A place where yoga and other practices can be taught in a proper and effective manner

I had been learning yoga here for long. Recently I joined kalaripayattu training three months ago as suggested by ashokan gurukkal. It has really helped me to correct my posture and flexibility as I work with computer sitting idle for long. They offer massage treatment which is really helpful to treat swellings and ligaments, marma treatments. I would recommend everyone from kids to old age. Will feel the difference after a week for yourself!!!
