Been to a lot of Marriott's and the service here is truly special. The staff is attentive to your needs, and they really make you feel at home. The hotel itself is really nice, I love the rooms, and the villas are a 10/10. The location of the hotel is far from the city, but it is extremely peaceful, which is exactly what I wanted. The food at the hotel is decent, but it does vary depending on which chef cooks that day. Andaman Kitchen and Big Fish are the big ones, but there is also Mama's Kitchen which I would say had the best food (small menu though!). Overall, I loved my stay here, and I honestly would come back just for the staff. I was sad having to say bye, but I have a feeling I'll be back!

What was supposed to be the cherry on the pie of a 2 week holiday in Thailand ended up in an anticlimax. We had high hopes of this stay and were looking forward to a relaxing week on the beach. It ended in terminating the stay after one night and moving to another hotel (the Renaissance, which is much more a 5 star hotel, than the Na Yang Spa resort). We booked an airport pickup, but the driver wasn't waiting for us at the terminal, so we ended up having to find a taxi in the pouring rain. Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed with a drink and asked to pay half the fee for the airport pick up as no-show (after we explained them what had happened). The audacity... As platinum members, we were expecting a nice upgrade, but we ended up getting a slightly better, but dark room and it was dirty (dust everywhere, dead flies in the bathtub, hairs on the bathroom walls). We then went on to the restaurant for food, which was at most mediocre. I asked my burger to be prepared medium rare, I got it well done. The English of the waitress was so poor, that she didn't even understand what a draught beer was. Breakfast is mediocre too. No real fruit juices, coffee is so-so. Besides that, there's a wide variety of foods, but the quality is okayish. The worst part is the beach, there's construction works going on and there is no mentioning of this at all. We live in an area with ongoing construction works and the last thing we wanted was hearing that noise constantly while relaxing on the beach. Management decided to charge us a one night fine for cancelling the booking during our stay. One would think they would at least make an attempt to rectify the issue by waiving the cancellation fee, but no. We ended up moving to the Renaissance nearby, which is in every aspect better (vibe, service orientation of staff, quality of facilities, quality of food) and I am happy we were able to leave and never return to this Marriott Resort.

It is a large beautifully designed facility river next to the beach with stunning views of either the beach or the pool from all the rooms. Loved the access to the pool right from the room with large balcony. The main deep pool is connected through a shallow pool throughout the facility, amazing! The shower cubicles are fantastic with a base to sit on—directly opens to the bathtub. The air-conditioning control could be improved. The breakfast station is felt like a bit tight and crowded. I didn’t like the idea of calling to get something for the minibar; the minibar by default is empty. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience overall.

Dear Readers, So it took me a while to think and write a review for this place. And it's because spiritual I am still there even after coming back. You want to relax and just enjoy the beach and pool with your family or your partner this is the place to go. From food to availability of resources, this place has it all. Including hotel staff that make you feel right where you belong, they are supportive and caring. I loved the staffs energy. Try it once if you got the time and it is close to the airport where they even provide pickup and drop-off services. I loved the rooms they were amazing. Sincerely yours, Riya

What a special resort hotel. The property is very private, very secluded, you are about 45 minutes from the city, night life areas, but if you want peace and quiet, and space to decompress. This is your spot. The restaurants are good and there is a good selection to choose from. Enjoy the drink specials. The pool is hypnotic and amazing. Like and follow for more amazing places to see and visit around the World.

Food here is not an issue, no matter what region you came from you will definitely find what you like here. The staff is above and beyond the international standards and they love what are they doing. I took beach villa with private pool and big size balcony. There is in house activities such as bike, yoga, and kayak. There is outside activities including from to transportation, we went to fantasea, elephant care shower. The spa services is amazing and they are super friendly. There is cookies made from Marriott baker and everyone should try it.

Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. The hotel itself is stunning, super clean and the staff are really friendly. Gluten free breakfast options are available as well as in all of the restaurants (you just need to ask as the menu isn’t marked) and the standard of food is very good. A very special thanks goes to Jan, Ochim and Kit who set up our private beach dinner which was incredibly special. It is a moment we will never forget. Jan is probably one of the best servers we have ever met and nothing was too much trouble. Her English is also very good. We are really pleased that we chose this resort for our honeymoon and hope we get to return some day.

Very disappointing, I expected more from the brand Marriott. Coffee and food quality is poor, complimentary in-room coffee is instant and even the one served at breakfast or room service, the quality was not good. The hotel is under-staff when I stayed and sometimes the services are slow. Even though they tried to accommodate all the guests with heart and smile but still caused disappointment. At breakfast, we didn't get all our orders for 2 days. One is for juice another was egg dish. At the end we decided to give up the last 2 nights (out of 6) and went to another hotel instead.

This was meant to be a 1 ⭐️ review, however Ms. Patty was professional and understood our concerns quick enough to make our stay better. Firstly, this resort needs a new housekeeping supervisor who understands what is expected from a five star Marriot property. The resort is divided into two sides, one is a comparatively new whereas the other is pretty outdated. So the cheaper room option will get you a room in the old side which might not live up to your expectations if you’re looking for something modern and fresh.

Love the new white room with cabana. Easy access to mail pool but still private. Big fish restaurant have good vibe. The beach is nice. Only downside is breakfast, it taste not so good.

Hands down the best Marriott property I’ve stayed at! The staff was amazing, service great and the food was amazing. The Andaman restaurant has great Thai food. The hotel is located close to the airport but a little far from other attractions like Pa Tong and the Big Buddha. Advisable to rent a car when staying here to travel. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

The hotel itself is really great with a fantastic pool and beautiful views. Breakfast selection is superb but restaurant options can be limited, however still decent. Initially we had a pretty average room located a bit far from the pool so decided to upgrade to one with a private garden and direct pool access. The beach is not for swimming but perfect for long sunset walks in shallow water. You can walk for 15 minutes to the town center but it can be very dark to walk back via the beach but doable. There are also 2 shuttle buses a day going during the daytime. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Phuket as the overall hotel quality is very pleasant and nicer than another Marriot chain we stayed at.

10+ points to all hotel staff. Beautiful resort and great service. We stayed a week and really enjoyed. Staff was hard working and always have smile on their face. Room was large and tiptop clean every day. We could swim straight to main pool from our terrace. Delicious food, specially in breakfast. Happy hour was good deal too. Thank you so much, we will return.

Great stay for the last 7 nights. Loved the fact that they have a kids club included in the price of your stay. Great place for the kids to stay cool during the hottest part of the day. Camp fires and professional musicians every Mon, Wed, and Fri. Great breakfast every day that was also included in our stay. Loved the service and the people there.

It’s not often I say I’ll go back to a country in a heartbeat, as a frequent traveller once I’ve travelled somewhere once I don’t tend to go back (big world out there, want to see all of it type mindset) however I left a little piece of my heart in Thailand, not just because of how beautiful the hotel, scenery and breakfast was. But because I met two staff members “Breeze” and “Dee” who have to be some of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met! Their service was impeccable and unmatched. They couldn’t do enough for me and my cousin, when they saw us their face would light up every time they saw us and without realising a friendship was formed. They are absolutely the main reason I’d visit Thailand again, they are a credit to the Marriott in Phuket and a representation of the beautiful people in Thailand ♥️ the people in the whole country are super friendly, hospitable and welcoming. By far the best trip I’ve ever been on and worth every single penny! Thank you Dee and Breeze for making mine and my cousins trip to Thailand extremely memorable for all the right reasons. Will 1000% be going again!

