I
have
been
a
loyal
customer
of
the
"MY
G"
store
for
a
while
now
and
have
purchased
multiple
items
from
them.
However,
my
recent
experiences
have
left
me
extremely
disappointed
and
concerned
about
the
quality
of
their
products
and
their
customer
service.
Around
two
months
ago,
I
purchased
three
air
conditioning
units
and
one
of
the
units
came
with
a
stabilizer.
Initially,
I
was
happy
with
my
purchases
and
the
convenience
they
brought
to
my
shop.
Unfortunately,
this
satisfaction
was
short-lived.
Within
two
months,
the
stabilizer
that
came
with
one
of
the
units
started
emitting
smoke
and
even
caught
fire.
I
consider
myself
fortunate
that
I
noticed
this
hazard
in
time
and
managed
to
turn
it
off
before
a
major
incident
occurred.
I
immediately
raised
a
complaint
with
the
store's
customer
service,
hoping
for
a
swift
resolution
to
this
dangerous
situation.
To
my
surprise,
it
took
them
a
full
two
days
to
replace
the
faulty
stabilizer,
despite
my
escalating
the
matter
due
to
the
urgent
nature
of
the
issue.
However,
the
story
doesn't
end
there.
Just
four
days
ago,
the
replacement
stabilizer
they
provided
exhibited
the
same
dangerous
behavior
–
producing
smoke
and
risking
a
fire
hazard.
Once
again,
I
acted
swiftly
to
prevent
a
disaster.
Since
this
latest
incident,
I
have
been
tirelessly
attempting
to
get
a
proper
response
and
resolution
from
the
store.
I've
made
multiple
calls,
but
unfortunately,
I
haven't
received
a
concerned
callback
or
any
satisfactory
explanation
for
the
recurring
issue.
This
is
unacceptable,
especially
considering
my
loyalty
to
the
store
and
the
potential
dangers
associated
with
their
products.
As
a
result
of
these
ongoing
problems,
my
shop
has
been
without
air
conditioning
for
the
past
four
days
during
scorching
heat
outside.
The
lack
of
responsiveness
from
"MY
G"
store
has
added
to
my
frustration
and
disappointment.
I
had
considered
myself
a
loyal
customer,
but
this
series
of
events
has
left
me
questioning
my
decision
to
shop
at
"MY
G"
ever
again.
It's
truly
disheartening
to
see
a
store
I
trusted
compromise
both
product
quality
and
customer
service
in
such
a
significant
way.
I
urge
anyone
considering
shopping
at
"MY
G"
to
think
twice
before
making
a
purchase,
as
my
experience
has
shown
that
their
products
may
not
be
reliable
and
their
customer
service
falls
short
of
expectations.
