My father was cremated here on Sept 28 after battling in the front lines as a doctor. They told us that they will call us when the body will be placed in the furnace but after 5 or 6 hours of waiting we doubled check with their sales personnel and told us that my father was already under cooldown for a few hours already. We gave no meaning this and picked an urn which they said "Every urn will fit the ash the only difference was the design". We then picked an urn to be engraved with our father's name and was told to finish all the paperwork before we can take him home. Sept 29 we returned back to the crematorium with all the paper works and watch in dismay the ash of our father being forced down the urn and not fitting. The sales personnel didn't talk to us about this nor even say sorry. Being shunned and ignored by them my brother went and asked for their superior and handled the issue by saying that "We will let you borrow an urn so you can take your father home and then we will engrave another for his permanent home for no extra fee since it was our fault." nothing we can do but to accept it so we can take our father home. We had our pasiyam tribute to our father with friend and family then after 14 days has past since his death (mandatory quarantine period). My brother called this crematorium stating that we will be picking up our father's engraved urn but the said "There was no agreement that it will be free and you need to pay an extra 1800 php for the urn". I do not want to curse but this crematorium just disrespected my father's death and caused us unnecessary stress in the process when we are grieving . No one wants to see their love ones being treated like this. You guys have no shame treating a fallen hero like this. If anyone can read this and was planning to put your beloved to rest here. I am giving you guys a heads up. DO NOT PICK THIS CREMATORIUM unless you want to deal with their insolence. Note: we all have evidences with videos and statements to support this review.

You would think they know better dahil pumasok sila sa business to assist and support people who are mourning. Unfortunately this place and business has no consideration for families. Dapat Zero star ang rating sa ugali ng management na to.

While my uncle's cremation was ongoing, their staff was wildly laughing out loud. When we demanded to talk to the 5 staff who were very disrespectful, the manager was hiding them and presenting staff who were not involved at all. And their billing lady, she'll do anything to impose whatever penalty she can. Staff here have cheap or maybe no conscience at all. Try to avoid this place. Many other better crematoriums.

Evergreen should change its name to EVERGRIEF. One word NOT to describe Evergreen is this: Compassionate. You are offering funeral services, services, not just facilities.. you should give compassion, assistance, guidance and help to make it easy for those bereaving to bereave. Hindi lang po facilities, you are also lending your self to us, in the meantime while we mourn. Ms Marianne Nunez and the staff have made us feel like beggars always begging for assistance, and Evergreen guards always saying ask her, ask the boss... Kelangan pa namin makipag haggle sa LAHAT ng requests namin. And we didn't ONE BIT feel that she or the management felt sorry for us. Ms Marianne made us feel like we didn't pay 200k for the service. Sobrang sungit, akala mo hindi kame client, kundi nanghihingi ng freebie. We are at a loss here, we just lost a loved one, the last thing we want is someone being ANGRY or DISMISSIVE. And sinisigawan ang staff. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Hindi po ito concert arena, na high traffic or stressful facility like the hospital or mall.. Funeral chapel po, and I know she's stressed, but so are we! We felt so depressed even more! We can't give our love one a proper funeral service. Thanks Evergreen.

It has a crematorium inside. Several rooms are available for interment. It is spacious enough. It has parking space inside, along the roads. The place is very accessible because it is along the highway and there are tricycles available for rides going to and from this place. There are joggers in this place early in the morning every day.

We just got home and were very disappointed with this place, we were told by the not-very-nice guard that the place closes at 6 pm which is not true, it shows that you're open 24/7!!! Please change or clarify the time and schedule here online so people would know when they need to come and visit!

My grandmother was cremated on May 10,2020 at Evergreen. We were asked to pay an extra 25k as a bond which made us questioned what is that for since we've already paid the full amount due. The answer was it will be refunded in full upon our presentation of the death certificate regardless of how long it takes. No verbal explanation nor contract of the agreement was ever signed to prove that 7,500 will be deducted because it's long past due. We don't take it for granted and you know very well the situation this time of pandemic thus the late death registration. What kind of management Evergreen's is running? Does the late claim of 25k ever damage Evergreen's operation? That amount is intended for the burial of my grandmother. Just a little consideration is all we're asking.

The park itself is open for public (for biking, jogging, etc.) but there are guards on duty on all gates. They offer pay parking (knowing Pasig with limited space for garage for car owners) Spacious and well maintained. Accessible to establishments - police post in front, 711 before entrance and church just across it. I can't comment about their services, though since I went there just to bike.

While attending the last mass before cremation, the chapel was full, and some us guests were aΔΊready at the Hallway. Management kept insisting that the door be closed at all time even if mass & eulogy was on-going even the guest outside wanted to listen. You'd think the people in this industry would be more compassionate and accommodating.

5 out of 5 for their Wake and Crematory Services. We were lucky to use a part of the new (or 2 year old) extension chapel. Very clean and comfortable. The viewing room felt like a hotel when my family and I were the only ones around. The staff were also attentive and helpful, especially when it comes to cleaning the room. The cremation process was also fast, despite the staff telling us that it would take more than 2 hours. Th overall experience was solemn, peaceful and memorable. 2 out of 5 during the Halloween Season. You have to pay an "entrance fee" if you have a vehicle you want to just drop off a passenger. The lack of comfortable amenities, which includes parking and proper comfort rooms is also unnerving. Although the place is generally peaceful and the people are considerate of others.

been here when we went to the wake of a friend. the viewing room is of average size. has a separate room for staying relatives with an adjoining bathroom inside. the cemetery is small but we saw people jogging and walking around. guess this was the norm nowadays.

(Translated by Google) This is where my dearest father and relatives are buried. All the graves are kind and at the office they are easy to talk to and care about .... when the dead are super crowded .... (Original) Dito naka libing ang pinaka mamahal kong tatay at mga kamag anak.mababait ang lahat ng stuff ng puntod at sa upisina madali silang kausap at maasikaso....pag araw ng patay super dami ang tao....

My mother had a sudden death and we all flew in to the Philippines without carrying any cash just cards. Due to international bank online restrictions and time of transfer from overseas to PH, its takes 3days for money to be credited. Evergreen is very disappointing that they won’t even let us use credit card or check and wait a little bit. It’s a company that makes so much money and the little thing they could do after charging us 590k is be a little considerate. This facility only accepts CASH or Bank transfer same day credit. People, I suggest you find another funeral home. I’m disgusted by this company!