This is a beautiful resort you walk in and there is a big word in car, medallion and pools of water on either side of the walkway. It’s really beautiful it’s all open air. We immediately were serve some butterfly pee punch, the best thing I ever drink in my life. It’s a blue leaf that turns purple when you add lime it was so delicious then our room was really beautiful. I had to tie details and went to a outback into a pool that was like a waterway to the main pool every night we had some kind of message on the pillow and. A folded towel that looked like a creature. It was very beautiful and thoughtful. It’s important for people to know that it is not a beach front that it is a lagoon basically with coral rocks I wasn’t able to swim. I was really disappointed because the rocks were sharp and I could only go out so far I thought I would walk be past the reef and swim, and there was no way to do that. It just was really awful. If you like being on the beach front you don’t wanna be here The spa services were great. We experience some really amazing massage but they were American price is not Thai prices if you want a great massage and you don’t want to pay the resort price I suggest going somewhere else, but do your research. Make sure it’s somewhere that is clean and nice. We had one at the airport. There was only $15 that wasn’t as fancy but it was very nice. just realize the spa prices the prices at the resort or different than the ones in town and Prices you may expect. We did see the pearl factory That was great! Our driver took us to a restaurant, and we were really unhappy. You gotta be careful that some of the drivers may be connected with local businesses. They took us to a restaurant that was more like cafeteria style, but we were charged a huge amount for the alarm perhaps or fresh lobster or whatever it was, we thought no way it was like I think we spend about 100 almost $100 and they said that was just the price no it was the Taurus price and the restaurant was not nice enough to count for the prices just be aware that if you want the guy to show you some things just be aware that they may be lined up to get a profit or a kick that I did love shopping out along the roadway. I bought a dress at the resort that was $50 and then found a similar one for 15 the side resort along the road so if you’re not worried about money I wouldn’t it won’t make a difference but if you’re trying to save money I’d be careful bit where you go what where are you spend your money? Anyway I love the food at breakfast and the restaurants are very nice. The ambience of the place is just amazing. It was beautiful but I was super unhappy. About not having a beach but I thought I was going to have. We love going to phi phi island and a bamboo island. The snorkeling was incredible. So the package stills are good you can or the trips are great to do anyway, our overall experience was really wonderful but there again, make sure that if we beach in swimming on the beach is important to you to find the other Marriott

Overall great experience with a few places for improvement. Rooms were very clean, spacious and nice, staff were friendly and accommodating and the location close to the airport was convenient especially since we were there for a wedding. Some of the downsides are the breakfast food which was really hit or miss between the days, the fact that the beach is really shallow and generally uninteresting which makes it so you stay at the pool to cool off but the pool is also on the smaller and more shallow side so really cant stay there that long.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. We stayed in an ocean front villa with a private pool. It was stunning and the service cannot be faulted. However the pool was too cold to stay in for any length of time. Also the location wasn’t the best, if you fancied walking to the busier strip area it was a 800m walk along the beach. The food at the restaurants was average and it was hard to get served in the bar. One advantage is that it’s only a 15 min drive from Phuket airport so very convenient after a long flight! If you stay here you must head to Weena’s restaurant 100m along the road. The food here is to die for!

The resort is located at the hill, 15 mins to airport only. It has a very beautiful private beach. Food, service and swimming poor are all very good, I'd give 8-9 of 10. However the resort is very far from almost everywhere. If you wanna see the town or go shopping, you need about 50 mins driving to the old town or Patong. The room and facilities of the resort are also pretty old, although the staff already tried to maintain those clean. In conclusion, this resort is close to perfect for family who planned to enjoy a quiet holiday with nice food and beautiful view. But it is not convince for those who had plan to go to the town and night market.

