While taking the ticket to meet the doctor and while waiting for the doctor, you cannot take your pet with you. They ask you to tie your pet outside and wait in the line inside. If you have baby animals or an injured animal you need someone to help you with your pet while you are waiting for the doctor or taking the ticket etc. Also, the day I went was a big waiting line for the doctor. Apparently, the doctor was inside the clinic but was taking his/her own time to attend to people.

Good doctors, but it's the best place to spread diseases to animals due to limited facilities.. Only one table avaliable for patients and the table is not cleaned after each animals visit. High chances to spread virus. What can we do if the Doctors are good but everything else is bad?

Worst hospital ever, animals are treated weirdly. Rude behavior of staff's and doctor. It caused death to my dog due to their worst hospitality. They don't have patience and it can't be considered as an hospital. Such a worst experience.

I am ashamed of giving even one Star. When we reached,there was a doctor called Daniel available in the hospital along with his assistant (am not sure if he is having some voice or energy in him) and he was acting very strange. Doctor Daniel didn't even bother to talk to us properly or check the puppies to see what happened he took his own time to write the prescriptions and then he asked very arrogantly to us to go and get the medicine from outside shop and when we got the medicine he was not even having some humanity to handle the puppies in a gentle way. when we asked him what we have to feed and why the drip was not given to the puppy he jumped on me and said " you don't teach me " and he was jumping and telling take the drip also with you.

I thought of going there but looking through the reviews now I'm scared to take my pet there. She is precious to me. I suggest personal responsible for this hospital to make sure staff and doctors are good or else people like us who loves their pet and select hospital based on reviews will never ever come there.

Not at all recommended. Mercy kill is the best option instead of going there.

Worst staff.... animals behave way better than the staffs working here.... do not ever come here with your pets for anything...

There is no option for giving 0 star.If it has this hospital just earns it.I am not blaming all of the doctors there,There are few good doctors too,But this hospitals infrastructure is too bad as there is a high chance for our pets to get infected.They did not allow us to enter the hospital so the inside area should not get affected,but what about the others standing in outside they dont even bother clear,It is pure luck if ur pet doesnt get infected,And the rude behaviour of staffs is extra ordinary,There is an arrogant male doctor i dont know his name ,but he dont belongs any where near the hospital(his behaviour says it all,when we asks doubts he kept saying that 'do what ever he said or get out with your dog) I didnt met this kind of rude behaviour from a doctor in my life time.I hope he dies soon so the pets get better treatement,Any random dude will be better than him cos he is the worst,Right now i am just wondering how this hospital get 2 star review.I think d staffs rates 5 star to this hospital.

Best service we got from here . All basic facilities are available here including ultrasound scans , blood and sample tests for different viruses and parasites in dogs and cat. As a breeder and Canine specialist I was overwhelmed to see a Veterinarian , Dr Divya here is very experienced in canine treatment.

Worst experience from attender side..From 2 hrs Doctor Sujith was not there in hospital.people in hospital are behaving very rudely.they are not doing service properly

Most of the doctors in this hospital is good. But there is no facilities to treat your pets well even this is the nearby vet hospital in this area. There is no lab facilities no x-ray facilities, for all these we need to go to a private laboratory which will collect samples by last few working hrs.And another thing is that even the gloves should be purchased by us from outside stores. Attitude of staffs are rude but not the doctors.

Good hospital n staff. Head doc n junior doctors r all efficient, co-operative n most importantly caring. Very good service, sub-staff n compounders were well-behaved n good at their work. A bit more of cleanliness is required though.

I've never ever seen such a hospital. Animals are considered in weird manner. They don't have any intention to cure the Animals. Doctors don't have enough time to look the animals. Such a sad experience to be there.
