Amazing place with great service and amenities. They’ve got a huge building with a variety of facilities and some great rooms. Loved my experience with this hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was carried out very efficiently and proper Importance was given to all the details. They’ve got plenty of room in the conference area. Food was also really delicious and a lot of varieties are also available. They’ve got a nicely decked bar with all different types hard and soft liquor’s. Prices may be a bit expensive but definitely worth the price. The bar is alongside a dark themed pub with dance floor and smoking zone. The place is conveniently located in the main road so easy to access all parts of the city.

I had my lunch from Holiday Inn today. Infact I had taken my parents and family with me based know my past experience with their cuisine. But to be very frank, I am deeply disappointed. The menu was really limited and food taste was also at an average. They charge almost 1.6k including tax for this limited choice while other restaurants like park residency provides the same choice for almost 600 per head. It's not about the money, they can charge any amount they wish but they need to make sure that they serve enough to please the customer. From today's experience what I get is that they are pricing based on their brand name . Definitely on the long run they will face issues. One more thing, I must say that their service and care is the best. Applause to their staff.

Even though it was a short we enjoyed a lot in the Holiday Inn. Check in and out was less complicated and has a valet service including access to a pool and gym facilities. We couldn't explore the restaurant and beverages section due to our schedule, but the service as well as reception team were very nice and responsible. I would be much happier to suggest somebody for a stay if you are okay with the location which is near to the town and can expect a traffic at peak time. But we found it quiet helpful since we had access to multiple places to meet our needs. Thanks for the service and hope this shall continue!

We stayed while travelling back from trivandrum. Had a really relaxed stay. Service was really good with no delay. We were provided with everything we asked. Breakfast was scrumptious with many options. I don't think anyone will be able to try out every item they were providing. Even the dinner was yummy and filling. Will visit again for sure..

We were booked here by our travel agent. When we came in nothing special. We were greeted much more warmly in our other hotels. At checkin we were informed that breakfast was included did we want dinner included for a price. We declined but asked if we could substitute our breakfast as we had to leave by 5am since our flight was at 7.40am. We were declined and not offered a packed breakfast. Later I called my travel agent who informed me that a packed breakfast should be included. I called room service to ask for milk for our tea and coffee but the lady didn’t really understand me. I asked to speak to someone who spoke English was transferred to a gentleman man who understood. We had asked for extra blanket and pillow the lady who brought it didn’t really understand English or Hindi. Had an issue with our plugs as I had an international adapter which didn’t work. I got an engineer who came. I had fixed the issue before he came. Overall I would a “3” for service not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. This morning we checked out at 5am. The guy at the desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful at all.

I have stayed in various Holiday Inn hotels across North America and India. This Cochin location is well situated near to everything that you are looking for. The staff and services are extremely good. Food service and the dining experience were amazing. Lot of food choices with passionate chef’s ready to serve all times with smiling faces! A great treat! I came here just for a day on 3rd July 2022 and really enjoyed the complete stay in your hotel.l have to say that I was really impressed by all the behavior of the staff that I’ve met. Especially Mr. Akshay and Mr. Sajin with their kindness and services made my day enjoyable.. The housekeeping staff immediately responded to clean the area after I came across an uncomfortable smell in the room. I was so impressed from the beginning when I came a bit early to the check-in time. The staff made me so comfortable with care by providing coffee with sandwich and arranged a comfort place to relax in the lobby until i got settled in my room.. Overall a great experience. I will definitely come back! Thank you so much for the hospitality shown to me.

The hotel is a old property and requires renovation. Even the hotel fittings are aged. Otherwise the hotel is well maintained and well kept. Room service is good. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. No complaints as regards hospitality except renovation. Special thanks to reservation manager Mr Anul (I hope I got the name correct).

Not the very best experience when you plan for the stay at a high end facility. The staff at the front desk was helpful and the checking in was uneventful. However once you entered the floor of your stay which in our case was 5th, you were in for a shock. The corridor was smelly, extremely moist and dusty giving you an uneasy feeling each time you stepped outside the room. Once inside the room the house keeping was commendable but the facilities were old with broken drawers and drawer guides. The shower drain was also not draining properly with stale water staying back for a longer duration to clear off. The only positive side was the breakfast which was excellent with a good mix of south Indian and international cuisine. The restaurant staff was also cordial and helpful.

