It's a nice building. We went here for interview in ameex company. Some of my friends got selected and doing there job in this tower. Nice view from the top.

The building construction was not completed now 12/Aug/2017. No proper security systems. Anybody can come and park their vehicles here. Any unknown persons can enter in any floor of the building without any id card.

An IT park located at Kandanchavadi just behind OMR Road. It Contains 9 Floors with Full of Corporate offices and a Cafeteria. Ground floor is for reception and car parking and bike parking is located at underground... Good maintenance and Good parking spaces.

9 floors, 5 lifts, car parking and bike parking lot available. Easy for employees. Cafeteria is not much variety of shops and those available are economical. Working 24/7. Care on lift emergencies are appreciated. Area is present with many shops nearby.

A good business centre....reception ambiance good....receptionist dignified courteous and helpfull...security personnel too was courteous..elevators well maintained serviced and efficient...the cafeteria on level 5 is good neat and clean...housekeeping was good...food offered by outlets good...wash area adequate and large...had the capacity to handle large numbers...

A well connected place in OMR chennai via govt buses. Canteen with breakfast lunch snacks facility... a couple of IT, bpo and other companies have their office spaces in IIFL. Ameex, Codemantra, Cyence, Psiog Digital, Surgicom, Workafella to name a few..

Bpo and epub conpanies are there. Freshers can try here

Small IT park and I had chance to place a stall on festival season. Cafeteria will have limited food options for outsiders as they provide free food for employees.

Well located.. Good parking space.. Excellent location for IT. Except for the Lifts which are quite scary at times.

Have been working out of this building for a few years. It's well maintained and has access to all business services.

Nice location on the OMR road but very dirty. The building maintenance team don’t seem to be working at all. There are smelly stairs, cranky lifts.
