The staff here is 5 star. They are so accommodating and wonderful. The free shuttle to Patong beach is reliable and the breakfast spread is great. The facilities feel lacking. We stayed in the Premium Deluxe room. The view was amazing and the private pool was a great addition. The “hot tub” was not hot water and we found glass in it- making me doubt it was ever cleaned. The paint is peeling off the walls. The furniture is cheap - the closet didn’t even close all the way. The air conditioning cooled off the room but never got to the 22 Celsius we set it to. Initially our shower didn’t drain (maintenance was able to fix that though). The pool deck had some rusty nails in it. So our stay was comfortable but it is not a luxury resort.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. This resort really embodies what a vacation resort should be. With an affordable price, convenient location by the beach, I cannot recommend anywhere better than Indochine. Their service, quality of food, and beautiful atmosphere was truly amazing. The only downside might be the outdated furniture but it’s not a huge deal compared to the overall experience. Looking forward to coming back to this beauty resort again soon!!

Most amazing 2 week stay I’ve ever had! Extremely sad to leave, the staff were the loveliest people and the service they provided was very professional and friendly. Restaurant was also really nice and well priced. We stayed in the sky suite, the view is breathtaking and is something you could never get tired of! I will definitely be back here for my next Thailand trip!

It has very good ambience. Staff really nice, breakfast good and you don’t eat the same thing everyday. Pool was so nice! I am not sure of the rest but if you are staying in the sky lounges bugs might bite you a looootttt!!!

Very average hotel - feels like there waa every intention to make it into something, but it either didn’t quite work out that way or the past couple of years with Covid have really affected Indochine too much. We arrived late, and while our check in experience was very pleasant, we were shown to a dirty room - both the dining and the coffee tables had stains, the floors were dirty. The cleaning is virtually non-existent - we stayed 4 nights and I haven’t seen our floor being mopped once, swept at best. As a result, the floor is just permanently stained. The sheets didn’t get changed every day either, only once during our stay. The decor and furniture are all tired and need updating or repairs. The lampshade in the main bedroom was ripped, the shower heads have massive build up on them and are not fixed properly, so I ended up being sprayed in the face a few times. Some staff are lovely and helpful, while many don’t care and try to gouge you for money any chance they have. The pool is basic and is facing the back road. Breakfast is ok, although limited selection. The photos they use do not represent the current state of affairs at all and are misleading.

The look of the hotel is a little dated, not really close to any attractions, but the beach. However, they do offer a free shuttle service to get you to Patong Beach, only issue it's hourly, and you need to book it in advance. The front desk staff were super helpful.

Stayed at 2 different types of accommodations here. Accommodations: great. Service is good as well. Facilities: if I have my kids with me, I will be very careful with the signs of how deep the pool is. I don’t see life guards nor stuffs most times ( early morning and late evening) it can be better if they put more signs or explain in the very beginning to families. Food: international food, with chinese friendly cuisine. I rank this accommodation at 5 because it’s quiet and good hospitality.

Rooms and service were great, beautiful! The breakfast buffet that we had included in our room was phenomenal. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was not the best. Far from city center, no easy or close beach access. Some Grab drivers wouldn't even accept the fares (use Bolt).

Nice views at the hotel. Great service from the staff. Furniture in the hotel are kinda old. Will be good if they can do some touch up on the furnitures. Overall a good experience.

A very well located hill side resort just far enough away from centre Patong to be quiet yet close enough to get there in just a few minutes by resort shuttle or taxi. The resort offers a variety of rooms. Some with pools, some with Jacuzzis. All have a wonderful view. Some of course better than others. We stayed in the pool suite which has a lovely little private pool. Then moved to a Sky suite which have a jacuzzi instead of pool, on the balcony with amazing view of Patong. Sitting in the Jacuzzi at night with a cold drink at night, it's the feeling of being on the top of the world. Its noticeable that the resort has not had tourists for the past 2 years. It's not a fault, just an observation. I hope that they get the volume of tourists now to be able to add the spark this resort would have had pre covid. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor deck. Service is faultless, helpful with a smile Thai style! Highly recommend to check in here for a bit of luxery with wonderful view from the top of the world.

While the staff were all amazing and friendly, the room had a few quirks that one wouldn't expect for such a nice looking place. Hot tub was not heated, more of a smaller pool with jets. Shower had poor pressure and shifted to cold occasionally. TVs in the rooms had like 1 watchable channel and no way to cast or stream. Beautiful views and great food made up for most of this, both ordered via room service and the included breakfast buffet in the morning. Property is large so a call to the lobby is necessary to drive you up to the front, but they always came very promptly. It's also few minutes drive from anything good but a shuttle is provided every 2 hours to make up for it and brings you right to Patong. Great place, maybe just bring a Roku or something if unwinding in bed with some TV is desired.

