was incredible and clean, the wider and longer bathtub, with rain shower and hand shower provided. (-) But just a simple problem, I got adjoining twin bed to be double bed. It's bigger than usual, but it makes electronic plug behind the bed. (+) rooftop pool is medium, but also with sharing jacuzzi. You still can enjoy sea view from here.

The hotel location is the best for Indians and vegetarians because it is in front of Delhi Darbar restaurant. There are many options nearby for sea food and vegetarian food as well. Patong beach is just 1km from here. Location wise 10/10. The hospitality of the hotel is good. Cleanliness, breakfast quality and management is good. Swimming pool is roof top so good view as well. 8/10 Budget wise it is a little costly but totally worth it because you get to save on travelling bcoz of the location. So it's 7/10 Overall good hotel. 8/10.

Extremely helpful staff. they allowed check-in prior to usual 2pm check-in. I booked a Deluxe Room, while the room is great there is a real problem with Doors. Like, the washroom door wont close... same with the balcony door and the shower door. Otherwise all okay.

Neatness, Quite calm rooms. Wifi not reachable in rooms. In and around good Thai and Indian restaurant available. Self service, we need to shift our luggage, hotel will provide wheel cage. Breakfast very good. On request, they pack breakfast very nicely. Reception staff courtesy. Extended hours of stay is chargeable in this hotel.

I didn’t manage to stay at this hotel because 4 days before check-in, I was informed that it was impossible. Booked in advance, payment went through. It's not nice to do that.

The staff was very friendly they upgraded our room for free and kept our lyggage for a few hours when we checked out. Definitely worth every penny

The price/quality ratio is really good. The whole place is really clean, staff and service are on point, food is also nice. All though the pool needs a bit more maintenance. But considering the fact that it’s off season and there’s not a lot of guests this place was really good and not far from the beach.

Service was great despite the hiccup with the room reservation but they did a quick recovery. Overall a great experience and will be here the next time

Just to let all the people who come from different countries to enjoy here not to waist money at this place rooms are good but when there is poor service nobody can be comfortable. I strongly not recommend this place to stay....

Very good location.patong beach is just 10mins walking distance.staff are good.basically u get Indian breakfast along with thai and English breakfast.

The only good thing about the hotel is it's in the center of patong. They don't have a bell boy, you have to carry your luggage, the breakfast is really bad. On top of that in the middle of the night there was plumbing issue in the toilet, we had to use the hotels lobby washroom for the rest of the days. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

The rooms are good but the reception staff is very rude and inhospitable... It seems that they want to put down their own anger and issues on the guest checking in... Not advised to stay at this hotel...

The only thing going for this hotel is that the rooms are big. If you're booking this place for the washing machine, don't count on it working. It breaks down randomly. They changed my washing machine only to have it break down again. All the taps and faucets are extremely rusty. When filling the bathtub, the water has a greenish tint. Boiled water through the kettle will have a layer of dirt on it.

Good location , good service , clean, very comfortable sofa and balcony , good wifi can working everyday , and cheap , no one disturb you while you working in the room … also nice and clean swimming pool , you can chill on the rooftop , good views , nice lobby , friendly people :) room have coffee ,tea and water

The beach is about a 10 minute walk, the location is very convenient to restaurants, Bangala Road, and all of the big markets. Showers were warm, beds comfortable and breakfast was tasty. Another plus is that tours seem to pickup from this area for free so, we never paid extra to be transported to fun activities. Everyone was so kind and the wifi was perfect for logging in to get a bit of work done. This will be our go to when visiting Patong!

This is a beautiful place and the prices are great just post pandemic! The rooms are nice and the cleaning service is very efficient. Wi-Fi is out of this world! Very good! I would recommend a stay here!

Nice friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good roof top swimming pool. With bike one can reach patong beach easily with in 10 minutes. Superior room has almost all the facilities. Value for money.

Very nice hotel, with all the amenities..

Service is good here, but it’s not new one hotel, beds with springs are very hard. It’s very noisy because hotel is near big road. Conditioner is in balcony also do some big noise.
