First of all, it is not a beach hotel, it is on the mountain side where road took a turn at the fag north end of Patong Beach. It is located on the hill and it is very inconvenient steep climb to reach the annex building. To come to lobby or restaurant for breakfast you will get a feeling of hiking. Although there is electric cab to transfer, it is quite risky during rainy or windy seasons. Snakes are roaming around. Mosquitoes are flying in the room. Room is too small and not worth a 4 star hotel. Bathroom is even smaller. At the same price, you can book a suite in many 3 star Phuket hotels. Breakfast is just ordinary. I have seen better Breakfast in most 3 star hotels in Phuket. They replicate the name of famous Andaman Beach Suites Hotel in Patong ND do not become a fool. Pretty horrible and I checked out after one night even though I had four days booking and paid penalty for one night. I book a junior suite in a close to beach hotel almost at the same price, even though it peak season, and I booked in the last moment. Food is very bad and over priced. I couldn't remember if I ever had such a bad chicken pasta. You will get much delicious food in most 3 star hotels in Phuket at a much lesser price.

Its a true 4 star hotel, rooms are very neat and clean , gives full luxurious vibes. View from the balcony of room is remarkable!! Though hotel is near to the beach, but way from hotel to nearby market is very steep so get ready with your private/rented vehicle if you are planning to stay here more than 1,2 days. Staff is hospitable and polite.they have all ears to your queries. Room service is also quick and effective! They have spa service inside the premise but it is paid. Overall premise is beautiful and clean.

I loved the experience of staying there. I wish I had booked the Seaview rooms, but my rooms were good nonetheless. Really lovely staff, absolutely fantastic and warm. I can't find a fault with the hotel to be honest. Great location, comfortable and warm!

It’s a decent 4 star property. Has basic amenities provided in the room & bathroom. Property aesthetics are pleasing. Clean & green property. Beautiful pool area. Hotel’s location is prime (5 minutes walk away from Patong Beach), the only odd thing is the way to get to the hotel (shady, stinky street). There’s a buggy service at the hotel to drop one off to the main road, so no stress really. Only feedback I’d like to give is the breakfast options, they can certainly add and tweak their spread. You may book this place.

We had a great stay here. Great Location and convenient to get around. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and smiling. The room was not very big, but it was clean and comfortable with great separate beds and our room had a great sea view from the 5th floor. The breakfast was superb. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Loved this hotel. One of the best stays we had in Thailand. The location of the hotel is very good and the view from the room is magnificent especially if you book beach facing rooms. We booked a Seaview King bedroom. We got it at a price of around 3.5K INR. The breakfast was not included. The patong beach can be seen from the hotel room. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Indian food is also available and that's the good part. There are multiple room options available such as a classic and superior room with a balcony, deluxe room with balcony, Suite with balcony. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool. The parking space is also available. The hotel has all the amenities that are required during a stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is worth every penny! Laidback hotel with all the amenities you need like a pool, gym and lounge area. The restaurant that comes with it has some amazing food and they often do good deals on BBQ nights etc. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the staff is amazing. All of them are very friendly and they’ll help you with anything on request.

More appearance than reality. Our room had a bad musty smell. The shower was run down. The shelf was hanging half out of the wall. Mold and dirt in the bathroom. Dark hair in the shower. After complaining we were able to change rooms, which was better but it still was not much cleaner.

Newly renovated hotel with a very nice concept. They have the Test&Go package listed on their website. Lovely and comfortable rooms with everything you may need. The location is great, it's in a calmer, classier part of Patong, away from the grittiness of Bangla Road but you can easily walk there if you are looking for that kind of fun. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We would like to thank Erik especially, he went out of his way to help us find a rental car.

A very nice hotel with 2 minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful reception area and Breakfast menu have 1 indian dish everyday. Just 1 thing to be careful about that they need 1000 baht per day per room as security deposit which is not good as every hotel charges security per stay not per day. I booked 3 rooms for 3 days so they took 9k baht as security which were blocked till last day of my travel. U can also do this via credit card but if you are not traveling with CC then you have to deposit cash. Other than that rooms were good, location good, staff excellent, have buggy service to the rooms and excellent hygiene.

