The receptionist at the front desk or whatever her work is. The chubby lady with a very foul attitude. Shouldnt be working as a front liner here in this clinic. She doesnt know how to smile and help patients. Shouts a lot nd gets irritated when being asked a few questions. Most of the time she leaves her post and text alot during working hours. She dont want to be disturbed and shows unprofessionlism to the patients and her colleagues. She should be kicked out of this clinic.

The Drug test and laboratory staffs are very rude .The girl wih the long hair and the one with the short one. Even my co workers in the office who undergone their medical exams in this clinic experienced this.They even shout, roll eyes and speak without manners.

Napakapangit ng serbisyo sa clinic na ito! Madadala ka talagang bumalik. Una, mga staffs bastos,lalo na mga receptionists hindi magagalang sa pasyente, uunahin pa magchismisan at magtext bago ka asikasuhin.Nagsisigawan at tawanan.Napaka unprofessional nila. Pangalawa, yung kahera na Elvira ang pangalan super sungit at sibangot ng mukha kahit nagbabayad ka naman sa serbisyo nila. Pangatlo, yung mga doctor na maghapon kang paghihintayin,never naging on-time sa appointment nila dito sa Cabuyao Medical Clinic. Kung may Zero star, yun ang nababagay na rating para sa kanila.