Rooms are great. We got a premium deluxe room with plunge pool. We paid 20000 THB for 4 nights. Service was great. Breakfast buffet was good. They had good variety of food and vegetarian options. Room service was good. Location and views are great.

Please note when you book via booking the rooms are different than the photos. I booked a suit with a pool. The pool is not for adults its for kids so be careful when you book. Don’t get fooled by the Photos. Rooms smells wet dry wooden unpleasant. Staff is friendly but the rooms here isn’t worth the cost.

We stayed at Indochine for a week and loved our stay (2 of us). We had a private pool and jacuzzi, which was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very accommodating. The breakfast options had a great variety and were all delicious. I'd recommend going to breakfast every day for the value of your stay. In addition, the free shuttle to Patong Beach was convenient. Keep in mind it only goes every 2 hours. The resort also has a tennis court, 2 pools, and a gym for guests. We had a great time playing tennis, but the rackets were a bit worn. If you lose a ball, it costs 100 baht. We loved out stay at Indochine and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we travel to Phuket.

Immediately when walking into our sky suite plunge room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. All the furniture were very outdated, the plunge pool is not appealing and we don’t even want to use it. The pictures posted on here are very deceiving. We canceled the hotel and booked something else because we can’t stand to stay in a room that smells like cigarette and was very unclean. The staff are nice and have nothing bad to say about them. But definitely don’t recommend this resort if you want to stay in a clean room.

My wife and I never miss our annual getaway to Phuket, and we always choose Indochine as our preferred hotel. It's a fantastic escape from the city, offering breathtaking sea views, fresh air, and ultimate relaxation in our suite. The staff are consistently cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast selection is always diverse. However, after staying at Indochine for several years, we have noticed that the rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear. I hope that the management will put more effort into refurbishing the property. Nevertheless, my wife and I have enjoyed a great stay!

This hotel offers a pleasant stay with family suites that include a kitchen. The breakfast is delicious, and the view is impressive, surpassing the city center of Patong. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Patong Beach, but keep in mind that it's located a distance away, requiring transportation for most activities. The pools and gym are enjoyable, with the gym offering a great view.

The hotel location was superb with a breathtaking view from our room on the top of the hill and the close vicinity to the Patong area. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was not that clean and if walking bear foot you will see dust on your feets, it seems they only make the bed daily but do noy mop the floor. The hotel seems a bit run down and for sure needs renovations. The staff were the best thing in this hotel so big thumbs up for all of them especially the laundry team for returning the money that was on the pocket of my pants. Overall I do recommend this hotel for others but I wish the management would start working on the renovation if the excellent hotel.

Quite comfortable rooms and the food was also good. The view for spa rooms was really nice looking straight into the ocean though the beach is at quiet a distance and would need some kind of transport

The room was a little dated but the price we paid for the villa that size with private pool and jacuzzi was such a steal. The hospitality was amazing as well. It wasn’t rlly near Patong beach but there was a free shuttle bus. Eventhough Grab is more convenient and affordable as well. Would come here again.

I really wanna give more than 5 stars for the service. I stayed in their outdoor jacuzzi room and also in the sky suite. The view, the amenities, everything was perfect. The shuttle ride to patong beach could have been more comfortable. Also, for Indian guests, they have a good variety of vegetarian food in breakfast buffet. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Phuket.

  • 1/5 Aleesha N. 1 year ago on Google
My stay at Indochine Phuket was poor. First of all, the hotel room is old, the AC keeps on dripping and I slipped and almost hurt myself. Second, the design of the jacuzzi was way too low. There is no way I could lean my back on it without suffocating, meaning I paid the price for nothing. Last of all, the pool keeps making weird noises early in the morning and it disturbed our sleep. I would never come back and won't recommend anyone to visit.

An amazing place to stay. Legendary customer service. Our villa was perfect. The infinity pool over looked the bay. What a wonderful experience being at the Indochine resort. Definitely will visit again.

The hotel has poor management, check in is slow, rooms are dated and lack of maintenance. We rented a 4 bedroom Villa and was shocked to know that there’s no cable tv to watch any show, when we moved to another hotel in Patong, there’s free Netflix. Private pool water pump is not working. There’s spider web 🕸 found in the room. Going in and out from this hotel required a buggy, and there’s no other amenities surrounded. This hotel is consider too expensive for the quality and location.

Amazing luxurious rooms with private pool, it was our little private paradise. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in and best panoramic views over Patong beach!

Awesome hospitality!! I have no words to describe how fantastic is the service of this resort. From booking to room service to restaurant service everything was just amazing..Jirawan has been fantastic from day 1 with our booking requirements. Also, we are vegetarian and on the 1st day we realised that there isn’t much for us to eat at the restaurant so the restaurant manager - Phudecha gave us the luxury of having customised breakfast everyday. The staff is very polite and friendly. Our kids also enjoyed a lot!! Definitely highly recommended..

