It is a very good hotel I love, been staying with The Nai Harn for a few numbers of time. Every stayed it was awesome. Service: Staffs were good welcoming and I remembered the staff who park my car was so good. Breakfast : I was my best breakfast ever with long buffet runner with varieties of choices, Asian to Western and Japan food along the runner. Staff welcoming with polite. If you are a coffee lover, I will say you must try the Irish Coffee (Hot) it; sooo good. Not forget Rock Salt Bar & Bistro is one of the best view to enjoy food and beverage. Trust me, you will love it.

It was an exceptional and complete experience! We absolutely loved, loved our stay here. I don’t know where to start. Let’s see. The views of Nai Harn beach from the hotel lobby is stunning. Check-in process was the best ever, personal, quick, comfortable, and delicious (with welcome drinks at the lobby and fruits in the room). A shout out to the sweet young lady at the front desk (we unfortunately forgot her name). She was very friendly, professional and did a great job checking us in and showing us our room. The staff was great overall, including the bellhops and the beach butlers. The room (Deluxe Ocean View) was so very impressive. It has one of the best room designs we’ve ever encountered. We absolutely enjoyed the room’s abundant amenities (it has virtually everything you’d need), the super well-designed, modern and spacious layout, the super comfortable beds, the spacious shower with skylight (still private), the well-equipped patio with stunning views overlooking Nai Harn beach, and the attention to details. The beach service was awesome as well, with helpful beach butlers and readily available beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. The breakfast buffet was great overall with high quality and fresh ingredients and good cooking. We did wish that there were a larger selection however. It was still the best breakfast buffet in our entire two-week Thailand trip. We also enjoyed our dinners at Cosmo (the same restaurant that serves breakfast buffets).

Excellent place for those who really like secluded areas. No good shopping whatsoever, just the beach and the hotel. The hotel is nice and cozy. We enjoyed the restaurant, the view, and the decks. Bedding is excellent and clean. The personnel is extremely polite. Thanks a lot!

This is one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Location is fabulous - right next to Nai Harn beach, and the hotel itself is just gorgeous. It’s situated on a mountainside so has fab ocean views, and the vibe is just so modern and pretty. The service is second to none - the staff are amazing and friendly, and we even received a free upgrade upon check in. The rooms are clean, really nicely designed and so spacious and comfortable. The restaurants at the hotel are decent, the buffet breakfast is small but tasty! The facilities at the hotel are excellent, with a nice spa and pool, and when you go to the beach you can get free beach towels and umbrellas and go for paddleboarding, kayaking and snorkelling. SPECIAL THANKS to Khun Champ who was really an outstanding member of staff. He was so attentive and kind and one of the best people in the service industry I’ve ever come across. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

We were here on a day pass back in Sept 2021, during the Phuket Sandbox programme. It's a little far from the rest of Phuket as it's right on the southern end of Phuket. The beach here when we visited was a lot calmer and busier compared with the other beaches we've gone to in Phuket during the four months we were there. The deck chairs are up at an elevation away from the beach which still offers a great view, but does not provide easy beach access. You'll need to trod across the restaurant, down to the main entrance and walk through the driveway to access the beach.

Fantastic location, absolutely delicious breakfast, great attention to detail. This was our third stay at the hotel and we loved every moment. The mix of western and eastern cuisine for breakfast was great. Home made soft cheese and beetroot cured sea bass to fresh sugar cane juice and beef ball noodle soup just like my great aunt used to serve were all wonderful. Lovely, warm staff who were professional and made our stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Dia, who welcomed us at breakfast and the guys who sorted out parasols and kayaks/paddle boards on the beach. The staff all round were fantastic. They even provided a complimentary shuttle to the local pharmacy when I needed it.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Thailand. Very nice staff and beautiful hotel with the stunning view to the Nai Harn beach. My wife and I spent our wedding anniversary there and we absolutely loved the romantic candle light dinner on sunset. Also should mention the breakfast, excellent and delicious choices.

A really great hotel in an unbelievably stunning location. Still can't get over those insanely gorgeous views of the ocean. Great service from every staff. Loved the spa. Breakfast was amazing. The mussels curry at Rocksalt might be the best I've ever had. Great selection of wines. Only minor thing of note was that the fruit bowl in our room had old stale fruits and was never changed.