Nice resort with clean and spacious room and comfortable cot for my little one. Breakfast spread was good with lots of varieties! Location: Reason why I choose this hotel is because it’s located very close to the airport. It’s quite secluded, not an ideal option if you want to explore around phuket. Beach: Not an ideal beach as compared to other areas, with constructions going on around the area. Swimming pool: Awesome! Very big pool! However not suitable for young kids. I bought a float for my little one, staff from the shop was very helpful to help inflate and deflate the float. Massage: Massage was good. However it’s not fantastic considering it’s a 5 star hotel with a 5 star price 😅 Customers are asked to fill up a form before the massage on areas of concentration . areas to avoid and intensity of massage. One thing I realise is the staff are only Concern on the intensity of massage(strength required), they don read the other sections of the form. Both my husband and I have stated the areas to avoid, however nothing was done. It’s still a full body massage. Before I fill up the form, the staff told me that aromatherapy is most suitable for us. I am not sure how this is concluded? What are the factors considered? I can’t help to think that’s the option with the least strength required.

Overnight stay due to its closeness to the airport. We got upgraded to the room with pool view - the room is spacious and well maintained; they used Thann’s products which is a plus. Bed is super comfortable. Not sure about the amenities though as we checked out super early the next day.

My wife and I decided to stay here with our two young children for our anniversary in May of 2022 at the end of a month-long trip in southeast Asia. My wife surprised me by arranging a room upgrade and 7-course dinner on the beach, and wow did they pull through! Our stay was unfortunately short, only two nights; we would have stayed for a week if we could have done the trip differently. We look forward to booking another international vacation through Phuket so we can stay at this resort again! RESORT: The resort is beautiful! The windowless lobby with multiple shallow bodies of water has panoramic views of the beach. Buggy rides were available from the lobby to our room. We did not venture off property by foot, only by van arranged by the hotel or the unaffiliated boat tour we booked. The resort is located only about 20 minutes from the airport, and probably about an hour from the town of Phuket, though we did not go that far during our stay. ROOM: The room, #9201, was huge. It is probably the biggest available. After opening the entry door, you enter into the main living room, probably 40-50 ft long, ending at the first balcony door. Across from the entry door is a half bathroom, which is next to the walkthrough closet with doors on both sides. In the main area is a sturdy dining table with a bench on one side and two chairs on the other, a couch and table, side table, TV, one sliding balcony door, and two sliding doors leading to the bedroom. In the bedroom is a king bed, two end tables (attached to the wall), a bench at the end of the bed, a day bed/couch with a small table, and standard height table and chair. From the bedroom, there is a pair of sliding doors leading into the very large bathroom. In the main bathroom, there are two sinks, a toilet room with glass wall and door, a standalone tub, a rainhead shower with two glass walls (one with door) and a small bench attached to the wall, and a large bench in the middle of the room. The other side of the walkthrough closet leads into the full bathroom. STAFF: The staff at the resort was one of its best features! From check-in to early morning checkout, we felt welcome. The executive chef greeted us at our first happy hour at the lower level restaurant. He asked if the food was to our liking and if any adjustments needed to be made. We really appreciated this interaction! The hotel manager greeted us multiple times during the stay and interacted with our children to help them remain engaged and entertained. During our dinner on the beach, our dedicated server kept our son entertained between courses by playing with him on his tablet, which is not normally easy to do. The one time that our expectations were not initially met, we voiced our concern, and the issue was rectified in a way that turned the night around completely. FOOD: My wife and I enjoyed every special happy hour cocktail from the lower level restaurant and separated bar, ordering multiple of a couple of them the next day. The multi-course beach dinner was well worth the cost in our opinion, even though the weather prevented all of it from being enjoyed in the beautiful setting prepared for us. The breakfast buffet at the upper level restaurant was tasty, with a variety of options, an omelette order form available at the table, a special drink of the day (we had the delicious butterfly pea flower tea, same as check-in drinks!), and fresh juices. Because of our early flight home, the staff prepared a boxed breakfast with various pastries fresh fruit, and other items, which was much needed and appreciated!

