👍👍 It's a place to visit and check the mining part of town, made mostly of red bricks. Really stunning to see it in the 21st century and a must for every urbanist. Could be explored in half an hour, several buses are coming from Katowice or taxi is an option too.

👍👍 Bardzo pozytywne zaskoczenie. Wybraliśmy się z córką i świetnie spędziliśmy 3h. Pozdrawiamy przewodnika - pana Kleksa, który rewelacyjnie się w tej kwestii sprawdza.
Na początku, sądziłem, że te 3h mogą się ciągnąć i to trochę dużo, ale zleciało naprawdę szybko.
Na koniec uczestniczyliśmy w warszta...

😐 The museum itself is kinda small and you'd have to purchase additional ticket to attend temporary exhibition. If you lack time you better visit the Silesian Museum instead. It's not too bad, it's just not enough for the city's history museum 😪

Neon "Zachód Słońca"

👍👍 Another symbol of this city. Neons are a characteristic of Katowice from the 1970s, and fortunately they are back in fashion in the capital of Upper Silesia. Neon over Rawa gives the greatest effect, of course at night or on winter evenings. You can feel here almost like in Venice 😉