Mesmerizing view from the rooms. Excellent atmosphere, well equiped rooms. Helpful workers. The breakfasts were 5/5, big variety of foods. The see is one minute away from the reception.I can definitely recommend this place, one of the best experiences. The gym could be a little bit more equipped, a squatting rack with more weights would be awesome.

Such a gorgeous place to stay! Location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were very lovely! Service was beyond exceptional. Complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious. Really cool activities such as having a private chef cook you a BBQ in your balcony. Would highly recommend.

I really had high expectations and it seemed that they’d be fulfilled at first. This hotel really has character! Rooms are gorgeous and large. But also very dated. The shower cabin was leaking. This rug, that looks so nice on the picture it is so old… in general, standard Thai building craftsmanship, very sloppy. I still enjoyed it a lot though, the bed was super comfy! Breakfast buffet is OK, if you ask the staff they’ll bring you anything you want, amazing service in general. 5 stars for the staff! Oh ya, coffee is pretty mediocre unfortunately. Then I had a serious bug problem in my room (!) didn’t expect that from a 5 star hotel for this price. Fortunately I met the general manager and he offered me a night for free and upgraded me to a nicer room so that was classy. Thank you. Still mixed feelings. I think this would be the No 1 top hotel in Phuket if they just renovated it.

Our first time here in this hotel and we have our high expectations whenever and wherever we go. When we check in the staff are very friendly and caring. We're more than happy with our room there's nothing we could ask for more. The whole thing is amazing and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The staffs are very friendly and polite and helpful. Really, there's nothing I could say bad about it. We will rate this hotel 15 out of 10. Again, so comfortable, clean and with a million dollar views. We'll come back to this Hotel again. A big thank you to every single staff in this hotel, you're all make us feel very welcome. Thank you and see you all soon 😊😘❤️ Love Matthew and Hue 😘

Stayed here for 4 nights and received a free room upgrade upon arrival. There were multiple photo spots inside the hotel which was amazing. Beaches were just steps away. It was nice how the hotel provides you with free kayak and paddle board. If you have the grab app I would highly recommend using it instead of having the hotel arrange taxi ride for you. It’s expensive and not worth it. If you want a good smoothie there is a cheap smoothie stand within steps away from the hotel.

Such a very nice hotel, the staffs are helpful, good hospitality, awesome view. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset panoramic view with Nai Harn beach, good vibes. The breakfast is also good. There are 2 restaurants which you can enjoy happy hour. The scenery is superb from all facility place; breakfast, swimming pool, restaurant. Recommend to stay more than 1 night :)

Really nice hotel. Clean rooms with great views from the balcony. Only steps away from the beach. Good restaurants on site as well. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful place. The staff is very welcoming and super friendly. You can feel that the hotel is not Thai managed and the staff is well trained and helpful. They connected my Apple TV in the room, they greeted me by my name, they remembered how I drink my coffee, and that I even like my rye sourdough bread toasted. Very attentive - many other hotels cannot provide this. The rooms are big and bright, the bed very soft and in my opinion just amazing. I would have loved to stay in bed all day long, wasn’t there the nice view to enjoy from the balcony and the very good breakfast. The coffee is good, the cold cuts of decent quality. In general the breakfast is really worth it, has a great selection and makes it just fun to start the day with. The location is perfect for doing sports like a run around the lake, surfing or just a walk at the really nice Nai Harn beach. The only little thing which could be improved is to provide an awning on top of the already existing wooden framework on the balcony as during the day it can be so hot that one cannot use the sofa in the full heat, as shade would be required. And a proper juice at the breakfast as the sugar sirup “juice” is undrinkable (fresh squeezed juice is 250B extra if I remember correctly). Besides that I was very happy and will return!

The hotel sits on prime real estate directly on a gorgeous beach with a giant windmill, Promthep Cape, and incredible sunsets. The beach is well lit at night and manned by life guards during the day. Breakfast is wonderful with a lot of high quality variety that you get to enjoy while overlooking the ocean from a giant deck. The beds are massive with lots of big comfy pillows. They have good movie channels on big TVs with good sound, so you can lay in bed and relax after being on the beach all day. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well!

This hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach only a few steps away. The staff were helpful and friendly, their warm smiles and genuine concern of our well-being made our stay an unforgettable experience. The only drawback was the late-night noise from the nearby funfair, which kept us tossing and turning until dawn, leaving us feeling exhausted. Overall this hotel is a great choice for its stunning location and exceptional service if you can avoid the peak festive seasons like Christmas and New Year.