I am writing this review on our last full day at the hotel. First they said they had lost our reservation so we had to wait a couple of hours for them to find rooms for us. Then, the cleaners did not come every day and when they did they only changed one towel per room. The people at the reception were nice and professional. The worst part was that today we saw we had 400 euros missing from one of the rooms and they told us they can not do anything to help us except 'investigate' but that 'would take time'. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Location is away from the main market. But the property is good. The hotel is vertical and hence many stairs, but the staff is good to help us with a buggy at all times. I attended an Indian wedding here. The food and arrangements were good. Only issue is that the hotel doesn't have good air conditioning or fans. Every event was a hot mess because of this issue. They have a good restaurant with woodfired pizzas to die for!

The perfect hotel for relaxation, good food and nice people! The staff were extremely nice and friendly taking care of every small detail. We also ate a lot at the hotel restaurant as every plate was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. The pool was nice as well as the room; as much as you need! Near Patong but not in the centre where it’s noisy. Thank you for welcoming us! P.S the only negative experience we had was when we booked through the hotel a tour to Similan islands that was not value for money.

Although located near the Patong beach, there is a steep road that you should climb everytime you get to the hotel, and for this they don't even provide a buggy service etc to the nearby places. The night market is a little far away, you should walk for at least 2km and the tuk tuks are a bit pricy. The room we stayed in was good with all amenities and the breakfast was also good. All in all, this is a great place if you want to chill in the hotel and have time to yourself. One bad review though is that we were leaving for the Phi Phi island tour in the morning and we wanted beach towels but there weren't any because they had all gone for laundry. There was no other alternative or arrangement made for us which was quite disappointing. Thank you!

We had a nice stay here, the rooms are big and everything is very clean, beds are enormous and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The location was good, even though the small street which leads to the hotel was a bit shady. You can always use a buggy to get to your room, but there are also stairs (not to many, do not worry for that). One small downside, it seems that there is a mosque close to the hotel and every morning we were awaked by prayers, but we got used to it in the end.

All of them are very friendly and they’ll help you with anything on request. Especially the manager, Chatz, he is one of the most sincere guys I’ve ever seen in a hotel. You can see he likes his job and he puts a lot of effort into giving you a welcome feeling. Every hotel should wish for a manager like this!

FANTASTIC HOTEL WITH GREAT SERVICE... The hotel are well lit, the suite rooms are spacious comfortable with amazing view, the location of this place is away from the hustle of the city. The hotel has restaurant and the swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The hotel also has buggy service that can take you to or from the main road.

Our room was plenty big enough, and cleaned every day, we had a great view of the pool and also the beach. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, especially the staff in the restaurant.

It was such an amazing time that I recently had at this resort with my partner. The facilities on the property were top notch and in supreme condition. The staff were excellent with their heartfelt service. We were first greeted by Lou who gave us a warm welcome and an excellent check-in experience. Soon we were given information about things in an around the hotel by Kat and we got the warmest smile from Dhanesh, even though he was very occupied at that moment. We instantly felt a great connection with most of the staff on this property. The restaurant and bar is pretty decent with a lovely display of food. It's all prepared fresh and tastes sooooo Yumm ! We had a great time chatting up with the staff present there during our stay. I would like to mention a few names: Fern, Beer and Jay. A special mention to Mr O for sharing a lot of his time and being extremely hospitable and also Mr M for the bombastic cocktails that he prepared for us. I highly recommend the Mai Tai's here. Even the chefs and the housekeeping staff were at their optimum performance. I can't wait to have my next stay here soon again. Thank U everyone for making our stay so memorable. See u Soon.. 😊

I recently stayed at The Andaman Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a pleasant ambiance, and the staff, particularly Front Office Manager Pattie, was accommodating. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and ordered pasta, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant staff went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction with the food. Overall, a nice hotel with excellent service.

All the staffs are friendly and accommodating especially Louis in the front desk, Chef (I think from Philippines but not sure) who assisted us before we left the hotel and Ms Koy who is been very friendly and making sure that we were all good. Over all stay, amazing!! And the one who always send us outside forgot to get the name but I can stay all of them are amazing!!! 😍

Really nice hotel, location is about 20 minutes from the main centre which is fine to walk. 7-11 about 5 minutes away, really nice clean room with lovely and helpful staff. The hotel is on a slope which gives it a very nice view of the ocean. Most times have to take a buggy up and down to the room and entrance of the hotel, it’s okay. Overall recommend if you like good price and service that’s away from all the action.

