Fabulous.. This is how I can describe this fantastic textiles showroom at Ernakulam. This Jayalakshmi silks is located at MG road which is easily accessible from the Kaloor side as well as from the Thevara side. The vehicle parking area is big and free of cost. The security at the parking gate is very helpful and kind enough. About the textiles - The sarees sections are very wide and you have many choices to opt for. The kid sections on the fourth floor and gents sections in the first floor are also up to the mark. There are many staff and they were very keen to understand the customer needs and very helpful in choosing a dress. The number of trial rooms are limited. Billing and payment is seamless and the delivery of the item is taking a bit of time as there is not enough staff and counters. Overall, the hospitality and the choices are up to the mark. And about the price - I could see some of the good sarees ranging from 2000 and kids dress from 300/-

Fantastic selection and efficient staff. I showed them a photo of my Lahenga inspiration, within minutes they had found almost an exact match that was within my budget. It took less than half an hour from entering to decide on the dress, pay, and take alteration measurements. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke adequate English to assist. The best shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Here, you'll find an extensive selection of ready-made dresses and fabric materials, all conveniently located with plenty of parking available. The building itself may appear a bit dated and tight on space, but it houses an impressive range of products across its four floors. It's little bit crowded and staffs are busy most of the time. Despite signage suggesting a minimum spend of 500 for free parking, the accommodating security team assured customers that parking was free.

Great Collection and good service. Went for a wedding shopping for the groom after searching for a pirticular dress at different Store Found different varieties of same stuffs at Jayalakshmi. All the sections were really updated and great wedding and festive collections. The store was lil bit crowded, but imaginable with all those nice collection.

We visited this place to buy a bridal saree for my sister’s wedding. They had a lot of collections. The hospitality and the customer service were very good. The only problem we faced was that they had billed a saree chosen by my cousin to someone else. They apologized and sent us the same design a few days later.

I come here usually to buy dresses for any special occasion and festivals. They have range of dresses at all rates. The staffs are very friendly. Weekends are crowded but they have good parking space. The only drawback i can spot is the gents sections doesn’t have plenty of options when it comes to casuals.

It was a good experience visiting Jayalakshmi Silks,Kochi. Visited the place for cousin’s wedding purchase. They have a vast collection of wedding collections in sarees, gowns, lehengas etc.
