My experience in the gym was excellent.. trainer is a professional and has full knowledge on what he is doing. I hope to train under him when ever I come to Spartan gym. Trainer also have full knowledge on what the trainee should be eating when trying to loose weight and what trainee should eat to increase weight. Very nice gym i went there the first time and my reaction was worth seeing i mean just looking at the equipment i knew that i wont find anything better than this and the trainer is the best literally he is so polite and respectful.
