    I want to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the poor experience my friends & I encountered during our recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of issues, primarily the malfunctioning air conditioning in our room, which was not adequately addressed by your staff. Upon check-in, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. We promptly informed the front desk about the issue, and a technician was sent to fix it. However, despite their efforts, the air conditioner continued to blow warm air, failing to provide the comfortable environment we expected and paid for. To our disappointment, your staff did not offer any alternative solutions or suggest relocating us to a different room. We were left to endure the sweltering heat and discomfort for the entire duration of our stay. This lack of prompt action and consideration for our well-being is highly unacceptable. After enduring two hours of discomfort, we reluctantly made the decision to check out and seek alternative accommodation. This unexpected turn of events not only disrupted our plans but also resulted in a significant financial loss of $100, which we had paid in advance for our stay at your resort. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the unhelpful attitude displayed by your staff members. Their dismissive behavior, refusal to acknowledge the severity of the situation, and apparent lack of concern for our satisfaction only added to our frustration.

    The resort is located in a very good place and has many small pools which is really nice. However, the staff lacks common courtesy, doesn't understand basic English despite being located in such a busy tourist area and toilets are not properly designed. On the day of check-in there was no bell boy and rooms were quite far, so with kids we had to take all luggage ourselves. When we were not able to locate our room (resort is spread over reasonably large area) we had to beg for help, as staff didn't come to show the room readily. We didn't book breakfast online, so checked if they can take the booking for breakfast at the time of check-in, they didn't accept to book the breakfast, I don't understand it is one of their revenue and a comfort they can offer to customer. But they completely denied service even when we were willing to pay additional breakfast charges. The hot water in shower didn't work as the geyser was very small, after 1 or 2 secs cold water would start flowing. There is only shower without any bath tub/regular tap. The water from shower spreads all over except your body. Wet and dry areas are not properly separated, water flows easily into dry area, messing the whole toilet. There were no complimentary toiletries as well. Even the complimentary coffee/tea sachets were not replaced unless sought and the mugs were not clean. To raise complaints we had to personally walk to lobby as there was no intercom.

    لربما الميزة الوحيدة التي تميز المنتجع هو السعر المنخفض ، ومع هذا اعتقد بأن السعر ليس كافي لتحقيق قيمة مضافة ، ناهيك عن ان اغلب الزبائن لربما لم يعودوا للاقامة في المنتجع في حال لم يتم المزج بين توفير سعر عادل ، وكذلك توفير خدمة ، وجودة لتشجيعهم للعودة. النظافة جداً عاديه اذا لم تكن سيئة ، الخدمة جداً عادية ، الجودة اقل من المتوقع. During my recent two-day stay at The Natural Resort, a 3-star establishment, my experience was fairly average. The resort's cleanliness was mediocre, sitting comfortably in the middle of the scale. Though not pristine, it was maintained well enough to provide a tolerable level of comfort. However, in this day and age, customer expectations have shifted towards more hygienic conditions. The resort's management should take this as a cue to elevate their cleaning standards to meet or exceed the industry norms. The resort's facilities were typical for a 3-star establishment, without any bells and whistles to wow its guests. Though functional, the amenities did not exceed my expectations, and there was nothing notably extraordinary that would set them apart from similar resorts. Here, too, there is a clear opportunity for improvement. The resort could invest in upgrading some of their facilities or introduce unique services to enhance their guests' experiences. The resort does seem to have an advantage when it comes to pricing, making it an affordable option for many travelers. However, while attractive pricing can bring guests in for the first time, it may not be enough to make them return guests. Quality and service are key factors that drive guest loyalty, and unfortunately, these are the areas where The Natural Resort needs considerable work. The staff, though polite, seemed to lack the attention to detail that turns an average stay into a memorable one. The management needs to focus on training their staff to provide a higher level of service to improve the overall guest experience. After all, in the hospitality industry, people remember how you made them feel. In conclusion, The Natural Resort, with its affordable pricing, could be a reasonable choice for budget travelers. However, for those seeking a more memorable experience or a higher standard of quality, this may not be the place. There is significant potential for this resort to elevate its status, but that would require investments in cleanliness, facilities, and staff training. As it stands now, it is unlikely I will be returning in the near future, unless improvements are made.

    The room was nice and a good price - ideal for long stay. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk were all very rude, and put in very little effort. Every question we asked they either didn't want to answer or replied rudely in short. Good customer service goes a long way.

