Went here with a friend who had a 1PM appointment. They made us wait for the reason that the doctor hasn’t arrived yet. By 1:30PM, they told us that the doctor is apparently there BUT they had to bump us off because they are PRIORITIZING THE OWNER FIRST BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT THAT THEY CONFIRMED. For a brand that markets themselves as having “malasakit” and “for the women”, you guys had delivered the EXACT opposite. They are also UNRESPONSIVE to queries beforehand when being asked what to prepare for the procedure. VERY FRUSTRATING, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOT RECOMMENDED. Wanna waste your time, effort and money? Yeah go ahead, book here.

Their after-sales service is terrible. You can only contact them via email. Even if you go to their front desk clinic to ask, they will direct you to talk to the people by email. But you do not get a reply (apart from an auto-response) as to your concerns even 3 days later. No phone number. No real human to talk to. No resolution to concerns. The worst part about it is that everything is already paid! They take your hard-earned money for granted without anything to come by. At this point, I just want a refund. But it seems there's no hope to that either. They attract you with ads, pretty social media posts and promos just to leave you hanging in the dust.

OBGYNs are usually quite intimidating but Kindred changed the whole experience for me. Everyone was so nice and attentive to your needs and comfort. The doctor made sure that all of my questions were answered and even broke down all my options for me to make a better decision on what contraceptive to use. I ended up getting an implant and I really appreciated how nurse Moon offered to hold my hand as I was getting the procedure done. Highly recommend this clinic to all the ladies out there! 💜

I accompanied my partner as she got her HPV vaccine from Kindred. The clinic was so aesthetic and very soothing. The transaction was very smooth as well. We’ve availed other Kindred services since then as we were happy to be repeat customers.

My sisters and I got our HPV vaccines here and our experience was great! Location is accessible (vs. going to a hospital) and the nurses were very accommodating

I highly encourage all women to check this clinic out! I had an OBGYN consultation here and you are really getting your money's worth. Doc. Michelle was so kind and it felt like talking to a friend because she made the space a safe zone. I'll be going back for a follow-up because of how comfortable they made me feel. Thanks, Kindred :)) I'll definitely also consider getting my vaccines here as well.

I couldn't have asked for a more efficient day with my two appointments! I had both my HPV vaccine (first dose) + OBGYN consultation. With my vaccine, the nurse was so kind and detail-oriented. I was even given a vaccine card and briefed on the vaccine itself. For my OBGYN consultation, all my nerves were calmed by my OB. My OB, Doc. Michelle, was so comprehensive throughout the consultation. It was my first time going to the OB, but Doc. Michelle made the experience less terrifying - I really felt like Kindred gave me a safe space because she answered all my questions with an open-mind, free of judgement. I highly recommend Kindred for my fellow women <3

Everyone is so nice in Kindred. I got my lab results almost immediately. Their services are pretty affordable too. I wish they could open new locations as well for accessibility.

Did three online consultation with them around May. 1. Nutrition 2. Psychiatrist 3. Dermatology I never went back again for follow up consultations because I’m not satisfied with the Doctors. Especially with the psychiatrist, she kept cutting me off and made me feel not heard at all when I was straight up telling her about my symptoms. Plus she required for me to bring along a guardian/parent for our next session in which I am not comfortable, she didn’t even asked for my consent in the first place if I would be fine with it. I am already an adult. Meanwhile, the dermatologist built skin care routine and it was weird because there’s glycolic acid as a facial wash plus retinoid with no moisturiser??? It’s literally written on the website of the product to not use adapalene and glycolic acid at the same time. On the other hand, I didn’t gain anything from my consultation with a nutritionist.

Want a check up? Be sure you can wait a week or two. When you book on their website, they’ll just be getting your money. The scheduling takes a whole new stress level. Won’t recommend it for anyone valuing their time.
