Sai palace happens to be one of the most beautiful place externally and the beautiful ambience. A very luxurious experience is in here. The food is too good, staffs, variety in the menu i loved it all. For soups I went with ROYAL SOUP, its too spicy but yes it was pretty good. For starters PRAWN KOLIVADA (must try) ANJAL TAWA FRY MUTTON PEPPER FRY CHICKEN SHOLAY KABAB MUTTON MATKA BIRYANI AND CHICKEN The best was BLACK WIDOW Loved the food here going back definitely!

This has to be listed among one of the best hotels in Mangalore. The food, the ambience and the service was really outstanding. And the icing on the cake was the precautions taken against Covid which made us feel truly at home.

Place looks neat and grand. Food available at reasonable prices. Try the veg and non veg platter! Especially the non veg,it's really delicious. For dessert, I would recommend Caramel Custurd,it's too good!

Too much crowded, badly managed. We were here for the dinner. The person who took the name and number of people did not even ask us if we dine in to AC or non AC. When he called us, he is rudely telling us that we should have mentioned that we want AC dine in. Very unprofessional.

Neat clean rooms. Good customer service. Awesome food. Must try squid masala and burnt garlic fried rice. Strongly recommend.

Absolutely unprofessional staff at the reception, told us there's a 15 minute wait, every time adding another 15 and after a 45 minute wait they tell us that there's still waiting. If you can't manage, then let people know before hand so that they're not left stranded at 10:15 in the night
