    "Good day. This is from aventus Ayala North. We regret to inform you that due to conflict of schedule, IM-Endo doctor had cancelled clinic tomorrow, October 25 Thank you and God Bless." I'v been waiting for 1 week schedule, then Oct 24 they sent a notification that was cancelled. They cancel an appointment without valid reason or at least they can inform patients 5-7 days prior of cancelling the appointment.

    It's so so bad. I'm not going back. I went for my son's physical exam because I had documents to submit to my child's school. To check if my son could get a checkup, I had sent the form before I went there. But after all the expenses were paid, they said there is a test that they couldn't. I wasted my money and time

    Grateful ❤️ I came in after work as walk-in patient to address my sore throat discomfort. They need to make necessary precautions that's why I was asked some questions and initial scanning/tests to make sure it wasn't covid. Glad that they took good care of me after finding out that I had high BP that time which was unusual to my age. Their staff were polite and accomodating 🙌🏻. They made sure that my high BP was not a cause of me having less sleep so I had ECG monitor and automatic BP monitor for 24 hrs. I was seemlessly scheduled for laboratory test the next day. I received the results through email which was really really convenient. Transaction was smooth. I just gave them my health card and ID. Looking forward to my next visit 😊

    The first time we have done our APE for 3days.. They seems disorganized.Blood pressure was taken almost noon time after fasting and we were already dizzy..We need to beg to eat first before doing another test. Very frustrated. Even if you have an appointment you still need to wait for an hour or more to start the tests..

    Very bad and disrespectful nurses. Telling me cut off was at 4 PM but I arrived before 4, not after 4! Nurses are lazy workers, grumpy faces, stern faces. Could even shout and pointed at you. I will never ever come back. Only being assisted after I had to argue with the nurses. This is the very first time I have to experience this kind of service here in Manila and it was very very terrible.

    Very unsystematic in their process. Regular consultations are just inserted in between physical exam queue. The clinic was just a makeshift space covered in dividers outside the main door. The doctor seems to be in a hurry and did not even bother asking basic demographics for the medical certificate. Also, I was informed that I had to pay 150 for a medcert, but when I transacted in the cashier it was worth 200. Will never go back here.

    Generally their service is so slow.. if you're having your blood checked, forget it.. you'll overfast! They don't have proper system. So many customers are already complaining. Incompetent staff, send like they don't know how to do their job.

    Waited for more than an hour just to get registered for my annual exam. Very inefficient system in place.