We stayed here two nights and three days. Located at the north edge of Patong Beach, we can access the beach and all the fun easily but (fortunately) couldn't hear the all night partying. Very clean rooms, well equipped (but no bathtub), with splendid views of Patong town, the Andaman Sea and sunset. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and serves both international and Thai dishes a la carte. The kitchen team prepares the dishes well and the ingredients were fresh. Good combination of value, convenience and comfort. I will look out for their special room rates when I plan my next Phuket trip.

Booked a night at the Andaman Beach Hotel in May 2022. At arrival, the reception notifies me that only cold water is available in the bathroom. I never take cold showers, and would never book if only cold water available. When I went to breakfast, I asked for a decaf coffee. Staff don’t know what is, and never heard about it?? So I ordered a watermelon juice from the menu. Staff apologized because they forgot to put the melon in the fridge the day before. Complaining to the reception, I got a ‘huge’ discount of 50% on 1 breakfast. On top, an almost empty hotel, and I found myself on a top floor which is only accessible by many stairs. The safe box in my room was also not working, but it didn’t seem to be an issue for the reception when I mentioned. 1 positive note: friendly staff. But sorry, I won’t go there again and can absolutely NOT recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed seeing the different staff at the different times they worked and were always a pleasure to deal with. The end of Patong the hotel is suited us. Taxis and tuk runs were found at the end of the street. Washing of clothes and motorbike rental all in the same area. Great spot to head off on your adventures. Being far enough away from the Bangla road shenanigans to not be disturbed but close enough to go and enjoy it yourself. Would love to stay again. Thanks Mike and Masha

Rooms not huge but very clean and cozy, services are awesome staff the best ever. Located just a 5min walk from the beach, and from end to end the beach is a beautiful 3km stretch where the ocean meet the mountains like hills. The beauty is breath taking..

What a fabulous hotel!! The location is great and away from the party street (bangla Road) but close enough that you can still walk there. Its across the road from the beach (the beach at this end is much more beautiful than at bangla Road) and within easy distance of lots of bars and restaurants. Defo a great spot for families and couples looking for a more peaceful beach getaway. The rooms are very spacious, newly renovated (better than my own house) and sparkling clean - even our curtains had been washed prior to check in. The best thing about this hotel is their staff. Thomas (manager) and his team go above and beyond for their guests and do everything they can to make you feel at home. Thomas is very innovative with his ideas for the hotel and we were particularly impressed with his check-out policy and plans for breakfast - checkout is based on when you checked in (so if like us, you check in at 10pm then you can checkout at 10pm on the day you leave) and breakfast is not the drab buffet style you get everywhere else. Thomas explained his reasons behind his innovate ideas and it was very clear that he understands the modern traveller and is aiming to provide a service like no other in Phuket (and he's smashed it, it really is a great hotel). There are many more positive things I could say about the staff here they really are great. I could not recommend this hotel enough, stop looking and book here, you won't be disappointed.

Ideally located (but hidden from the main Kamala/Patong road) away from the energetic and noisy part of Patong and yet is just a few minutes from the Patong beach. Perched slightly up slope, this modern hotel has clean comfortable rooms with a balcony with a cool panoramic view of the ocean. Loved the bright natural light that greeted me when I checked into the room! Staffs are friendly and a positive bunch. Andaman Beach hotel is indeed a hidden gem!

Mixed Feelings about Lost Item Incident" During my recent stay at this hotel, I unfortunately encountered an issue with a lost item. I inadvertently left my Apple AirPods in the room after check-out. Upon realizing my mistake, I promptly contacted the hotel staff to inquire about the lost item. To my disappointment, they claimed that the AirPods were not found in the room. What added to my frustration was the fact that the hotel's app, which tracks items left behind, still showed my AirPods as being present in the room. This conflicting information left me unsure of what to believe. I tried explaining the situation and showed them the app's data, hoping for a resolution, but the staff seemed dismissive and uninterested in assisting further. On a positive note, the hotel itself was pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities provided a satisfactory experience. The staff, aside from the lost item incident, were generally friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions. While the lost item incident did put a damper on my stay, I cannot completely disregard the positive aspects of my experience at this hotel. However, I do suggest that the hotel improves its communication and handling of lost items. It is important for them to take responsibility and provide better support in such situations, ensuring that guests feel valued and attended to. In conclusion, if you decide to stay at this hotel, I recommend being cautious with your belongings and double-checking everything before leaving. The lost item incident highlighted a lack of consistency and reliability between the hotel's app and their actual room inventory.

