If we shop more we get coupons for trends clothing and trends footware which is awesome, we need to check with them about the eligibilty, also sometime there will be offer for pan set or dinner set at minimal cost.

Irresponsible staff. Nobody cares about the customer here. They took almost an hour to get the bill processed. All false offers displayed all over the store. Such a waste of time to shop at this store. Never a pleasant experience at this store. Its their fault not processing the bill properly and the manager or the person who the sales person reporting (a lady) is not responding to us in a polite way. Instead of helping us generating the bill and help us in a polite way , she responded to us in a very rude and impolite way. And nobody is there to attend us all the 4 floors in the store, we have to sort our own clothes and the offers displayed all over the store is also wrong. Never experienced such unpleasant shopping , waste and worst store I have ever been to. I would have rated this store -1 if I could have, but google is not allowing me to.

Opposite to the shubamsathu shopping mall,Every time we visit same models clothings available,staff is everyone looking busy, no exciting offers available.

A bit Costly, maybe reliance always chooses to keep their store in high rented areas... The staff is not very responsive. No point of providing coupons. No chairs or stools to sit while shopping with elders or parents. Difficult to manage. Simple and decent professionals will love to enjoy shopping in trends.

Worst shop, irresponsible staff, today I selected one dress and paid money, power gone. They said we have not received the money. So I wait there for 1 hr, but they have given dress or not refunded my money. I lost my money.

No alterations of jeans pant. While buying they will tell jeans height can be adjusted. After buying no one will care.
