Security staffs and hospital attenders are very arrogant, their attitude towards bystanders is very bad. Hospital is very badly furnished ,no annual maintenance for building is done.There is higher chance for nosocomial infection due to lack of cleanliness and poor housekeeping.They charge huge amount as bill,but the quality of service provided by the hospital is pathetic.The staffs at reception and billing section are very bad at their works,they need to be replaced as soon as possible. Security staffs at the main gate is always sitting,they doesn't provide any assistance. Nurses and Doctors are good;but due to poor administration and management patients and patient parties are suffering.

Don't go this hospital. If u have took an appointment to see the doctor at 10. And even if ur number is below 5, u won't be able to see the doctor by 12:30, the duty nurses are very rude and will be giving priority to their relatives and friends first, then only u will be considered to see the doctor. We are paying money for your service. The hospital management should make some changes in this act. If a patient is given an appointment time at 11.00 means, the patient should get the opportunity to see the doctor within half an hour or maximum within 1 hour.

This hospital is indeed one of the best hospital in Mavelikkara. Covid protocols followed. Fast processes and courteous staff and experienced doctors are available here.. All body tests and scans are accessible here.

Hospital is good and affordable. Noticed this urinal opposite to the scanning and laboratory. The urine smell is intolerable while waiting for scan and lab. Management. Either clean the urinal properly or change it to some other place.

If you see 5star reviews for vsm hospital then skip that for your own sake. I have been to vsm hospital for most of my family members treatments and now I know their systems and timings and much more when compared to other middleclass pvt hospitals. The prior objective of the management is business. Unnecessary waitings and tests and consultations. We have had to wait for more than 3hours and this happened 2 times, we were one of many others too. The hospital management should be changed for the sake of the hospital's future. *They make you stay in observation for 2hours+ even for a small pain shot or gastro shot, because they can charge you observation charge rs300/- after 2hours.* This was just an example of what im trying to say. I happened to take my mother to emergency department. The service in emergency was fine.the discharge process from being inpatient was pathetic. Insurance approval process was a disaster. The discharge medicine were incomplete and then started the blame game between pharmacy and nursing. Atlast I had to buy the medicine from hospital pharmacy itself which was supposed to be covered in insurance . Overall service was not up to the mark. Blood spill over my relatives room who was admitted at the same time in the same floor. Nurses has to be little more responsible for their act.

This week my son was admitted to the pediatric ward with fever. The pediatric ward is arranged on the top floor of the building, the heat of the room cannot be tolerated even by the adults, so it seems that the doctors and management are not responsible for how the children can bear it. Its management is very irresponsible

Worst hospital i have visited in my life, Government hospital system is far better than vsm😏. Poor management system, staffs and management don't even know how to handle patients. They simply eat patients time unnecessarily. 😠😠 please do give proper tranning to staff so that they can Atleast learn how to behave. We recently visited VSM Hospital due to my mother's respiratory problems. She was admitted under the assurance of a next-day discharge. However, she wasn't discharged as promised, and a doctor didn't visit until 5 pm the following day. When we insisted on discharge, we received a bill with unnecessary charges, including housekeeping fees for an unhygienic environment. I will share some pictures. The responses received so far have been generic and unhelpful.

I was in casualty on the 2nd of September due to my severe stomach pain. The service and care from nurses on casualties are extraordinary. I really appreciate the service from casualty Doctors and nurses. Coming to the payment side, they charged too high, the payment for medicine and injection is fair but for the services they are charging a higher amount, everyone must go through the bill before doing the payment. We were in a hurry and not well, that's why I was unable to question that.

I've had both positive and negative experiences with the hospital. First and foremost, I'd like to thank the doctor. All of the doctors have good experience and skills, and the rooms are small and cost the same as a star hotel. However, some of the nurses' attitudes are unacceptable [not all of them]. It is very essential that, regarding the hospital canteen, they serve extremely poor food to the rooms and the canteen. No one can refuse because there is just one food source near the hospital. Also, the canteen staff's behavior is terrible. Please reduce the bill amount. If we recover from the disease, we will die once the final bill comes in. Assume that if you charge more, you must also provide good services to the patient.

Horrible experience. My Father is still alive bcoz we shifted him to Amruta. He visited the hospital with a stomach pain as fluid was filled in stomach & had infection bcoz of that. They told my Mother & relatives that he is serious & will not survive & to inform the near ones. Two days in this bloody hospital my Father lost his health. My cousins forcefully discharged him & took him to Amruta. So he is STILL ALIVE. You are vultures, no medical ethics at all.

Money minded hospital never go for cashless insurance they will charge 3times than normal bill and make you pay half amount. For my wife's Cesarean delivery (C-section) they charged around 92 K for 10 days.

It’s very bad experience that I got with Varu Sukham Ayi Marikkam hospitals and maintance is not up to the mark and even government hospitals are maintaining well better than this . It’s fully commercial and no one have control to take the decisions always trying to keep the patients stay long and even for getting the medical reports also we need to do lot of follow-ups. I personally suggest not to prefer this hospital since it has lack of Gap between the doctors and the staff . Think twice before you go for this hospital .Better Choose Parumala, KM Cheriyan , Belivers or any other Government Hospital

Bad Urologist- Dr Biju. Go to some other hospital. Dont waste your time. He has no time for any patient. He treats patients like selling Bus tickets. “ enta preshnam? Very bad experience. I happened to take my son 4 years old with high fever. But the staff told me that pediatrician will not attend any cases without booking. In that case, why would we need this kind of hospital when a child didn't get any treatment in an emergency case???

