This is my home branch. Before signing up, staff (girls) are friendly until now naman. But this is the ugliest and stinkiest branch of AF I know. Initially l'm letting little things slide but from the day I joined this branch all the experience I've encountered are not so good. Members Some members are not friendly compared to other AF branch. Staff Front desk Admins are friendly Coaches Not all are approachable (some are not motivately fit to the role) I understand they need to make a sale but I cant help but compare them to other AF branch where all staff are friendly and understanding. I forgot my training shoes probably twice. One is from this branch, I got offended by the approach of one of the coach which made me feel insecure to go back in this branch. It made me really feel not welcome. I am using machines that time and not even attempting to use anything that would injure me since I understand the risk. It's just approach is not so good experience to me. "sir, wala ba kayong shoes? bawal kasi ang wala" end of convo. It's as if "get out wala kang sapatos" that feeling. Equipments Outdated and majority of the equipments are stinky, from rusting dumbells to smelly old leather made equipments. You can check and verify 😉 Overall, I rated 1/5 maybe because of the friendly front desk staff(girls), should be 0/5. But I think this branch deserves an overall renovation including some of the coaches else this should be closed. This is the first time I got emotionally motivated to put a honest review with my personal experience. I highly recommend AF in evia and robertson if you are from Bacoor cavite. I never experienced feeling insecure as staff and coaches there are helful and welcoming.

Equipment needs to be updated. Dumbells are rusty with the rubber bits completely torn off exposing the metal. Gym gets really crowded even during or after lunch which is why I always visit as early as 4am. If you've been to other AF branches, you'll instantly notice the difference. Hopefully admin takes action because non-AF gyms are also leveling up along Molino Blvd as well

Love it there. Coached and staff are friendly

Like any AFs, it's homey and complete. The PTs are supportive enough. They have group classes ranging from Zumba to Yoga. The best part is that it's open for 24 hours for members. It gets crowded early in the evening, from 5pm to 9pm.

Friendly people wide and clean area to do fitness.

Loved it

Dirty toilets, sometimes no tissue and handsoap in the bathrooms, equipment and trainers and subpar, expensive rate. Trainers look at you with disgust and speak behind your back. I was here for 6 months; I had to finish my membership to avoid the cancellation fee.

2nd home need renovation

Customer service is at its finest. They welcome criticism and suggestions professionally. Aside from some damaged dumbbells and leaks. Overall, the facility is clean and repairs on machines are quick. A membership is still worth it. 9/10.

Complete equipment, showers, cold drinking water, free scheduled classes, etc.