Staff and rooms were fantastic. The location is also nice being in the middle of the city. Only negative is the food is catered mostly to an Indian audience, with some western options. Breakfast had plenty for westerners, but dinner was much more limited. I have a nut allergy and due to the lack of labels and a server not understanding English, I had a reaction to a dish. On the plus side the staff profusely apologized and refunded the meal, even providing a meal that the shed specifically made to suit my dietary needs. All in all, I would stay there again

This is a great hotel with a wonderful friendly staff and extremely clean rooms. The location of the hotel on the bypass is great as you have easy access to both South and North parts of Kochi. It's in a prime location at Kochi. The view from top floors is just amazing. You can see the whole town. Rooms are specious but a lil upgradation might be good. Food is delicious.

The hotel lounge is very comfortable. The restaurant has a good buffet layout. The dining hall is spacious. Affords plenty of place to move without elbowing it out with other diners. The hot counters are good. The dishes are generally a bit bland, which is actually a good thing. The buffet price is relatively higher compared to other similar star hotels.

We had taken 2 rooms for 2 nights. Hotel was following covid protocol. Rooms were clean and welcoming. Service and hospitality of the staff was excellent. Complimentary buffet breakfast was really nice.

Great place for stay in kochi. Preferable for both family and business trips. The balcony suite rooms which are situated on the eleventh and twelfth floor comes with a spectacular view of the city. House keeping team does an absolutely fantastic work just like the food and beverage team. Overall very much satisfied with the service they provide. The in house spa is also good for a relaxing session. The only drawback is the parking facility since they have to park the car which is behind the building and once wallet parking pickup have to be done, they take the key from us and bring us the car driving around the building of around 200-300 meters and we have to drive the same again to get the exit which is kind of very frustrating.

It was an awesome experience with top notch guest service in the industry. Being a hotelier myself I have a deep respect for the services provided which is incomparable. From the interior designs to the variety of food and rooms view it was all worth the spend with family or couple.Adequate parking space for cars and two wheelers. Really nice hotel. The place was luxurious from the moment you walk into reception. The beds are comfortable and the ac works great to maintain good climate control even during the really warm days. The hotel also has a nightclub which can be loud, but I actually visited the club and enjoyed having a few drinks. The club closes at 11pm anyway, so noise isn’t really an issue. There definitely seems to be visitors from all over the world. The breakfast buffet is very varied but not if amazingly delicious.

First we thought bad option of the hotel as we denied bluntly for early check in by the receptionist . After the intervention by our travel company we got the room early. Room was clean and spacious.Booked for 5 days and was amazing time we had in the hotel , food was delicious all the five days . Enjoyed the delicacies of Kerala. Thanks to Manjunath who has taken care at the Dining was excellent. Over all excellent time we had .

This place is good for middle class. If you're from US or similar places, you should consider a better place. Rooms are great here. Very crowded. Curry smells outside the cafeteria, especially where the elevator area. Hospitality is average. Cafe staff is good. Outside there is no place to walk. Overall value is good.

Excellent hotel at a very fair price. Wonderful staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Great pool. Well equipped gym. Even a sauna bath. Non the less all in all a great experience. Would i recommend staying here? Yes, yes I will.

I am currently staying at the holiday inn for 2 weeks and the service is unreal! The staff are so kind and so helpful, it feels like I’m staying with family. The buffet breakfast in the morning is so delicious and made even better by Sumita’s amazing service! I can’t recommend it enough! Libin has been doing our regular housekeeping and he is sooooo friendly and has amazing service! The room is always perfect! I had dinner at the h Deli KC and was served by Susan, she was so helpful and smiley! She had amazing service. I definitely will be back!!!

5 star hotel with 6 star service and they don't know how to say "NO" to their guests 😁! Yes, its true. It's not the first time I am staying in a Holiday inn, but first time in their Cochin hotel. Nowadays when every others blame "Covid-19" for their mediocre service, Holiday Inn stands out as exceptional. Right from the check-in I asked for different requests and all of them were fulfilled on time with utmost care. I faced some sudden change of plans during my travel with which I need to checkout at early morning so I need to skip my buffet breakfast. To avoid the risks associated with having food from some public restaurants on the way, I called them and mentioned that I will be checking out early and requested them to pack me something which I can have on the way if I feel hungry. I expected cut fruits and some corsssiant only, but to my surprise they packed three packets where each includes two-layer burgers and sandwiches which are more than sufficient. It was really yummy and well cooked. I owe them a big thank you for making a wonderful meal for me that too before sunrise. Appreciate their 6-star service and that's for the great hospitality.

