My wife and I have been coming to Phuket for many many years and always stayed in a resort next door to the Crystal Beach Hotel. Unfortunately management at this resort didn’t care about repeating guests so we thought we would try the Crystal beach hotel after friends recommended it. We have been here for two weeks and still have another week remaining and I can only say positive things about this hotel in every aspect. The rooms are fantastic for the price you pay. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bedding and fantastic air conditioning. My wife and I are so happy. The staff are truly amazing . So professional and friendly. Always with a huge smile. Khun Mint, Khun Pui, Khun Great, Khun Tar and Khun Chai are absolutely awesome. These staff members go above and beyond to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This service these staff members provide are far better than that we received at the 4 star resort we have been staying previously. Thank you so much to all these staff and the wonderful housekeeping staff . You are all AMAZING We are so impressed with our stay overall that we have already booked our accommodation here for Songkran April 2024. Thank you to the management for taking care of us and please pass on our gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to your wonderful staff. Honestly you cannot fault this hotel for the price you pay and believe me it is better in many aspects than a lot of the four star resorts in patong and we have stayed at few of them over the past 15 years. Clean and nice room, the service is good. Near the beach and Bangla street. The only thing we didn't like was that our balcony faced south, which was scorching hot during day time.

Simple and clean room in very good condition, but no luxery at all. Refrigerator, safe and a small flat-screen tv. Nice small rooftop pool with 8 sunbeds. Modern silent aircon. Bed is quite hard Ca 250m to the beach. Close to Jungceylon (5m walk) 8-10 min to Bangla. Lovely staff, 125cc scooters for rent 350-400 bht/day. Unfortunately they force you to leave your passport during rental..😥 NO food at all serves, only sofdrinks and beer what I could see. Defiantly recomend for the price👍

Crystal beach hotel is 5 mnt walking distance from Patong beach.. . 10 mnt Walking distance from Bangla Walking Street.. . Hotel Is clean.. . Staff behaviour is good.. . Recomended

The hotel is perfect, friendly staff, friendly price. There is a very nice view for the pool on the rooftop. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel. I would definitely come back again.

No convenience shops close by but its okay. Nice staff and clean room , no view at all Recommended

Excellent location 4 minutes walking distance from the beach. Not loud like Bangla road. Good staff. They provide beach towels. The room was clean and neat with a balcony but no good view. There is a rooftop swimming pool and a nice sea view from the rooftop. Overall excellent value for the price. I will recommend it as a good choice for a budget traveler.

This quaint hotel (with elevator) may not be on the beachfront, but it's location is actually perfect: short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pubs, and OTOP market. The staff are super friendly and are willing to help with whatever they can (we asked for extra pillows and a mattress topper). They also have scooters for rent. We sat on the veranda outside the entrance of the hotel every day, enjoying a beer or two and watching the people go by. The spacious rooms are cleaned and services every day (water, toilet paper, coffee etc). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and we'll be back for sure!

I can't say more than rating. It is so good and the very important thing is the staff are more helpful and friendly. I'm highly recommended to stay here. Thanks to all staff who made my staying very pleasant. Sure I will come back again and again and again and.........

Nice little pool at the roof. Superior room not very super. Bigger space, but for what? No furniture apart from the basics. Mini balcony can’t be used for anything because you’re surrounded by noisy AC’s. Reception staff didn’t impress me at all. Rather that welcome you in a nice way they’re negative and tell you everything you shouldn’t do in order not to be fined. Also they forget about waiting guests and tell half truth about prices. But take a standard room and enjoy the pool.

This is one of the worst places you will live in AC not working will, beds are sets to damage your back. Bugs and insects all over the place.

A 3 star hotel, we got in and some of bed sheets were a little dirty - got replaced. Location is excellent and the rooms themselves are good if you just come in to sleep at night. Bed is quite stiff (common here in Thailand). Also the rooms are very quite and hear nothing from the street due to its location which is amazing. Value for price :10/10, got it for cheap.

Rooms are clean and the staff doesn't wear shoes into your room during service. We booked for 8ngt but extended our stay another 2ngt. Location is great near the beach, plenty of massage & food options; plus a 14min walk to the big grocery store. 3 minute walk to night food market. Pool is clean with good city views

Nice clean hotel with pleasent staff Beds are in good shape, but a bit hard like most in Asia. I would stay again.

The room are not much bigger, but it’s clean and your not going to hear the noises while you’re inside the room and they are serving the people in a good way, also they are offering taxi going to the airport from the hotel.

Rented a motorcycle from there and its one of the best places, usually you are asked to leave ur passport but since this is already a hotel it was completely safe and secure to leave the passport there. They even have extra petrol for extra charge

Very good hotel for tourists. Very friendly staff. Close to Bangla Road and night market which is very fun to be. Rooms are clean. Did have a very plesent time. Good food options are there in close proximity. Tour packages are also available near the hotel and you can ask from hotel it self as well.
