We ate at Frankie's again and I was not as pleased as the first time ☹

Nice place but the road construction is a nightmare.

Been here 10 years and their landscaping could be beautiful but the care of it is atrocious. I have requested them to tend to the corner of Sky Creek Crossing and Sundance Creek for a year now.

Nice neighborhoods and nice shops and stores nearby Walmart in Kroger shopping center when I exit down lot of restaurants up and down 1463 and the Walmart area and in the Kroger shopping center Areas

Cross Creek Ranch is beautiful. I love that the parks and trails are open to everyone not just owners of homes. Also very close to all the stores you need for shopping. If I could move here I would, just no homes for sale, hehe.

We love the community! Lots of green space!

Lot's of nail shops, hair salons, mattress stores. Just playing. It's a great little shopping hub. Always clean. Great landscaping. Friendly people.

Good selection of eats and treats

It's the top choice for many realtors to reside in this community including myself.

If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. Floral manager is soooo RUDE. When I asked for the price range of corsages, I was told they are not taking orders. Did not even bother to find out when I needed it. When I asked why their not taking orders, I was told because of mother's day. I said " do you realize it's prom season her response was " kids should respect their mother's more and not run off to the beach on Sunday or whatever". I did not need it until Saturday the 17th. I chose to use this stores pharmacy because I could get there by cutting through the neighborhood, I will immediately transfer them to the big heb on spring green. Then I will have no reason to come here, thankfully. Your employees should know the store director's full name ,not just "David". I have always loved HEB but this location has real troubles. I'll stick to the BETTER HEB at Spring Green or shop at Kroger's. I will also be contacting "David" the store director.
