    Visited Sunday.. Not received a good customer service.. Staff doesn't know much about the products displayed not even the rate.. They really don't mind the customer... I just entered and asked for laptops, one of them took me to laptop section and i asked rate and specs they didn't have any clear idea of it.. And they gone for other business.

    I didn't see a myG store like this, staffs are very irresponsible. They won't even attend the customer. Today morning i visited for surviving my laptop and also wanted to by a new phone. But, the shop was very crowded and no one attended me. So, I left the shop after sometime. Later, evening around 6.45pm I visited the store. This time the shop was uncrowded and a staff asked me to wait for couple of minutes as their service center staff went out for tea break. More than 30 minutes I waited for him, and left the shop. I have serviced my laptop in another nearest shop in 1 hour. Totally I wasted my day due to the myg's irresponsible staffs. Their response was very terrible and amateur.

    Worst experience ever, you advertise very well, but don't you guys look how effective your service is? We bought an AC today, even every small shops will provide free delivery of products to customers house, but these guys charged a huge amt from us,.. While I contacted kayamkulam Brach for reporting this issue they said, they had provided free stabilizer with AC so we should afford the charge and they won't. Stabilizer is an offer for every customer, not for us only. Not at all happy with the customer services also. Very poor..

    Thanks to the great customer care that their salesman Sachin provided, I had an amazing time at the myG showroom. My visit was very delightful because of his attentiveness, product knowledge, and kind manner.. I was really taken aback by the kind of service I received, and I left the showroom grinning as well as having made an excellent purchase.

    I was in total rush when I visited the showroom as I needed to get the purchase done in no time. The lap of my specification was only available at their stock but not in the shop. It would have taken over 2 days. Sincere gratitude to Sachin and the whole team. The finance team was swift and accurate with their explanations and kinda friendly. They brought my laptop the same day to my home despite every bad weather. It was the best experience with them. Customer support 10/10 Fare prize- one you would get online - 10/10 totally recommended... MyG hype is worth it!!!

    Actually they dont deserve even this one star.I bought a acer laptop the previous month and i am suffering a lot bcz of it the system always shows issue with network adapter and when i asked for help to the executive he is not even giving reply or helping me to resolve the issue.The free antivirus that they provided is also not working.Really disatisified with the service offered by MYG. WONT SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO THIS SHOP. THERE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY AT ITS WORST.

    We bought an ac in march first week and firstly they delayed for fitting and also every ac showrooms gives free installation instead they charged ₹700 as installation charge. With a three day waiting. And another main compliant was we bought it for emi scheme. They proceeded and found signature is different. Then also customer has to suffer. We are running bajaj finance and my g to and fro. And no result found. If any problem is raised the company has to fix it. Don't trouble customers. The only mistake we have done is purchased ac from you

    I had a wonderful experience at the myG showroom, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by their salesperson Sachin bro. His attentiveness, product knowledge, and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable.     The last device i purchased from them failed and started to burn and giving out thick fumes, i had to depend on the customer support and store manager for help which was very unpleasent. We have a Garments store on a very busy street and we needed an A/C, we purchased from Kayamkulam Branch of MYG, the stabiliser they provided with the Air condition was of very poor quality (Initially they FORGOT to deliver the stabiliser along with the A/C as Promised) which was then delivered to the site. Coming to the Issue, yesterday the TOXEN Stabiliser while it was working and during the busy hours, it started making burst sounds and started throwing heavy fumes, thankfully we saw it ontime, and was able to shutdown the device quickly, Getting saved from this huge accident was just luck this time, we tried to get help from MYG immediatly but they responded very rudely and was un-welcoming, Finaly after a very long argument session, they agreed to replace the device but not immediately, since we have active shop and customers this is very unpleasent of them. Kindly DO NOT TRUST THEM if they tell you to install TOXEN/or any unknown stabiliser for that matter, once the device go bad they wont support you nor will they help you.

