Had an amazing experience at Mayhem Ink Tattoo Studio. Dazza was great at helping me choose the design that would work best for my cover-up. I even came back 3 weeks later and he recommended I get a few things touched up after seeing the healed tattoo, and got it scheduled within the next couple of days. Quick and easy communication on chat. Quick ideas discussed and the appointment setup. At the shop the owner and the artist were very kind and helpful giving me the right inputs and helping me finalize the design. Clean and sterile equipment used, was done in about an hour. The cost was decent, accepts cash only, but ya plenty of arms and exchange centers in and around the shop. Overall would highly recommend the place.

So I was looking around Patong for a tattoo place to get a cover up done. It's been on my mind for a while to get one. Shopped around the area and visited a bunch of tattoo places. Then I entered Mayhem Ink tattoo. Was instantly greeted by Koda there and immediately felt at home. He was pretty chill and put me at ease instantly. He then called his partner Dazza - who's the expert here and Dazza took one look at my cover up and my ideas about what I wanted it to be and with his advice we came up with this tattoo that I truly love. He paired me with Phung (Realism expert). This artist is amazing. His skill and confidence to do the cover up was just what I needed. He made quick work of this piece (6 hrs became 5 hrs) and man I love it. Can hardly tell that an old tattoo existed. Thanks again guys. I shopped around, looked on insta and went into all the major tattoo shops on Bangla in Phuket and settled on Mayhem Ink. I had a great experience from beginning to end. They nailed my sloth foot tattoo and The Iron Giant tattoo on the back of my calf. The artists and owner are accommodating and open to designs you bring them and working with you to bring them to life. Highly recommended. Hope to be back soon.

Second time we've been to Mayhem Ink, and it won't be the last. The studio is clean and cool. Staff are friendly. My artist was Tong, and he did a great job. My daughter had Tong and Jay, and she is very happy with their work. We've both had positive comments on our tattoos at the airport on our way home. I would certainly recommend Mayhem Ink to anyone wanting a tattoo in Phuket.

I was a bit wary about getting a tattoo in Thailand but the communication and results were even better than any shop I have experienced in Australia. The owner was fast to respond and the booking process online was super simple. I told him the style I wanted and he lined up the perfect artist for me. They were ready to go as soon as I walked in and I was under the needle within 20mins. They answered all my questions and concerns and are super attentive. Oh the artist was super fast too! I was in and out within a few hours. I will definitely go back next time I visit Phuket, amazing experience.

That staff and management at Mayhem Ink are phenomenal! They took the time to do exactly what I wanted and placement. I wanted a very customized piece using something I created but wanted to change slightly. This was my first tattoo as well. They took care of me, and the whole experience was fantastic. After my partner and I read the reviews we knew Mayhem Ink was the place to go in Patong for some new tattoos. The owners were very down to earth and extremely helpful when we came in with only a concept, they gave us an estimate for the price upfront, which we appreciated. Whole studio was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. They also provided snacks and water for the customers convenience. Their knowledge of body art was evident when they paired us with an artist based on the style. Very grateful to have gotten some work done here. Cheers guys ☺️

Felt really confident and comfortable in the studio owners were lovely. Everything seemed fine until after i left i looked at my tattoo closely and realised it was terrible. I wanted a kill bill tattoo and this does not look like her at all . The blade is wonky and her face is thin and stretched. She has 6 fingers on one hand and her chin does not meet up with her face. Nothing against the studio but the artist should have informed me prior if he was not capable of that design and i would of picked something else.My partner was tattooed by another artist and hers all turned out amazing . I think this tattoo is beyond repair and i will have to spend a bit in Aus to get it covered.

Wow , what can I say. This place is truly amazing . Went there a to have a portrait done of a picture taken . A difficult thing to do in my opinion. They massively surpassed my expectations . They did such a good job that I wanted more, and still do but my time in Phuket has come to an end . You can put a prize on the artwork that these artists provide but it is really fairly priced . I found this place through google and the reviews , I hope this review helps many more people gain the same excellent experience I did. A few days ago, my sister and I decided to get our very first tattoos together and decided to come here after reading all the wonderful reviews and WOW we we’re not disappointed at all!! There are so many tattoo shops in Phuket but i can’t recommend this place enough! The staff made us feel so comfortable, they were so kind, friendly, funny and made the experience really fun and special, especially since it was our very first tattoos and we were a little nervous haha. So charming and the place was very very clean. The artist that did our tattoo was also incredibly talented and i could tell the other ones are too from other customers that were present in the shop aswell getting work done. Our tattoos look amazing, we couldn’t be happier :)

It's very hard to pick the best tattoo parlor in phuket as there are so many but we were very happy to find this hidden gem in bangla road! The cleanliness of the shop was remarkable! The staff was soooo friendly they helped us with the designs and the placements they are so creative! The end result was more than expected! All in all the experience was perfect and we recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some ink in phuket!

I was overwhelmed by the attention and support during my first tattoo application as I was very nervous and actually fainted!! So wanted a souvenir to remember on our last day in Thailand owner was great to speak to as my friend was very nervous. Jin tattooed both of us new needles each time very hygienic and great all around experience for me and my friend. When were back in Thailand this will be our go to place. Highly recommend

Just got my first tatoo here. They provided an exelent service. I felt very much taken care of. everybody was really nice to me and it seems realy clean as well. Everything near me was wrapped in plastic foil and sterilized. The tatoo itself came out exactly as i wanted it to be. highly recommend it. 5/5 stars

I cannot express how satisfied I am with Mayhem! Sandbox holiday in early November 21 with my spouse and good friend. We were looking for a tattoo shop as I always get ink when I visit Thailand. Read reviews on local shops and saw the overwhelming positive feedback about Mayhem. Called and set an appointment with Dazza (owner) and met up. Total down to earth, super cool guy. His artistic background and knowledge helped fine tune our designs and paired each of us with the best artist for our pieces. We scheduled a time the next day to met the artists and get some ink. Total time for me was about 6 hours with a few breaks. My artist was Phung, who specializes in realism. My wife was paired with Jin for traditional Japanese to complete some shading and fill on her back piece. Both turned out amazing! So amazing in fact, I booked a second visit 2 days later to finish my outside sleeve with another piece. 10/10 would definitely recommend them for all and any tattoo work while visiting Phuket. Dazza- appreciate you and your dedication to your business. As we discussed, my next trip we will prebook and get you our ideas for more ink. Thanks for the hospitality, and knowledge of the Island. From the moment I enquired about booking for some small fine line pieces, I was met with an upstanding and professional level of customer service, not to mention the studio space itself, not only was it incredibly clean but also held a very creative and supportive environment. The artist I worked with was very receptive when conversing about ideas, placement and style of my tattoo, he re-stenciled as many times as I asked until we were both happy, the standard of work speaks for itself and I am so impressed with my pieces.