It's a good hospital with good services. Doctors, Nursing staff, Security, Cleaning staff, PRO here are good. Specially thanks to Nuro Doctor & ENT they are very cooperative, supportive, polite and helpful. Good care has been taken by the entire staffs and Management.

Very bad experience. One have to jump through the parking ground if he/She wishes to keep their foot and dress neat. This hospital has the worst billing facilities with one swiping meachine which wont work. The staff misguided me that they accept card payment. And when it was time to make the payment they told me that the meachine is not functioning, i have to pay by cash and they asked me to goto an ATM. I had to walk towards an ATM which was almost 1km away. Very bad behavior of staffs which proves the inability of the management.

Had very bad experience my grandfather was transferred there yesterday on the concern of a stroke. even after he was admitted in the casualty he did not receive any medical care he had severe dysentery this cause him dehydration and he was out of his sense yet he was not attended to he was left in own discharge (stool). For hour my grandmother was the only one present there at the time. She asked them multiple times at least clean him at last as he was still not attended to We asked for a discharge from the hospital This concerns Me a lot as VSM is a hospital most of the locals use in case of an emergency if this is its preform then its a concern for many

I am very much satisfied with all the services.Dr Anoop (ENT)is incredible....He is very caring and soft spoken excellent doctor and a great humanitarian..He's very understanding and listens to our concerns.Overall i had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anoop and highly recommended..

We visited the hospital recently. Mandatory antigen negative certificate should be submitted (or test facility available there). Overall the experience was OK. The gastro was very good.

As a microbiologist and a socially responsible person, happy to see the way hospital following Covid 19 Social Distancing Protocol with separate rest area for bystanders, permission for bystanders to enter hospital only with needy patients, temperature checks for all inpatients and provision of sanitisation at the entry point.. Kudos to the entire team🙏👏🤝💐

Lazy doctor's (few) n useless management. They require you to wait at least 5 hours for an OPD visit. The time of doctors is valuable, but people who pay them with their lives and money are worthless to them. They act as if they are God's. Suggestion to Management- please give us exact time for OPD visit. 1-1.5 hours adjustable.

Fit only for an emergency and if no other options available. Even basic amenities are lacking. Card payment is impossible. Insurance claim discharge certificate is a nightmare and even a prescription after OP is difficult to get. Inside the hospital mobile phones don't work, there is no internet connection ( so credit card payment often fail). All in all visit only in case of an emergency and if no other options are available.

Casualty sisters are the worst. Please remember u are just sisters and not doctors behave that way. Administrative guy was rude.

Such a great office and doctor. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on VSM and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctors was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

This hospital has very poor customer service, nurses are not available for patients, I asked for bedsheets n they mentioned no dhobi hence no bedsheets available. Rang the bell for nurse who mentioned they dint know the bell rang bx thy dint see d light blink. Waited for one whole day just for a scan to b done n get discharged.. Asking any doubts d nurses end up saying they r running around like dogs n somehow managed to get the discharge done... No discharge summary s given bx they dint knw i had a claim... Management should be looking into this concerns,they shud make sure enuf staffs r available for patients. Room cleanliness should b really looked into, the main criteria of any hospital shud be cleanliness... Experience for a day was horrible n pathetic M here nly bx of my doctor..

My recent experience at VSM Hospital Mavelikara was average. While the staff was courteous and the facilities were clean, The wait times were longer than anticipated. The medical care I received was adequate, but I felt that there is room for improvement.

It will be a great mistake if someone goes to this hospital. Fully commercial and they want only to make money. In ICU room everywhere you will felt dirty smell and zero hygiene and Beds like general Ward. For general ward for 3 days I had to spend 72000. And they told even doctor will not visit still consultation charges will be charged. It's like a monopoly they are running. Nonsense hospital and it's not a hospital it's a commercial institute. Doctors also like that and. Supporting in looting people. U go for heart issue they will do eye to ear all test and charge u. For money being charged atleast they should have maintained hygiene that also these people are not capable of. The admin Head without hair is a foolish man don't no anything . In VSM hospital im with my 4yr old daughter in paediatric ward and Overall treatment is good. The services were good the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Very good treatment and the doctors are very friendly to us and specially they maintain the hygiene very good way. 💯 percent satisfied. Expect one doctor all other doctor are dumb. Hospital only interested in money making. Relationship staff behaviour highly unprofessional. Sometime they get ready for fight. Management does not cooperate patient or their relativeunnecessarly they keep patient in ICU for money making. After 1 month of treatment now my mother is in coma stage . VSM is one of the best hospital.All the staffs are very good. The nursing staffs are the best I have ever seen.Doctor's approach towards the patients are so soothing.I like this hospital.The staffs especially from the neuro department are the best.