Upon arrival we were allotted three rooms in fifth floor and none of them were meet it further criteria we would normally expect from a five star hotel like holiday inn. Upon mentioning this to the manager we were allotted another set of rooms in floor number 9. The rooms were really good and worth the money. Me Githin from the house keeping was particularly helpful and we really appreciate his dedication.

Had the pleasure of tasting some evening snacks and hot beverages at the Deli KC cafe while staying at this awesome property. Wonderful ambiance!!! Excellent taste of snacks. Filter coffee was top notch. Ms. Susan was very gracious and took care of us beautifully. Kudos to the management for the training of staff. Highly recommended 👌 👌 👌

A great choice for a place to stay if you’re traveling within the city of Cochin. I’ve been to quite a few Holiday Inn’s back in the US but none quite compare to this location. From the high standards of hygiene to the delicious breakfast, this hotel has been such a comfort. I can’t forget to mention the MUST TRY head neck and should massage that was absolutely divine. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain so after a journey by car from Wayanad which is about 7 hours from Cochin - that massage was everything I needed and more. I’m delighted to experience & take advantage of more of their services & will be writing more! Susan from the cafe was a delight to chat with & her presence was a lovely surprise this morning.

The experience was very good & relaxing.... the only suggestion I want to make is that the room refreshner they're using... that smell may not be suitable for everyone so make necessary changes, especially in the rooms & the exit doors... Other than that everything is good

It was mixed experience..... I have always loved the food there... But somehow today I didn't feel comfortable to take my little ones along with me... As the crowd was different in the place .. ladies restroom was a smoke room... Anyway I will come back to Holiday inn but without kids

It was nice experience. We were there for two nights. Rooms are hygienic. The buffet breakfast, Lunch and dinner all are high standard. Highly recommended for family. During our stay we forget our kids garments inside the room, after a week collected the same from lost and found team. Really great job.

Check-in time for this hotel is 2 PM. I got a call in morning around 11 AM asking for my arrival time. I mentioned my arrival time is around 2.30 PM and they ACKed the same. I reached hotel at 3 PM. They got my IDs and everything and told me room will be ready in 15-20 minutes and they will let me know once it's ready. I waited and kept on waiting for almost an hour. In between there was a group booking all those guests were taken care while i was kept waiting. I went to check back after almost an hour and the guy was asking for my details again. He was checking something in the system and then he went away from desk. After 10 more minutes i went again and this time there was another gentleman who got everything done in couple of minutes. Same for sending the luggage to the room as well. We were told it's on the way, sent.... for over an hour, finally we had to go down all the way and pick up ourselves and found the luggage was at same place where it was originally at. Overall it's an unpleasant arrival experience which is not an expectation from a five star hotel. If you are busy, overbooked and all it's not my problem as a customer. Or you should add a disclaimer in your booking that a five star service is on a best effort basis. Normally rooms etc. are more or less same in 3*/4*/5* and what makes it different is good/better/best service. If you can't provide a five star service after charging for the same, better you shouldn't sell it. I stayed in Holiday Inn in many countries in India, Europe and Americas and this is the first time i had to spoil my mood upon checking in to a hotel itself, not for which i'm choosing a 5* for my stay.

Decent hotel, value for money. The buffet spread for breakfast and dinner is pretty good. However, the housekeeping is rather tardy and lazy - take time to respond. Also, daily service did not replenish the amenities or coffee during my stay for 02 days, and neither was laundry returned until called and asked for. Need improvement there. Lastly, if they have a party in the banquet, the music is audible in the room and would keep you up till they shut it off.

Had a very nice experience, breakfast buffet had a huge and yummy spread. It was an all women trip, we felt very safe. The staff are extremely good and special thanks to Nikhil. The location is superb and the view from room was top notch. Highly recommended it.

