My partner and I stayed for 3 months recently. Price was great, staff amazing, cleanliness amazing, buffet was great. If I come back again I'll definitely stay here. Thank you so much for making our time special. I have vlogs and room tour video's on my YouTube channel Melody Radford

Clean Specious & well maintained rooms, It has a great location if one wishes to experience the night life of Patong area. The beach is at a walkable distance. The concierge is very helpful & will give good packaged deals to nearby day trip locations. It is located close to many good restaurants serving Mediterranean, Arabian, Indian, Italian & Thai cuisines. The mattress was a little harder than what I would have preferred & the Room phone was not working. However, I never had an occasion to call the help desk to complain or request anything. So all-in-all a great place to stay & vacation.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It is very close to Banglaroad but you don't hear any of the noise. The best hotel we have been to in Thailand. we loved it!

We checked into the resort seamlessly, we had the first level room. We booked the 2 bed room apartment and we did not regret it. The room was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. They provide bedroom slippers, hairdryer, mineral water, bathrobe and best part, a microwave. The rooms was connecting room and we have a common space like a living room. Sofa was comfy, there was enough chairs. Tables was clean too. The tv was working and they even have netflix. Very comfortable stay, super recommend!!

Unfortunately, something really bad happened during my checkout, which I have reported to the management but no actions or follow-ups - my overall experience was completely spoiled However, the location is too noisy, you can not have a proper rest during the night

Rooms are big and clean, nice reclining chair in mine and big balcony. Close to walking st but still pretty private and quiet. Wifi was okay but they need to get rid of log in page each time. Downside; front desk staff seem like they are off the street, not trained, not friendly. Have zero customer service skills, it's like a 1 star hotel

Location was great but the hotel requires better customer service..not get the feeling of " ugh just another customer residing in the hotel" vibe by the reception. Their shower towels need to be washed thoroughly or changed. Room prices on the other hand were good

I really love this resort. Spacious rooms and the breakfast was very good. The resort is centrally located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to rent a motorbike at the reception. I initially booked 7 nights, but I extended by 4 nights. I would definitely stay here again!

No Power For 8 hours, Hotel has no power backup/Generators. Front desk is rude when asked about electricity. They say if i want to checkout even after they know that i have booked it for 3 nights. I asked them that how i can get ready, take shower etc. in dark. I have recorded the video and audio for the same. Attaching files with this post. In restaurant person who is making omellete is very rude and partial. When i asked her for omellete she said me to come back after sometime while she was preparing it for people who just come to her. when i get back to her after 15 min. , she says the same thing again ,that i should wait and come back again. She was giving preference to white people. I have booked this hotel at 5000 bhat a night because its a peak season in january, my room no. was 2217, i stayed here from 23rd to 26th january. Highly unsatisfied. money wasted. Dont recommend

Decent rooms, decent breakfast. Pool is lacking, minimal seating, little shade. Overall it’s an easy location if you want to access the Patong Beach area.

My stay was good overall. However I gave it only 2 stars because I got food poisoned on my last day before I checked out and I had to suffer on the plane ride home! I just ordered a simple club sandwich from room service and they prepared spoiled, expired, contaminated or just bad food for me!!!!!!! One instance before that, I ordered something that caused discomfort in my stomach. The breakfast buffet is good and I ate food from there every morning of my stay there. I recommend if you visit The Lantern Hotel, do not eat ANYTHING from their room service menu. To this day, 2 weeks and a visit to the hospital, I still have some lingering discomfort effects from that food poisoning. I feel like to get a lawyer and sue them!

I haven’t stayed in the hotel itself yet. But I had some problematic situation payment in the booking app, so I texted the hotel to help me, the hotel stuff responded me very quickly and went beyond extra to help in my situation. Thank you for customer orientation and understanding.

Power cut for 8 hours and no power backup at hotel. Front desk is rude while asking when power will resume. Forced to get ready in dark room, with phone battery died. Also lady at restaurant who prepares omellete was very partial , when asked for omellete she asked me to wait and come back after 15min., whereas she was giving preference to white people who just arrived and asked for omellete. Very rude behaviour. I have booked this hotel at 5000 bhat a night during peak season, i stayed there from 23/01/24 till 26/01/24. Money wasted and worst experience

Great location. Walking distance to all of the action but just far enough that it's a quiet haven to catch some rest. Rooms were very spacious and cleanly.

