Had an emergency to visit this salon . They have a neat clean environment. Good skilled technicians. But what they lack is in customer service . They don’t have any qualms in billing for the bad service . AC doesn’t work . No water in the tap . Till I called the owner and asked they were even not aware of it . That’s not service to any customer . When you are ready to pay the price what one wants is the SERVICE for that money . So my point is owners should make sure about the service if they want a successful business.

Ok service but very expensive. Staff needs to be more experienced. They change the staff very month i guess. I used to be regular. But i dont see the same staff face again. But overall good

I went to get my daughter's hair cut and received terrible service. I showed the staff a photo of the model getting her hair cut. A model who has no relationship after a haircut. Please don't anyone go and put your head here. Check out the before and after haircut photo and the model photo we asked them to do.

I went in for a haircut appointment. I showed the picture of the haircut I wanted to the hairstylist who looked at it and frowned. When asked what's wrong, she explained that I have curly hair, and it is already short and that she was not sure if the cut would come out looking that way (which was a photo of me after my last haircut 6 months ago). I asked if she could do the cut to which she said 'yes, but it might not look good like this'. I walked out, went to another place, and got the cut.

My first choice and always forever go to place for anything related to hair.I have been doing haircuts from there for like 7 years.Usually when someone cuts their hair, the hair has a chance to get damaged due to high heat from hairdryer.My hair was pretty frizzy and rought back then.I used to have a hair cut atleast once every three months and it did the contrary.Over time my hair went to a smooth texture like that is of a permanent blow dried hair.Service is good.Trusted place.I even did my first hair highlighting there and has been doing it since.I have done it two times.It lasts long.Anyone can trust the place.Charges are also feasible.

I'm sorry to post that my experience at this place was a very unsatisfactory one. The result is not up to what I read in the reviews. I am upset about the haircut as the stylist who could hardly understand what I asked for (I even requested him by showing the picture of my previous haircut). He hadn't had to change the hair style even, but just to trim it down. I feel sorry that I made a wrong choice this time. The previous place has been a better one. Their Stylists would need a better training (communication matters). Note - Please take this review positively and provide a better service as per the customers preferences. Don't leave the customers head to unprofessional stylists for their own useless artistic work.

The place offers the worst customer service. Bad service, the hair setting part was a joke and it was an insult to charge what they did for my saree draping . I left the place with a headache from the stress i had there

Thank you so much Fashion Factory for being so kind and helpful to me as I wasnt able to walk after my fracture. I had visited the Fashion Factory as soon as my plaster got removed because i had a programme within two days. Me and my mother requested the owner Sujith to provide service for threading downstairs. He was so kind enough to come to the door and asked what happened to my leg and was very pleasing to provide our service downstairs. I loved the way the staff had threaded my eyebrows as I got it shaped after 2 months due to my leg fracture. Thank you so much for such an incredible care and excellent service 💗
