Not complete and too far too south from the metro area BIR experience is also not good due to the long line and no consideration on the requirements for proof of address for rdo transfer where they do not accept bank statements under my name on the same address for 6 years and what they wanted was a baranggay clearance that i got just by going to the baranggay hall of my address wiyhout any other verification the process does not have any common sense and no consideration i think BIR is doing a very lousy job!!

Great mall to visit, not as big as the other malls but it has a good selection of shops and it has a church called CCF upstairs

I love the 167 shop here. The items are neatly stacked and the staff are accommodating and friendly.

BIR Kawit is located inside this mall, so peaceful, relaxing and clean.

It's a good place to stop over for a quite ride and eat your snacks in different fast foods.

Good stores except for parking mejo crowded na sya.

My fave fastfood after my every clinic visit. Burger King is perfectly located right infront of HiPrecision Diagnostics along the busy Centennial Highway. I had to fill-up after fasting for my blood sugar tests. Burger King is just the right place for me as they've got my favorite vegetarian burger perfect for my diet. I also love the cozy atmosphere of the store and the friendliness of their staff.

If you are looking for BIR its inside this mall. It has several stalls and shops available Abenson, Japan Centre, Mang inasal, 167, Chowking, Mercury Drug, Red Ribbon.

Even though the mall is not that big compared to other malls, I can say that it has all the basic and important establishments that a simple person needs.

I guess parking is always hard here perhaps because of the many clients who have businesses with the B.I.R. office apart from the restaurants "Mang Inasal" and CHowkiNG.

Bir staff I talked to was very courteous.patient on listening to the issues I raised

Place is good but need some attention for renovation as the internal area is not looking good due to cracked tiles and etc.

Just right to meet your needs. Inside is gloomy and might not worth it to stay inside for long.

BIR is here. This is essential to our business. The shops here are a great help to our needs.

Accessible to commuting public. Mercury Brand and Abenson is a good plus factor to the mall.

There are more convenient to drop by cause they a famous drugstore and food chains too!

Lokal Mall is a good place to go since they are not too crowded and you can get your grocery, meds and fast food cravings all in one place. Finding parking can be difficult though.

If ur fr the south and around kawit-noveleta-cavite city area, Lokal is ur one-stop, less complicated and not so crowded place where u can dine fast (mang inasal, chowking, Kuya Js), have medical checkups (HiPrecision), do BIR transactions, and most of all get home and personal stuff divisoria rate (167). Most of all, 167 is my quick go-to place whenever I need kitchen or lighting stuff, gardening, home display, cleaning materials, sch supplies, and the like, and at the most affordable prices.

Definitely a mall for utility not for leisure.

Though the mall itslef will open not until 11am, the Security Guards were assisting the customers of BIR very nicely

A poor excuse for a mall, it is badly presented with little parking and hard to access or egress from the highway depending on the direction. Inside although this Nall is fairly recent it looks tired and lacks investment.

This is not a big mall but it can meet most people's needs.

The more notable places here are Mercury Drug, BDO and Hi-Precision. There's also the Japan Home for unique finds. Parking can be a challenge during peak hours. I prefer to do my grocery shopping somewhere else.

This has a lot of stuff from kitchen, to plumbing, to school supplies, to clothing.. For a very low price. They also gave a mini grocery not all grocery items are here though Lots of parking Inside.. ✔️there is Abenson Appliance Center ✔️Kuya J's ✔️Takoyaki ✔️Siomai King Outside.. ✔️Mercury Drug, ✔️Mc Donalds ✔️Japan Home

They have what we need - mercury drugstore, Mang Inasal, grocery/supermarket, daiso, imperial milk tea, McDonald's, high precision Laboratory, Christ Commission Fellowship, Chowking, BDO, and so on ... The parking is sometimes full, but it's best to go there during off peak hours. But there are parking boys to assist us. Comfy to hang out/stroll.

Been here to transact with BIR, found out that there's some good fastfood & resto to dine-in, but they would require your vaccination card.

Not so much stores inside. Grocery, Food and clinic. That's it.

It's really hard to park ur vehicle here

Poor management honestly. The mall needs lighting and cleaning.

If you will come here for any BIR Transactions, make sure to bring your own hand held fan because when we went there, it felt like the air-conditioning units are not working. You can visit the different stores within Lokal Mall, such as Japan Home Center or 167 Shopper's Mart, to feel cool and refreshed.

If you have business with the BIR which is located inside the mall, you can relax and have your lunch or snack or shop at the nearby restaurants and shops afterwards.

This mall has a Hi precision diagnostic clinic that can serve you in your medical needs.
