The coach would really motivate you! Plus the staff are really friendly. I love the ambiance of the gym. It's not too exausting. Nice equipments! :)

Highly recommend. Instructor Dexter is very accomodating and is an effective instructor. Place is huge. There is a place for zumba taekwando and gym.