While I'm a bit privileged by being a platinum member, this resort went out of there way to make our stay amazing. Huge thanks to Jenny!!!!!!!! We asked for a complimentary upgrade for our son's birthday and while we paid for a package deal in a 2 double room, they upgraded us to a huge corner suite with a living room, 2 bathrooms, a wrap around balcany and a loaded wet bar! The most beautiful room I've ever stayed in with Marriott!!!! They provided a bday cake made out of towels, balloons, a cheese and cracker plate, a large fruit bowl and 3 beers upon arrival. This resort also had the most amazing breakfast buffet I've ever seen.... Rivaling only an expensive las veags style buffet, but with much higher quality food and service. I'm floored with how beautiful the service and amenities were!!!

Incredibly large and beautiful resort. Beach is connected. Tons of activities. Beautiful scenery. So much to do—so little time. The staff was beyond courteous. Great time and memories here. Definitely try the restaurants/gyms here.

Only if you need to stay near the airport - Spent 4 nights at the hotel. The price is reasonable under the Marriott brand and the consequence is that you will find the breakfast venue very packed. The staff is very helpful and the facilities are sufficient. However, the nearby restaurants or shops are beyond walking distance.

Great service and beautiful location. We have found this place family friendly. Food selection for breakfast is just amazing. Stayed here in September during rainy season but still enjoyed every single moment.

5 stars through and through for Marriott at Nai Yang beach. The resort is well-maintained, buffet breakfast is delicious, and the pool is amazing. Most importantly, every single employee from the security at the entrance, front desk team, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, beach staff, and first-aid team are all attentive and polite. Special shout-out to Jenny, Patty, and K.Shun who went above and beyond to assist and check on me and my husband when we ran into some emergency matters. These ladies truly were amazing in their work (and went the extra mile for us)… we cannot thank them enough. Service staff like them are so special and they should be celebrated :) I work in the service industry so I truly understand how hard it can be for the entire resort to achieve this gold standard of service - kudos to the team at Marriott Nai Yang beach! You guys have truly blown us away and redefined luxury hospitality for us. Highly recommend!

Stayed here in the first night of out honeymoon, everything ran smoothly from the airport shuttle right through to check out. We had a slight issue with the check out which was resolved immediately and it made the exceptional service stand out even further. Excellent breakfast - the best I’ve ever had with abundant cuisine options for all tastes. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the last day of our honeymoon before flying home. The hotels location near the airport is very convenient and the restaurants are incredible and reasonably priced. See you soon Marriot team! 🥰

Private beach, lots of free beach activities: kayak, stand up paddling, ping pong, soccer, volleyball, even marshmallow roasting which was a nice surprise. Must get sand-fly repellant from the hotel kiosk, or you'll get itchy reminders. Only 2 restaurants but food is good. Lovely river pool, kids and kids‐at-heart will enjoy. No shops or massage places nearby except for a beach shack bar, so pretty much you either have a car or chill at the resort.

Great hotel, huge clean and modern rooms and toilets. Beach is fantastic for young kids as there are no tides or currents (it's a nice protected cove). Breakfast was great, so too was all our other meals at the Andaman and the wider hotel. Manish was very hospitable in welcoming us at breakfast and ensuring our stay overall was a fantastic one. Big fish can get a little overwhelmed when the guests and orders start piling in but they more than make up for it with good service and fuss free cancellations/adjustments to orders. We particularly enjoyed how cosy the hotel was, you won't get overwhelmed with other guests (clinking plates and cups during a full seating breakfast) like you would in a larger >200 room type resort.

Our flight was delayed and we booked a room at five am in the morning. Amazing service. The far rooms require transportation from place to place which is a disadvantage. Good breakfast. Courteous service gave us a late check out at four-thirty pm that would be close to the flight. Recommended hotel very close to the airport

Just realized, better write review soon you come back, otherwise you'll forget the experiences. Like to thank the Staff, we had a pleasant stay (special thanks to Mdm Mam, and Big fish Mgr forgot his name, let's call him the magician.) I would recommend this Marriott, it feels and looks newer than the others, and plenty to do on the beach 10-15min walk.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is also super attentive. The resort is in remote location so there is so much potential for a quiet peaceful vacation, BUT there is super noisy construction project next door. Those guys are loud.
