This place has been on my list for long. And hence had attempted to visit twice. On my first visit, I was absolutely in awe of their mutton momos and veg momos. They are to die for especially the former. However I feel the Thupka could have been little warm. By the time we had finished the thupka, it came down to room temperature. Anyway, Totally loved the Food quality and the service. Coming to my second visit to this place, On the very recommendation of the waiter (who was quite sweet but lacked proper communication skills), We had ordered the steamed whole chicken with ginger which was paired with tingmo. The food was very disappointing and wasn’t worth the price we paid. Overall my experience here on Taste of Tibet is good Would totally recommend trying Mutton momos and veg cheese momos.

Man! I was too excited about this place after reading its reviews but it did not meet my expectation at all. First of all they have limited staff and when we placed order they said that it would take 40 mins to prepare as if they did not wanted to host us. But we still waited and food came in 30 mins. Food was cold and not tasty. Food 2/5 Ambience 2/5 (they don't have AC and in June even in Dharamshala you need it otherwise it was suffocating and we sat outside the restaurant) Service 1/5 Value for money 1/5 Won't recommend.

Taste was average Had Thukpa, butter bread and cold coffee

A must recommended place in Dharamshala for authentic Himalayan momos. We visited this place for lunch and dinner, and do not regret finding this gem of a place. It has ample parking. Staff is courteous. We had mutton momos (pan fried and steamed) - both were juicy and oh so yummy. Ambience is decent. On my request, they prepared chai and that was also awesome. We had gravy chicken and tandoori rotis for dinner. Gravy was lip smacking and rotis were crisp. Best part - it is affordable and they play great old music. I will surely visit this place whenever I am in Dharamshala and you should too!

The food was pathetic, had a horrible time. Thupka was served cold, they didn't even bother when we have shared the feedback. Even veg spinach cheese momos were without cheese and full of water. Totally waste the money, and your health will also get spoiled after having such kind of food.

Chicken shabalay was great + spiciest thing I've ever eaten. Tried some more Tibetan cuisine which was good but not as much. Not reviewing the infrastructure but good enough for the location.

Family restaurant with good ambience and quality of food. I just Love the momos that I tried. This is just a couple of minutes drive or walk from the norbulingka monastery. If you visit this beautiful monastery, this cafe is the best option available for food nearby. This cafe gives you a parking facility as well.

It's a nice place for having a nice quality time with your own people. Food is too good here. Enjoyed a lot.
