Very good breakfast, clean room and a bathroom. Slippers and bath robes were provided. There is a gym and a swimming pool opposite the reception. Manager at the reception is very nice and professional. Location of the hotel is perfect as it is a walking distance from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc.

The location is great, close to both Kata and Karon beach (for those who are indecisive about which beach to stay close to, excellent!). We don't like being disturbed so we didn't want the room cleaned every day, so they left water and toilet paper in a bag outside the door for us, which is really thoughtful. The hotel also provides beach towel, beach mat, and big parasol for beach time! Will definitely be back.

Great value for money, this hotel has a lot of character too. Original paintings by the the young owner give it a very distinct flair. Casual and down to earth, the staff is very approachable and will cater to your requests the best way they can. Nit to mention the hotel is a stone throw away from the beach, which is big plus in my book. Highly recommended.

I like the location that is convenient to walk to Karon Beach and Kata Beach. The design and decoration are cool.

The room was huge, clean and just very beautiful with the access to the personal pool. Also in hotel there is nice gym and bar. The location is very convenient, it’s between Karon and Kata within walking distance. The host is very kindly, friendly and helpful. We will happy to come back in this place again!

New building, interior with modern decoration. Room is clean, and all furniture is new. It is just 5min walk to Kata beach, and the great thing is that the hotel provides with beach towels and beach mats. Staff are young and friendly. central location. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and grocery stores

Funky and vibrant small hotel just between Karon and Kata beach. It is well managed, clean and has a good bar downstairs. Perfect if you want to be somewhere in a place with good infrastructure, around cafes, restaurants, bars and with a quick access to the beach (both are 5-7 min walk). Customer service is above the cloud, it just amazed me a lot, thank you all :) I don't see any big negativities, -you pay for what you get. It would be weird to expect 5star hotel facilities here, but it's a perfect choice for a middle range hotels. The only disadvantage (from my perspective) - some rooms potentially can be a bit noisy as hotel is next to the road.

Just few people in the tourism sector still work to make the client have a pleasant stay, not caring about money only, and you could definitely say these girls work passionately to make you have the BEST vacation you could imagine. They are so attentive, always present to every request, very careful about what your needs may be and what your plans are. Plus, the location is optimal to get the best of both Kata and Karon beach, because you can reach them in just 5 mins walking. Definitely will come back to Oneloft hotel if we are back in Phuket, the nicest place to relax and have a good time.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I stayed in while in Thailand. The rooms are clean and stocked, the hotel is filled with so many painting painted by the owner herself it is like going through a museum, the staff my god they made us feel like family, and it is so close to the beach you can littrally walk there. When I come back to Thailand this is where I will stay. Thank you One loft. 💚💛❤️

Had the most amazing stay here. The location is perfect as it's close to many restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to a bunch of bars. Everything was top class - The design of the place, the spacious rooms, the attentiveness and caring staff. They even went out of their way to help me with multiple issues including helping with a visa extension issue I was having. I will definitely be staying here again.

This place was ok for a one night stay. The room smelled like a musty cellar and my view was into the houses behind the building. I had the pleasure of waking up to some guy staring in my balcony window from the other buildings porch. When I tried to order an alcoholic drink, I was told the bartender had the day off. A few days later, I went back to try the restaraunt and it was empty and could not find any waitstaff. Walked downstairs and they were watching people walk by and talking to each other. Also, rooms were a little pricier than other hotels around. On the plus side, it is close to stores and other amazing restaraunts.

The room looked similar to description pictures. There was no lock for the bathroom door and the bathroom is right beside the bed, sound really travels. But everything else was amazing. We had a late flight and the hotel allowed us a free late check out. Location is also prime, right in the middle of Kata, with the beach 5 mins away. It's definitely a quieter neighborhood for people wanting to relax away from the noise of patong

We were at the hotel for four weeks. The location is an ideal, short walk to Karon and Kata beaches, about 5 minutes. The surroundings are a short stroll away from numerous restaurants, there is no need for taxi use. Likewise, shops, money exchange, tailoring etc. just next door. We had a small twin superior room with no view. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was small, the washbasin design uncomfortable and a little too high. The staff were very friendly and the service was delicious. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. A happy surprise was a gym, enough equipment for vacationing and good air conditioning. Towels were changed daily, and two bottles of water per day belonged to the room. On the beach, a beach bag and two towels were provided daily. The hotel is quite new and the feeling of being in the rooms was very fresh. The only deficiency really was the lack of a decent pool, but we knew it was already booked at the hotel. The hotel is very quiet and cozy, and we liked it very much. I highly recommend.

Friendly and chill staff and owner. Clean and modern. Pool is open as long ad you want if there are few guests and you can be quiet. Built on trust. Nice bar located 3 meters from the check-in desk. Our riom had a nice terrasse with view. Good prices :)
