am
proud
owner
of
Honda
City
since
2018
and
I
am
interacting
with
Pinnacle
Honda
Asansol
since
then.
It
is
truly
amazing
journey
and
they
have
been
helpful
and
courteous.
I
am
quite
happy
as
a
customer.
Sales
and
after
sales
service
both
are
top
notch.
The
only
area
of
improvement
I
can
think
of
is
that
Pinnacle
Honda
should
renovate
the
service
area,
office
areas
for
the
after
sales
service
and
customer
lounges
in
those
areas
to
a
modern
clean
look.
Customer
lounges
should
be
more
interactive
to
keep
the
customer
busy
inside
the
lounge.
It
is
still
bit
old
fashioned
and
bit
dirty
and
not
very
appealing
to
a
customer
if
you
compare
the
other
shworoms
across
the
country
(Being
a
car
enthusiast
I
have
visited
almost
10
-12
different
showrooms
across
India,
so
I
can
do
this
comparison
easily)
One
small
example
I
want
to
provide
to
clarify
the
situation,
offering
coffee
in
porcelain
cups
to
the
customer
who
came
to
purchase
a
car
and
offering
coffee
in
paper
cups
to
the
customer
who
has
already
purchased
and
came
for
a
service
conveys
different
message.
People
tend
to
overlook
this
kind
of
small
things
but
I
don’t.
But
still
these
are
not
a
deal
breaker
issues
and
although
I
have
noticed,
I
have
ignored
these
because
you
excel
in
all
other
areas.
The
true
assets
are
its
customer
friendly
employees
and
Pinnacle
Honda
does
a
great
job
in
that
area
of
customer
service.