Wonderful stay! This hotel has great views, attentive staff and a great location to give you options for food and atmosphere depending on what you are looking for. We wanted a mix of a high end hotel to feel like we can relax, enjoy and be pampered as well as being close enough to some ‘real Thai experiences’ so not to feel that we were missing out. Our room at the hotel was large, clean and well serviced, the maid even realised we were tea drinkers so left us additional tea bags every day without us having to ask. When we requested anything it came within ten minutes (for example and extra towels and different pillows). Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Again the staff were attentive enough to note our favourite fruits and bring us a plate of them every morning without us asking. When we were around the pool enjoying some downtime we were supplied with complimentary fruit and infused water (also complimentary) which was perfect. The restaurant is definitely up market with prices that match, and that is perfect for those that wish to have that experience. However, if you want to enjoy ‘street food’ type dining there are small beach places that offer cheap and tasty alternatives. The same can be said for experiences such as the spa; if you want luxury the hotel offers it but if you want a cost effective massage every day the location of the beach stalls allows that and this was exactly the mix we wanted. The Nai Harn gave us the relaxed holiday, with amazing views and attentive staff that we were looking for alongside the proximity to a more Thai style experience. Thank you Nai Harn.

Close to Nai Harn Beach Phuket Province The hotel is in a very good location. Sea view and beach are very beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious enough, the beds are soft, the restaurant has an amazing view. I admit that I was fascinated with Nai Harn Beach, which is much more beautiful than expected.

My partner and I recently stayed 8 nights at The Nai Harn. We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful resort. Our room was perfect with the biggest most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in with an incredible view of the beautiful nai harn beach and the breakfast buffet everyday was amazing! Such a variety of food too. The hotel staff were all so friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a big smile the whole time we stayed. The room service meals were delicious too! Will definitely stay again if we come back to Phuket. Thank you Nai Harn🙏🏼

Book this accommodation if you are travelling for leisure and relaxing as it is located in a peaceful pocket of the island and kinda exclusive. Service was great and staff made sure that we felt comfortable and taken care of. We really enjoyed morning activities they offered such as pilates and yoga on the beach.

Nice view, great food; good services. Staffs are nice with great service minded. Room was clean with stunning view. Breakfast was superb. Only thing that I would slightly don’t happy was low maintenance of some furniture (see in pix). Anyway, it was not matter to us much. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely go back.

Truly one of the most remarkable resort experiences of my life! My partner and I chose the Nai Harn through various rave reviews through a “travel recommendation” Facebook Group, as the last leg of our trip to Thailand. We spent the last 4 days of our trip at the Nai Harn, and couldn’t have asked for a better location and experience to end our time in beautiful Thailand. Perfect place to visit for world class views, amazing accommodations, and DELICIOUS made-from-scratch meals. While we visited mid-October (and had rain through the most of our trip beforehand), we were gifted with sunny beautiful days with some intermittent rain in the evening. Great time of year to be here! Relatively quiet before the busy season. The staff was OUTSTANDING and super friendly!! Every interaction left me with a smile on my face! Thank you Nai Harn for the lifelong memories!

This is a great hotel, but they are better and scamming you save your self from getting robbed. They make sure to charge you for everything even the area you breathe. This hotel Mano is to make as much money as possible from you while you stay from laundry, food, service, and anything you ask for. I was shocked when I saw water my bill in the restaurant even though they give me the water that you get in the room. Make sure you don’t tip anyone because all the tip is already included in anything you order. It is a hotel on a public beach so you can access the same beach from any nearby hotel. It does have a good view, and that is what you would be paying for. Rooms are not cleaned well and the service takes forever. It is very hard to find a good hotel, but this is not one of them. It is not too friendly with kids and they don’t have a kids area so if you have any kids, this is not ideal for you.

Our 3-days stay that Nai Harn was the the best experience of all the hotels that we have ever stayed that. The Nai Harn deserves its 5-Star designation. It is located next to the beach and only short walk or drive into town. My husband and I were very happy with our meal at the Rock, the Nai Harn owned restaurant next to beach. The meal was slightly expensive (but still cheap by US standards), but the food was high quality and delicious so it was worth it. The overall customer service of the hotel was phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. It has three different food stations with so many different drink options. My latte even came with heart drawn on top. My husband loved the egg benedicts there. Overall, I really have to commend the staff at the Nai Harn, especially the wait staff the breakfast buffet. They were extremely friendly and service was quick. The cleaning staff also did a great job of cleaning our room on a daily basis. You can't go wrong with choosing the Nai Harn! We would love to stay here again if we ever visit Phuket again.