    Worst hotel to go to. They don’t have any bell boy.. no hospitality. Even they are so rude with the customer Didn’t hear anything from us. A advice to all the Indians don’t book this hotel. Even they are baised to the Indians.

    DO NOT BOOK. Worst hotel I stayed at so far. Staff was very rude and unclear about their rules. Deposit is not mentioned on Agoda. They seized my passport as “deposit”. Agoda did not help at all. The property did not have wifi in the rooms. I had to use wifi at reception. Agoda denied any support despite stating in room wifi on the booking page.

    Well when we reached there we were not at all happy with there reception service. They didn't give rooms to anyone before 2pm i mean they refused to give rooms even 10 mins early of 2pm which was too odd i mean how much cleaning can you do in last 10 mins. We selected deluxe banglow and room was nice and big . But they dont provide any toiletries ( no soap, no conditioner ) they will give you shampoo but by the looks of it i didn't use it. We stayed there 3 days pool is nice very huge and quite place. Overall satisfied only 2 complaint i have is for reception staff and toiletries.

    Great short or long term spot. A few roads away from the loud tourist area. Friendly staff, great location, nice rooms, comfortable bed, room cleaning daily. This place is fantastic. I have traveled all over Thailand and this is a great hotel/guest house establishment.

    Rooms are good. Vibe is good overall. They just give one bottle of blue liquid; it is handwash, body wash and shampoo as well as per them. You get chairs outside the rooms if you want to sit outside. You don’t get tea coffee pouches; so buy some yourselves.

    I wouldn't recommend rooms near reception at all. - Air conditioning problem in the room - Motorcycle noise and poor soundproofing - 25 mosquitoes in room see more - The staff was not very accommodating regarding a breakfast we wanted to postpone. - Worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel in Thailand. The hotel remains beautiful in general and if you must stay there, ask for a room at the back of the complex.

    Good place, quite close to sea (10 min. walk, also free tuk tuk), best for its price. Only issue is with WiFi, not working stable. Regular room service. Good A/C.

    When I saw quite many bad comments about this resort I was worried I already booked tru Agoda n can't cancel last minute but after staying here I think I can't find any bad for me to comments for such a resorts at such a reasonable price. The resort is quite old resort but all the condition still keep it well is clean n staff are welcome but location far from the Bangla street if u r party guy but nearby many food stalls n massage ctr n is cheaper here n walking distance to simon cabaret n the Beach..

    We had a great stay at The Natural Resort. The rooms are very nice and there's room service every day. Staff members are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this resort. We had no problems with checking out and no scams whatsoever. The pools are well maintained and clean. I would definitely visit again.

    not like it #Order on agoda. Single bed. Get a double bed. #Mosquitoes are full of rooms, not ready for service. # Water heater not working Can't solve problems for customers #Very bad service staff, don't care about problems. #The room has a musty smell.

    This was a very bad experience. We booked a room for four people, and when we got there, they told us they didn’t had the room we booked, and didn’t wanted to help, because they didn’t find it as a problem they should solve. We told him we could stay in a room for two person and then get an extra bed in there, but then they wanted us to pay for that extra bed. We’ve been arguing with them for a while, and they only tell us “that’s not our problem, that’s your problem” - even though we are the customers? We told them if they couldn’t give us, the room we’ve booked, then they should give us two rooms with space to two in each, but they didn’t wanted to, and they didn’t wanted to upgrade us or help us in any other way. They didn’t want to give us a paper with the informations, that our reservation should be cancelled, so we could get our money back. So we couldn’t make sure, that booking wanted to give us our money back, for the hotel not wanting to give us a room. I would not recommend to book at this hotel, because they are not handling problems that we’ll, and actually doesn’t want to help the customers.

    Spacious room with kitchen corner, table, 2 chairs, and TV. Not the cleanest and fanciest but it's quite decent for the price. Wifi's not working most of the time, running at 2mbps on average. Didn't manage to use the swimming pool, but it looks okay. Staff are kind and helpful.

    If it doesn't have to be on the beach, but rooms right by the swimming pool everything is great and for 500 baht, the rooms smell good. It's an incredible, spacious facility, the boss is very personable and showed me everything. at the reception there is high-class art to admire. The resort looks a bit sober, but everything works perfectly and is in great condition.
