The room is very cozy! The staff of the hotel is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They can't speak English very well, however they can understand and do the best to make you feel well. I definitely recommend this place!

Very chilling place. Located in a yard. Very calm. And very close to the beach. Just 5min walks. It's more a low budget place, but for this kind it's perfect

Great place. Clean, and tidy. Friendly staff. We stayed for one week as part of sandbox scheme. A few minutes walk to Karon beach, and shops/bars etc, whilst it is quite basic I would recommend 👌. It has all you need.

We spend our honeymoon here. It is great place. We stayed at great room on highest floor with amazing view. Staff is kind. Good value for money. I recommend. We were tired from long trip from airport, but after seeing our room, there was big wow moment. It made us feel good. It is much better then we thought. Sea and good restaurant very close.

I have only positive feelings about this guesthouse. It's not expensive, clean, cozy and good located. Although it has only one star - it's better, than smile house in the neighborhood, that has two. But much more important is the staff. They are very friendly and supportive. Helped us with each question or problem that we had. Highly recommended!

The room was great, clean, well-priced and close to the beach. HOWEVER, do NOT rent a scooter from here. The bike was unsafe for starters as the throttle stuck. The owner extorted 1000 THB from us for a scratch we did not cause on return of the bike. He threatened to call the police if we did not pay. This seems like a scam which happens in Thailand often, since the next bike shop tried to do the same thing. Luckily we had learnt our lesson and taken detailed photos of the next bike before we rented it.

Very clean place, conviniently located. The owner is an extremely nice lady. Room was spacious with big and comfy bed.