It’s all about the view. Beautifully located hotel overlooking the ocean. One of the best breakfast’s I’ve ever had. In need of some restoration as some of the outside is looking a little neglected. Similar in the rooms. Overall a nice place to spend a night or two.

13.05- 17.05.2022 parking area is few and walking to the hotel but they have pick up for where you park. The room is perfect with skylight in the bathroom, spacious, room 604 facing the sea. Single bed is a small side unlike those pf Sheraton’s. Breakfast: the cool room air-conditioning keeps cool stuff and has refrigerator for yogurt. Breakfast does not include community authentic dish unlike other hotels and does not offer Thai food. Egg Benedict is outstanding. Sugar cane drink and cold coffee there are. The lake back of the beach is amazing with beautiful reflection of pix taking in the morning.

We rented the great ocean view. Great stay, fantastic room with a fantastic view. Very accomodating and friendly staff. We had an amazing private dinner by our private pool. Fantastic waiter and chef. Our only Complaint would be that the balcony should have some cover as the outdoor lounge is quite mouldy.

We are really glad we finished our holidays in Thailand with 4 nights in this beautiful resort. They kindly upgraded us to a ocean view room and it was beautiful. Good food in both restaurants. Unfortunately we haven’t tried the sushi bar. Breakfast was dreamy. Swimming pool was big enough. Plenty of sun lounges. The gym is equipped with the essentials. Really had a good time and we will surly recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to Oat, we unfortunately didn’t have the time to say goodbye.

The perfect place for a short holiday near the beach. Even though we had tropical storms when we were there, it was still the most amazing scenery. Absolutely worth it. The breakfast buffet is nice but could be better - they do a great eggs Benedict, one of the best I've had in the world lol. Oh and the rock salt restaurant does amazing happy hour cocktails.

Great place to relax. From the point we arrived at the airport, to the point the car dropped us at the airport, the whole journey was amazing. Top and Professional services from the staff. Special mention to the beach butler at the rock salt restaurant, Champ for the morning activities and his ever happy positive attitude, Mas and Malee for the fantastic Thai massage and Bowie at the front desk to make sure we have all the arrangement in place for a great experience. We will be back and thank you for doing so well in creating amazing experiences.

I went Jan 2020 for five days to Phuket, Thailand, where I stayed at the Nai Harn Hotel. I enjoyed their amazing room, and was pleasantly surprised by their breakfast! Everyone I encountered on staff was so very polite and amazing. The hotel is beautiful with beautiful views and great restaurants on site. One evening I ate sushi downstairs outside and listened to a live singer. It was right next to a pool. Beautiful romantic lighting all around. Another night I tried the other restaurant Rock Salt, close to the beach. It was impeccable. Over all this stay was absolutely what I needed, in the surroundings that made it feel like a dream. Thanks to the staff teams amazing service, awesome food, and beautiful hotel + beach.

Probably the finest hotel in Phuket. It is iconic and built on the side of a cliff. Loved the rooms, food, and service. The ocean view suites are really worth it and the access to the beach helps. I'm not gonna subtract any stars for it but I didn't find the hotel to be wheelchair accessible and we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to our rooms since the elevator only takes you up one floor.

Such a beautiful hotel. The room was gorgeous and just as pictured! The staff were so lovely and the amenities were great too. Was a nice little relaxing get away - perfect location for those who want to chill out, see genuine Thailand and great food in the area. Not for party people

Went to the rock and reflections bar. Service in both were quite good but a little bit slow in reflections bar (but it was very busy and they were working hard). The menus were the same or very similar but the quality was so much better at reflections. Infact at the rock I actually had to send a cocktail back. At reflections they were all delicious. Didn't eat here but the food did look good. Good singer on the rooftop bar with beautiful views. Staff were very helpful when it suddenly started to rain without warning. Would not really recommend the rock but would highly recommend reflections bar.

Absolutely loved our 4D3N stay at this beautiful and historic resort. Located right next to one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches in Phuket at the southern cape of the island this place really helps you relax. Great staff, wonderful breakfast buffet and fantastic restaurants on premises (make sure you book Rock Salt for a sunset dinner). Highly recommended!