Not bad for room, facility, location and sea view but worse management. We received compensation nothing from a cancelled room in advance (We informed 2 days prior to stay 1 from 2 reserved rooms) and also got the wet room when arrived without staffs' care. Not recommend here in terms of the hotel service and management quality. 1. We booked for 2 rooms at full price, paid directly to hotel account (via the government campaign to help hotel during Covid) 2 months advance. Then 2 days prior arrival, we informed the hotel to cancel a room and asked to upgrade the remaining room, not asked for refund. The 'reservation manager' said it possible but have to ask 'accounting manager' to approve. No call after. When we arrived, the hotel manager told that the accounting manager hadn't approved. The room cannot be upgraded due to 'accounting reason', she insisted. I don't think this is the 'reasonable' and reflected how the management/process in this hotel work. The hotel staffs and manager were no any ability to applied to solve a general problem. I wouldn't mind at all if the reason would be 'the room is full', but actually not. 2. Consequently, we asked if the hotel can provide any voucher discounts to use hotel facility such as restaurant or bars. No response, no any offers until we check-out. That's mean we paid the standard room at 166% of usual rate I should pay for. This full rate was quiet higher than booking websites. 3. We opened the room 225 at 3.30 pm. and found that 1/2 of the inside about 60 sq.m. room, around the bed was 'wet'. We informed the concierge, no any apology or resolution offer. We had to ask them to organise and left for other activities. It would be alright and satisfying experience if no any accidental changes. However, I think by the hotel management and the manager action + her giving reasons, this hotel charge overpriced and staffs were not professional and no service minds. I would not stay here again.

Excellent service and great views from the villa we stayed in. Resort offers transport to Patong Beach, so it's convenient. Breakfast was simple and nice. Staff super helpful and friendly

Loved our stay here - well furnished resort, with almost all facilities you could ask. Service was great too - whether it's the buggy rides up and down or the general ad hoc requests. Location is a good base to explore the west coast of Phuket, just outside of Patong. They do have regular shuttle bus services from the beach area for easy commute

Lovely resort set up in the hills looking over patong and the sea, very cheap to get to and from patong if you don't want to wait for the resorts free shuttle service. Very friendly staff, decent restaurant on site and a few other restaurant just outside the resort. When I booked I didn't realise how steap the resort was, but they run you up and down whenever you want....ever if you stumble back at 4am

The worst experience of my life.. I booked two rooms.. And on the day of arrival, I was surprised that they chose one room for me and the decoration is very bad. And I advise everyone to stay away from this bad resort.. The work now is that I publish in my country via Snapchat, which has 10,000, adding that the resort is bad and I advise you to stay away from it.

The hotel service was absolutely brilliant, slightly dated. However, it will meet people's expectations depending on your view. It is a bit far from Patang beach So you have to arrange transport, however, The hotel does have every hour shuttle's for drop off and pick up..we Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view is absolutely brilliant From there I would go again

Lovely and relaxing stay. Nice hotel with the beautiful ocean view. All the staff was very kind. Everything was clean and well maintained - especially gardens. As most of the villas have their own pools - general pools in the hotel was almost private for us. The structure is far from town and to arrive to the shops/bars nearby you need to pass road with traffic but there is a free car going from the hotel to Patong few times a day. Recomend for high quality with the reasonable price.

We booked a place where it had more service orientated people around. The room balcony view was breath taking for your health. We took a sky-room which was on top of the hill, I could see the whole of Patong beach. Front desk staff was very attentive to our request. They provide free ferry service from our resort to Patong beach , they have allotted time. Gym facility, tennis court, private pool, well guarded place.

Where to begin… this place is outstanding! The staff are SO friendly and very helpful! The room we stayed in (sky suite) was very clean and had the most incredible view + a private pool which was awesome to have an escape from the rather busy Patong beach. We even got a lift down the road to a restaurant free of charge just out of pure kindness which we didn’t expect! The restaurant food is soooo yummy, my fav being the “fried morning glory” and room service is extremely fast and fairly priced! I absolutely loved my stay here and would absolutely love to come again, I will be back! I definitely recommend. Thank you so so much guys!!!!

Excellent staff who always greeted us with a smile. Offers secluded comfort, but might not be as accessible if one doesn’t drive. Good breakfast. Nice view from the sky suite but this entails a bit of climb up to the room. Wonderfully affordable local restaurant at the foot of the entrance (the one 70m farther down).

As we were celebrating our honeymoon they upgraded us to a room with private pool which was very nice. The breakfast wasn't that great, not too much to choose. They have a shuttle bus to patong until 10.30 which was great. The staff were nice.
