I have reserved 3 bedroom condo. It's clean. When we arrived to our unit this is what I found in the side balcony ( cigarette buds and rugs) I attached a picture. I thought I have some kind of a view of the ocean and when I opened the drapes this is what I saw. The air-conditioned in the living room is making a loud squeaky noise on the 2nd day of our stay. The bedrooms do not have comforters, linens are terrible, do not have toiletries in the bathrooms. The owner of the unit gave us a heads up that we have to bring our own. I have spend so much for this place and I think it's not worth it! I called the caretaker because we have encountered some appliances issue, she didn't have a customer service etiquette!!! It was terrible! The sink in the kitchen was clogged! My cousin have used his palm to pump the sink... It worked though but my goodness the place is not well maintained. Paint are peeling, refrigerator are rusty. I'm not going back to this place. It's over rated! it's only nice on the pictures!!!! Too far from stores and town proper. It was "okay" experience I should say.

Cons There's few places to eat around this area. At Pico restaurant, there isn't enough tables to seat 5 people. Waiting time is 9 families, as much as 1.5 hours of waiting time estimated. You're left with take out about 40 minutes waiting time or you can go outside the club. 5km is the nearest fast food chain and a few decent casual dining chains. See the rooms first before you pay. Check for clean sheets and if the bed accommodation are as advertised. Advertisement for us was misleading. 2 normal queen bed and sofa bed in the ad was actually only 1 queen bed with a double that can be pulled from underneath plus the sofa bed . Double can only fit 1 adult comfortably and queen 2 adults. When checking out. It's a good idea to pull out the bed sheets onto the floor so it cannot be reused for the next guest. Caretakers have to put new ones. Sewage treatment odor when walking at certain paths near the lake. They don't have enough trolley going around. Only 1 very small convenience store in the compound. Nearest grocery store is 5km away. Found 2 random toothbrush in the toothbrush cup in the bathroom. We weren't sure if these are for the new guests they weren't packaged and sealed. Dishes were oily. Download speed is abysmal less than 1 Mbps. Upload speed is good at 18Mbps. No guests soaps. No laundry service. No laundry machine in the Unit. TV is cable only and resolution is like 720p for a large screen. Shows pixelized! Hallways lights are not all lit up. It's somewhat dim. Be careful not to trip. Some Cracked and loose tiles and uneven hallway floor. Pillow is not good. It's on the harder side. I'm used to memory foam. I've seen much worse but 400 USD per room for 3 nights and ₱1200 registration fee for unaccompanied guests per adult, we expected better. Pros... Staff were helpful and friendly and other guests are mindful. No outside noise. Landscape and plants are maintained. No interruption in water eletricty. Working elevators. Air-conditioned. Split type is a bit louder compared to other split types I've experienced. Decent security. With balcony and seats. Ambience is okay. Plenty of pillows. Food is okay and menu offering isn't big but isn't small either. Plenty of parking. Drivers quarters with their own canteen. Bed space. Less than 5 minute drive away. Can't comment yet on the activities but transactions are cashless. Except for the registration And their tiny convenience store they accept cash. We stayed at Carola

Hotel.com予約にて、Hamilo corst cond unit Calona A509 room /p10000にて一泊しましたが、部屋が掃除されてなくシーツも枕カバーも汚く、ボディーソープ&ハンドソープなどもボトル底から5mmほどしかなくサービス悪さにびっくりしました。 あと掃除がされてないからか、やたらクモが多く1才の息子が咬まれて、腕が腫れてしまいました... 家族連れの方はやめた方がよいかと。 上記の内容より、コンドミニアムは宿泊しない方がよいかと... チェックアウトの際にレセプション女性に伝えたら、コンドミニアムユニットのオーナーがhotelとして貸出ししているので、私達は責任有りませんと有り。 宿泊は、pico de loro sands hotelをお勧めしますと教えてくれました。 宿泊探している方の参考になれば、幸いです。 プールとラグーンを囲んで、コンドミニアムとHotelがあり、プール環境は綺麗でメンテナンスが良いので子供連れにも大丈夫かと。コンドミニアムが汚かったので残念です。

No wifi and no warm water in one of bathrooms as socket was broken. Kitchen utensils must be rinsed with hot water.

Great location, but could use a deep cleaning

It is a secluded place that is peaceful.