Booked a two nights stay at the Andaman. Prices were reasonable and location was a minute walk away from Patong Beach. The room is clean, and basic amenities were provided. However, the air-conditioning in the room was tad a bit noisy (even at medium speed). However, the service provided by the staff was top-notch and impeccable. Recommended to book the sea view room.

Really an amazing hotel with the best amenities and services. Can easily recommend if you are looking for a value for money deal with class apart services. This was a home for me for 6 days and the staff was so courteous and loving. Best breakfast is served here :D

Simply Wow! Service, Facilities, Behaviour all are excellent. They will never hamper your privacy. View is awesome from the room. Breakfast quality is good. Pool is also cool. They have Gym which is also good. Patong beach just 1 minutes walking. Bangla road 15 minutes walking. Most importantly in budget.

5 Min to the Beach. Breakfast became better during our 8-Day-Stay. Good beach and pool towels. Pool is in Need of Renovation in some places. The rooms are Mixed between new and old furniture. Rooms could be a Bit more proper. Cleaning often at afternoon/evening. Very friendly staff! I recommend the Hotel.

I recently stayed at this property for 2 days. I can’t give more than 3 stars to my experience here. The good part of my stay was the location of this hotel which is very close to the Patong beach. Ambience of the hotel is also very refreshing. They had some good Indian options as well as a part of morning breakfast. Worst part was the price of this hotel compared to the services they provide. Garden view room was actually facing the backyard of the hotel. Be careful about this. There was no one to address us when we reached the hotel. The hotel staffs were kind of arrogant, since the Thai people are known for their warmth and hospitality. Secondly, we had to call more than 4 times to change the damaged hair dryer. No bathrobe, slippers and hand towel provided in the room, although it was a part of the hotel booking. There was no cupboard in the room and it gets too much congusted if you have more than 3 luggages. Overall, an average option for short stay and can be avoided for longer stay.

Overall strictly average experience. Location is decent and close to the beach, but you need go up a narrow alley to reach the hotel. They do run some electric buggys to pick you up from the main road. Rooms are really good clean and top class. I had upgraded to a room with a sea view. Strongly recommend to not do this since you can barely see the sea. Food is good but it's tailored for tourists and not really authentic Thai food. Did not try out the pool, gym and other facilities. They provide an iron in the room which is useful. They also charged me a deposit of 2000 BHT on my credit card which was refunded after 7 working days. Nowhere in the online booking process this was mentioned.

It’s up on a hill in Pa Tong beach. If you don’t have own car / bike or don’t hire a ride, it’s a difficult climb up for many people. Also from reception to the rooms area, it’s again a stiff stairs climbing. Although it’s showed as 4 star, but I wouldn’t recommend this to be more than 3 star. Rooms are very basic. No overhead shower in the washroom. Poor lighting in the room. During check in the porter didn’t carry our luggage and we didn’t know we had a climb such a stiff stairs with heavy luggage, this was disappointing Breakfast was good enough.

A true 4 star hotel.. location is just on beach road so very convenient to go on beach or to Bangla Street and market. Reception guys Danish and Lui are so helpful. They made our stay very convenient n pleasant. If you are Indian, ask for Danish..he will guide you for Indian food and other tourist places nearby.

Everything was really good, the hotel is well located, very near to the beach but not on the main busy road so it’s quiet. The staff are great, both receptionists would be there all day long and still being very servicial to guests. The rooms are amazingly comfortable. There was a bit of a hiccup with the restaurant when we ordered the Calamari, but when we told the staff we weren’t satisfied, they tried their best to make up for it. I would recommend staying here 100%. Hope to be back soon.
