Wife and I stayed for one night. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Restaurant is clean and food is good. If you want a clean quiet place I highly recommend this hotel.

A very relaxing/beautiful hotel. SPA was superlative. Underground music floor was excellent.

Dump place. Water in jacuzzi was so dirty my child got eye infection and we had to go to ER for antibiotics. Room was okay but dirty walls they put it on us after 2 weeks of our stay there, food was okay not very tasty in pompous restaurant downstairs. Above there is some fake pool which is supposed to make people happy and it's freezing cold. No drinks on patio, no service. No washing machine anywhere and like somebody else wrote blasting music whole night on Saturdays. We stayed there because we had no choice as it wasn't anything available at the time and no wonder why.

We had a lovely time at this amazing hotel in the beautiful Polish mountains. It is more of a 4 star hotel with excellent service and you will not be disappointed with what the food they serve be it breakfast or dinner. Staff is extremely professional and we will most definitely be returning for another stay.

This place surpassed all my expectations regarding short vacation stay with a bit of business included in the trip. Room was nice and clean. There is well equipped SPA area and music night club available for guests on Saturdays (11PM-3AM). There are some great amenities for breastfeeding mothers including dedicated room solely for that activity.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the Polish mountains. We booked this hotel for 1 night but decided to stay longer just in several minutes after our arrival. It's splendid. You are getting such a great and spacious room, spa and delicious breakfast for a very moderate price. Thank you - we will come again!

Sehr Engagierte Mitarbeiter und vorallem sehr freundlich. Bei Problemen wird sofort geholfen und versucht alles zu tun um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Hatte mal ein Zimmer was normal war ,sowie auch das teuerste das das Hotel zu bieten hatte und ich muss sagen das Beide Zimmerwarrianten optisch sehr schön gestaltet waren. Ob es Urlaub,Hochzeit ,oder ein Besuch im Restaurant ist,alles ist absolut zu empfehlen. Das teuereste Zimmer mit der Massionette ist sowieso für Europähische standards sehr gehoben und für den Preis ,in spanien,Frankreich und deutschland nicht zu bekommen. Das Hotel verdient großen Lob.

Great hotel. It was raining all the time during our stay in Limanowa, so unfortunately we didn't have a chance for a long walk to the mountains, but the hotel was a great relief. Great food, great room and spa. Personel is also very nice. Highly recommend :)

A 3star with almost everything like a 4 star... The room was nice, clean and really pleasant. The restaurant is modern and serve really good food The wellness is a bit small: 1 Jacuzzi 1 sauna 1 hammam. Good price. Recommend it

Excellent quisine, service and atmosphere. Good selection of fresh seasonal products. Delicious breakfast. Vegetarians have always something good to eat. Nice rooms. Excellent spa with sauna and jacuzzi. Hotel looks like new.
