that

they
are
offering
to

when

Customers
expect

in

and

essential
for
the
hotel
management
to
address
such
matters
promptly
to
uphold
the

urged
the
management
to
reinforce
training
to
ensure
the
culinary
team
meets
the
expected
standards
and
prevent
similar
negative
experiences
for
other

customers.
