My mother went to this hospital just for plaster cutting. The staff and nurses were so ill behaved and trained that they were cutting with grinder without putting support plate inside and when my mom complained that she is feeling the sparks in her leg then they were laughing and continued doing so. She had to scold them to stop this. Now she has burn marks in her leg. Dont know much about doctors but support staff is too terrible

The hospital is good enough to operate minor operation. Doctors are not always available, nurses work 24x7. There is a small lab and pharmacy as well. It's near to the national highway 66 so easy to commute and the hospital is maintained well. OPD is not 24x7, They do first aid for minor accidents.

Wonderful hospital with full clean and neat..Dr. sathish will treat patients very calmly and respects every one....It will be very nice to talk to him....His response is very good...Needy persons can utilise the facility provided in the hospital....

Not recommended according to fee...Treatment is okay but it's very very costly to afford the doctors fee... Only for a minor crack, doctor fee was around 8-10k .... For one day..😶.. feels like they are exploiting the patient situation and charge such a huge fee.. always ask estimated fee before start procedure

If its emergency then its very difficult to reach because you have to head north first and take a u turn and again switch to service road and then the destination is reached there is no proper road to reach destination quickly .hospital is very good clean, hygiene and treats well

Bad Experience! Nurses do not bring medicines to patient. Instead they give a list for which you need to keep a person stationed with patient all the time to get medicines from the medical which is in Ground Floor. No proper Food Facility for Patients from Hospital Side. There's a canteen but it is not open round the clock. Staff is rude when it comes to Medi-Claim Payments. They tell you to pay first & leave coz they are lazy to do the follow-up with Medi-Claim people. Fr. Mullers is a much better option since staff there is very kind, helpful & they have a dedicated staff for Medi-Claims.

Very Good & Budget friendly Hospital in Surathkal area. We have 2 kids, both are born in this Hospital. Good for In-patient than Out-Patient (OPD) treatment. You can visit once and have the difference..

Good Hospital, Dr. Satish Shetty is a Good Doctor. Hospital staff and facilities are good.

Dr. Sumedh is a gem of a person, he is humble and well connected with his patients. My dad had admitted several times in their hospital due to age related illness and every time they have done their best to comfort him and to recovery him from his illness. The staff and nurses are professional and kind. God bless Dr. Sumedh and his entire team.

The Staff are very rude. I had taken me working factory labour for the X ray, After taking X ray they told report cant be given as the doctor is not available and don't know when is coming. You can call and come for the report. When I called next dayv, very rude they speaks in the call and no time to listen what I am saying. I taken him for this Padmavathi Hospital, thing that hospital people will more responsible, but I found the carelessness in hospital staff & receptionist are eating even I enquiring and no proper response. I request other people not to visit here & I feel very dangerous. Just for one X ray report how rudely they speaks and felt very bad from the behaviour of the staff.

On of the worst hospital they don't Even have the time to explain the medication when and how to be taken if it is so difficult for you all to tell why are you all running a hospital and a pharmacy where in you know to dispense the medications but not explain the why and for what is the use of the medications. it is your duty to so. I am shameful to hear this happen in a hospital. Making a business out of people's health