    I've been using my laptop for about 7 months now, and I have to say, it's been a great experience. The purchasing plan was just unexpected. It was so difficult for me to find a good laptop for an affordable price. My friend suggested me to approach MyG Kayamkulam and to be honest, a single conversation with the staff, Mr. Sachin helped me to resolve my problem and I decided not to wait longer. I purchased it on the day itself. He neatly explained me the plans, features, and also the service conditions. I'm cent percent satisfied with the customer dealing. It was really a good decision for me to approach MyG as my laptop handles everything I throw at it – from work tasks to streaming and gaming. The battery life is so impressive that I can go through a full day without worrying about plugging in. The screen is vibrant, and I appreciate the sleek design. Overall, I'm really pleased with this laptop and the customer service; it's proven to be a reliable and powerful device.

    Title: Extremely Disappointed with "MY G" Store's Product Quality and Customer Service I have been a loyal customer of the "MY G" store for a while now and have purchased multiple items from them. However, my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of their products and their customer service. Around two months ago, I purchased three air conditioning units and one of the units came with a stabilizer. Initially, I was happy with my purchases and the convenience they brought to my shop. Unfortunately, this satisfaction was short-lived. Within two months, the stabilizer that came with one of the units started emitting smoke and even caught fire. I consider myself fortunate that I noticed this hazard in time and managed to turn it off before a major incident occurred. I immediately raised a complaint with the store's customer service, hoping for a swift resolution to this dangerous situation. To my surprise, it took them a full two days to replace the faulty stabilizer, despite my escalating the matter due to the urgent nature of the issue. However, the story doesn't end there. Just four days ago, the replacement stabilizer they provided exhibited the same dangerous behavior – producing smoke and risking a fire hazard. Once again, I acted swiftly to prevent a disaster. Since this latest incident, I have been tirelessly attempting to get a proper response and resolution from the store. I've made multiple calls, but unfortunately, I haven't received a concerned callback or any satisfactory explanation for the recurring issue. This is unacceptable, especially considering my loyalty to the store and the potential dangers associated with their products. As a result of these ongoing problems, my shop has been without air conditioning for the past four days during scorching heat outside. The lack of responsiveness from "MY G" store has added to my frustration and disappointment. I had considered myself a loyal customer, but this series of events has left me questioning my decision to shop at "MY G" ever again. It's truly disheartening to see a store I trusted compromise both product quality and customer service in such a significant way. I urge anyone considering shopping at "MY G" to think twice before making a purchase, as my experience has shown that their products may not be reliable and their customer service falls short of expectations.

    Had a great experience buying tv from MyG. Arun was the sales representative for us and he explained everything well. Even though the technicians had left, Arun himself delivered the TV on the same evening and did the initial setup for us.     We bought a tv recently after seeing there attractive ads in the newspaper.There was no such offers mentioned for majority of brands and customer service was not good,people there dont know much about the specs.They tried to sell old stock products,which had multiple complaints at a higher costs than other online/ branded stores.We asked for a replacement and the they asked to bring the product at our own expenses and there is long period of delay even after buying a new product,no one came for the installation even after many days.

    Very worst experience I’ve ever faced from a showroom like this. We bought 2 AC’s from MyG Kayamkulam showroom and it taken 3 days to deliver and now its the 4th day and still they havent sent anyone to install it. They are giving silly reasons while asking for the installation. Also they said while buying , for installation it will charge Rs 1250 each and now they asking some 4000rs for both. Such an unsatisfactory customer service i ever had in my life. I willnot prefer this shop to anyone in the future at any cost.

    They give immediate attention to all the customers. But even then they have to be little more faster in dealing with customers and also billing should be little more faster. Regarding prices, ( the most important factor) not much differences are given.Or in other words prices of items are almost equal to other shops.

    Very Bad Mobiles service, Don't give mobiles for the repairs in this shop, because there is no technical team, there is only one or two guys who are burdened with heavy repair work and this shop is only conducting an illegitimate policy on nabbing costumers with publishing offers which only include selling of costly products and also make us buy their protection plan which is of no use as there is no technical skilled team to provide hardware support, they are handling the service and sale in a worst way and mostly they falsely encourage customers to buy higher spec products for their own gains. Note that this review is specifically for the kayamkulam myg shop
