disappointing
experience
with
your
store.
I
ordered
refillable
drink,
lasagna
and
an
18
inch
pizza.
recap
done,
no
offers,
no
advise
how
many
minutes.
Usual
dining
SOP,
drinks
first,
my
partner
didnt
order
drinks
so
they
gave
her
water,
but
didnt
bring
my
refillable
drink,
i
have
to
mention
it
to
the
waiter
so

can
bring
it.
I
was
expecting
for
my

drink
to
be
refilled.
I
checked
for
available
waiter
but
there
was
not.
So
i
stood
up
went
to
the
bar
and
asked
for
the
drink
to
be
refilled.
They
offered
to
bring

the
drink
back
on
the
table.
Whats
the
point?
Im

there.
There

3
waiters
at
that
time.
and
around

or
6
tables
with
guests.

was

table
after

we

at

slow
pace,
the
pizza
isnt
there
yet
so
i
asked
the
lady
in

uniform,
whats
taking
so
long.
she
said
their
SOP
is

pizza
should
be
there
im
not
sure
if
she
said
15
to
20
or

to
25
mins
after.
but
the
pizza
came
30
mins
after.

everything
should
be
in
the

i
have
to
keep
standing
up
for
my
drink
to
be
refilled.
the
lady
who
i
talked
to
isnt
apologetic
at
all,
she
just
explained
what
their
sop
is,
so
as
the
guy
with
the
same
collared
shirt.
I
actually
asked
the
guy
in
collared
shirt
to
sit
down,
but
for
some
reason
hindi
pa
kami
tapos
magusap
he
stood
up
like
he
is
in
a
hurry.
wether
he
is
not
in
a
hurry
or
is
in
a
hurry
he
shouldnt
do
that.
The
experience
is
a
complete
disaster,
im
a
fan
of
your
product.
but
after
that.,,,
ill
just
go
somewhere
else
because
of
that
experience.
im
not
looking
for
compensation,
its
too
late.
do
not
even
think
of
offering
food.

way,
hindi
sila
nagbigay
ng
resibo
sakin.
They
just
gave
me
the
receipt

charging
my
card.

to
the