We were a group of more than 150 ...all war veterans from Indian Army Navy and Air force . Our three days stay was memorable because of excellent hospitality, housekeeping and courteous resturant staff. It is not easy to house so many senior citizens with varying requirements. But you did it and we have only pleasant memories of our stay. A special thanks for accepting late check outs to some of us who had outbound flights later in the evening of check out day. I had the best stay here in holiday inn, Kochi. The food was utterly delicious. Even during the pandemic, the hotel delivered their amazingly tasty food in front of my doorstep all while maintaining social distance and other Covid precautions. All in all a good experience. Had a great wholesome experience. Centrally located but less crowded, Decent facilities, Comfortable spacious room's, excellent buffet spreads( one amongst best for all meals). Very friendly & professional staff. A shout out to every staff who made my stay a delightful one from the security/ baggage facilitators , front desk, all the staff at the buffet/ room service and especially the house keeping staff Bibin and Shiju who were very helpful. One of the best hotels Ive stayed in. The staff are awesome. The facilities are clean modern perfectly appointed. The pool area is also top quality. The reception staff are attentive polite friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I only stayed here for 4 days but without a doubt this wont be my last visit. Great place and particularly mentioned in the name of Mr premnadh in the reception is very nice

Comfortable rooms with good ambience. I loved the cosy decor of the corridor, makes you feel comfy prior to entering the room. Good and helpful staff.. Apparently one may experience some delay in room service if the occupancy is high as their major concentration is at the buffet and they encourage guests to avail the same. Undoubtedly a great ambience of the restaurant and quite a wide spread, be it any meal of the day.

Got myself upgraded to a suite room, and thank you for that. The room was good when it's compared to Holiday Inn standards. Usually, holiday inn rooms are small. The food was great and tasty. There was live music and the ambiance was good. The location is excellent. The hotel overall needs a makeover as it totally looks cluttered. The bathroom's cleanliness is bad.

Clean rooms, prompt room service, restaurant with good ambience serving tasty food, impressive pool and gym. The environment is not quiet though. Could hear the noise from the corridor and from the adjacent room since there is a connecting door. The person who attends the room service call seems clueless about the things provided by the hotel inside a room. But the other room service staff seem experienced enough.

Had gone for a medical education conference recently. One of the dining room staff lacked hospitality in his demeanor and stood us up for more than 30 minutes instead of directing us to the buffet counter. Also, a simple greeting and a smile would really go a long way, a concept that is forgotten in the newer generation. Food was decent. Parking space is good.

Went to holiday Inn for a family get together lunch. The spread was great with excellent variety on veg options. Non Veg options could be better. The ambience was great and the staff was extremely courteous and quick to attend. Enough space in "Masala" restaurant and we could move around and get food.

Stayed here yesterday. Pros: 1. The building is good with all facilities. 2. The breakfast is very nice with a lot of items 3 Employees are well behaved 4. Clean and spacious room Cons: 1. Rooms don't have good acoustic property. I could hear people walking in the upper floor 2 The electric plugs were not fit for any charging pins 3. No proper bathing area in the toilet. We have to use the bath tub only. They have provided a hand shower in the bath tub. Difficult for senior citizens to step inside 4. Wifi connection was not available. We had received a username and password from the reception but not working 5 No fridge is available in the room even though it is a five star hotel. It may be available in different category rooms.

The Holiday Inn Cochin,an IHG Hotel has a great ambiance. The swimming pool is awesome. Vibrant view. Good staff, Rooms are very nice and services are too good.We had a great dining experience as well They offer fantastic selection of dishes. A very courteous staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience and pleasant stay.Recommended to everyone

Extremely poor . Was very disappointed for a 5 star hotel. We arrived late 23:30 , check in was smooth and very amicable , offer of food and drink which we declined and said just want a coffee and go to bed. We were given a smoking room ?? Why give a smoking room when it was not requested and neither of us smoke ?. We were told to try it and if not happy come back to reception. That set alarm bells - my husband is asthmatic and we did not want anything to trigger it . This was just pure ignorance. Please always check with clients that they are ok with a smoking room before allocating it to them . We were then given another room. We go to the room. There was no kettle , no coffee powder , no cup. We had to ask for all these things and they were all brought separately. So we went to bed very late . In the morning we realised there was no hair dryer, when asked regarding this a hair dryer was brought with an electrician in tow to fix it . This room was obviously for maintenance , the bathroom floors were sticky from sealent and there was a smell of glue . There was no safe in the room but we just got fed up of asking for everything . We went out the next day and came back at about 2pm to find that the room was not cleaned, beds not made and not been stocked up. We had had enough by then and complained to the Duty manager - Mr Praveen Prakash. The hotel was very beautiful and the buffet breakfast was great but I really did not enjoy my stay . It would have been great if basic things that any reasonable hotel should be aware of were noted and sorted prior . We are from U.K. and just got back from holiday to Goa and the Holiday Inn was a complete letdown