Great Location. The room is large, the AC is cold, the Wi-Fi is good and the bathroom has a standing shower and a bathtub. The staff are amazing and funny and I can’t wait to stay here again. I stayed here for a week from 31 Jul to 5 Aug.

Clean and big rooms with two pools. Location is close to shops and Bangla Road / Patong Beach which makes it very convenient. Staff is amazing, especially March which provided great service for the time we stayed.

We come 4 people and it’s was perfect! The rooms was big and super clean. Beautiful pool in the rooftop. The stuff kind and helpful and the location great- 3 minutes from the sea, in central place but still quiet. Thank you!

Been in Phuket few times. I can say that The Lantern Resorts is one of the best in terms of location. If you would like to be in the middle of almost everything then this is the place for you. Location is a bit hard to find if you are driving but this is a small issue. Parking is steep so if you are driving a car that is full of people it would be better if you let them alight first before going down the parking space. Rooms are newly renovated. Swimming pool was clean they have 2 in the property. There is a 7/11 nearby and they do have 24 hours front desk. Service of the people was good and very friendly staff. Breakfast spread is good but could be better. But overall a 5 star experience.

Great location for walking around the party area of patong. We had the pool access room, spacious but needed a table did not like eating room service on the bed. Good shower, bed and TV but only 30 channels of nothing watch. Breakfast was okay, overall not bad.

Very good hotel, great location, few minutes to the beach/cornice. In the middle of the night life. Girls in the reception very helpful, upgraded our room with no cost. Loved experience with this hotel

Amazing Resort. Tucked away in a quiet spot. Less than 5 min walk to Bangla Road. Everything is central. Rooms have always been clean and tidy. Air con is great. Staff for friendly and helpful

Nested in the heart of Patong, just next to Jungceylon, this establishment has a nice construct where it's reception sits further in from the main road and hence reduces the noise coming from the streets. Affordable and clean rooms complete the entire experience where you're in a private area with lesser noise than most hotels along the same road. Will recommend to stay there if you want convenience in Patong area.

Bring your own power adapter, such a big hotel but no travel adapters for guests. No check-in welcome drink offered, although stated in my voucher. Bring insect repellant. Mosquitoes in the lifts and rooms ... (both rooms 2512 & 1307) No where to hang clothes in the bathroom. Only one hook which was loose and almost falling off Clean Towels were stained (both blue and white ones) Shower head holder was loose and falling off. Sink tap was loose and falling off. Breakfast staff (Tina) was so rude when asking for guest's room numbers as though we owed her/him a living. Out look of the hotel is modern, but internal needs a long overdue makeover. Close to Jungceylon Mall (but note mall is under renovation with at least half the shops closed off) Close to Bangla Street bars. Relatively close to Patong beach.

The Lantern is ideally located for party goers. Tucked in just off the bustling Soi Sansabai and a two minute walk to the craziness of Bangla Road and five minutes to the beach. We stayed for seven nights in the View Penthouse paying around 10,000 baht. The room itself was quite modern and spacious but a little bit cold and sterile in regards ambience. Seemed to be a shortage of staff during our stay which made it a little frustrating at times when wanting assistance with any issues. Breakfast was taken at the restaurant out front on Soi Sansabai and it was very good with both Thai and Western options. Considering the price we paid and location we were very happy with the Lantern. For singles and couples looking to let their hair down in the midst of Patongs night life, at a budget price, then the Lantern is not a bad option.

Best place to stay if you want to explore Phuket. Nearby to pubs , clubs, food and some activities. Go karting and range shooting is a must go. Book for the trims with balcony would be preferred

The reception staff very helpful. The room very beautiful & clean. The restaurent at level 1 is good. Good location. But swiming pool area not well maintain. I walk about 10 min to Patong beach to swim & relax. Beautiful beach. Will book this hotel again if I come to phuket.
