One of the most known mall since I was a kiddo. There is so much food choices. Attractions for kids now slowly reopening. Landmark extension provides more shopping choices. This is also a pet friendly mall. Also best for gadget and tech buys in the south. It has wide parking spaces in different locations beside the mall building. Very accissible from different routes. There's a lot more to see when you go here.

This mall is huge and most of the items can be found. Accessibility to and from the mall is relatively easy. This mall provide an elevated experience – whether it's retail, dining, entertainment, or social.

This Mall offers more than just shopping. Tucked away in the middle is a peaceful retreat – the River Park. Surrounded by greenery and streams, it's like stepping into a calm oasis. But that's not all. The mall has a unique vibe, reminiscent of a trendy Korean school. The mall also has a glass floor, mini train, and more to explore and shop/dine.

I always liked Festival Mall. I like how the development in the river area turned out, some parts of it used to be an old parking area back in early 2000s, it's become a better walkway with the view of the river and some greens where you can also sit and relax. I've grown loving this Mall since the time it opened up until now. Even before this Mall is a nice place. They have more shops now especially after they expanded and opened an extension going to Landmark.

Nice mall with awesome walkways. There are canals where fishes thrive. Would've been infinitely better if the water is cleaner and clearer. Location is also a bit of an issue if you are not from South Metro Manila.

Unique malling experience. Trip through skyway is worth it from metro manila. Though closing time is an hour earlier than most establishments, so it's advised to come here early to enjoy time being here. Great season to just relax around the riverside at the Water Garden, especially at night where performers soothes the mood.

This place is big and comparable to SM Megamall and SM Mall of Asia. It looks more luxurious however compared to the two when we talk about its outside appearance. On the other hand, compared to the two malls the festival mall is still small. But just like any other supermarkets you can buy all necessities in here. Additionally, the phone signal here is slow. I hope their management make something to solve this. Overall, this is a great place to visit. I definitely recommend.

This place has a lot to offer. Park, food stalls, shopping stores, pet needs, grooming, play house, rides like train although most of their rides are not yet available as of writing. It gets crowded but the good thing is it has an open space. Festival is connected to Landmark so you'll pretty much have a lot of option to choose from.

Indeed a Festive Mall. Nice place to dine and unwind or just chill with friends. But due to this pandemic some shops are still closed.

From Quezon City, I went here just to see my college friends. I was amazed with this supermall. Well maintained and if you are looking for something all shop is in one corner together depending on their category, it is an advantage for the shopper it save time and energy. But the most I notice in this place was the entertainment for the kids. There's a lot of choices here from carousell, train, VR, Ferris Wheel and so much more. Im sure your kids will enjoy if you bring theme here.

Is this a new mall!? A lot has changed since the last time I visited. For one, there's a new wing that looks and feels like you're out of the country. Unbelievable transformation! This can give Ayala Town Center a run for its money. When in Alabang...go for it!

It's a great, huge place to spend time with your love ones and friends, they have a variety of entertaining place, and restaurants, and the outside benches is a very great place to chill, yet it's hot outside, and also the food tents are now open; i usually come here, and i must say I'm never bored, but it's just that my feet will end up stopping because it doesn't really walk that much hahaha, and yea that's it, i hope you visit this mall, it has a huge landmark there, and most of your favourite fast food restaurants, and also it's a grat place to bring your kids, they have this train where you buy a ticket and ride it inside the mall, that's all, thank you for reading, have a good day <3

Well, what can I say about a mall? It is indeed a supermall. They have affordable stores like Mr. DIY, Watson's, Jollibee, McDo, the common franchises. High-end stores (at least, for me) are also present like Innisfree and Contis. BTW, I love the Christmas vibes. Indeed, a supermall to visit.

The mall is very big. If you need shops for apparel, hardware, furniture, fast food restaurant and many more. This is the great place to go to. Usually gets crowded, parking space is large but also gets crowded.

Due to the situation today less people were strolling at the park and inside the mall that's why you would be safe to roam around and buy your things and dine as well so many to choose from 😀

Its a supermall in the south. Its huge, its interconnected with other shops, big parking spaces and hotels. A lot of interesting stores, restaurants, and children can play with kart or ride the indoor train. For commuters there is a hub where you can ride a van that will take you to the southern provinces of Laguna, Cavite, and Quezon.

After the lockdowns, it was great going back to this mall. Some stalls were no longer open, but some familiar ones remained. And it was great to see some new ones getting ready to open, specially at the expansion side. It's iconic carousel and train station were still there. They opened at 11AM 🕚 though. I noticed, at the carousel, there's a crew disinfecting the rides after each turn. Kudos to them 👍👍. It was also good to see that the public comfort rooms were maintained properly and continuously cleaned even with the stream of shoppers coming in. From way back, our kids grew up at the Pixie Forest 🌳. It will be our grandchildren's turn next😄 😁. One tip: if you would need directions to anywhere in the mall, ask the security guards -- not the utility workers or even mall merchandisers. The guards have been trained for that too.

Not gonna lie, this mall has to be one of the best ones in Manila. The sheer size of this place is like two malls combined. The new out door park really is this place's greatest feature. I would highly recommend going there.

While other Malls has been hit by COVID-19 wherein most of the boutique and stalls have been closed, Festival Supermall seems not to be affected at all except for the food court area. Most of the stalls in the food court area are closed. The place is alive specially during weekends. At the entrance, you may noticed a line but it's because of the staysafe.ph qr code. The mall requires the use of staysafe.ph application prior to entry. Better download and install it ahead of time as most of the store inside also requires staysafe.ph application QR code results.

I am not happy to stroll and shop at Festival Mall, especially in the old building, because the air-conditioning units might be defective. It's possible they turned off the units of the 4th floor since all shops there were removed. The old cinema is closed and was transferred to the new wing. Temperature is warm and quite uncomfortable. U will easily perspire even when walking slowly. We tried going to the new wing, good thing it was a bit cold but we got exhausted quite easily. So, if they're renovating, management should ensure that the mall temperature is maintained at 18 degrees. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience today, and I don't plan to go back there anytime soon.

It can be easy to get lost in this sprawling mall complex with all the corridors, entrances and exits. But if you manage to familiarize yourself, navigating this supermall will be a breeze. Pretty much everything you'll ever need is under one roof. Department stores, supermarkets, apparel, gadgets, a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and everything in between. An eerie silence greeted me as a strolled through the promenade. The pandemic still limits people from moving about. But it's all open. Safety protocols are in place. Mall-goers can rest assured that they can shop safely. Not sure if dining in is allowed, though. Maybe to a certain extent.

During the epidemic, the mall is relatively large and not busy. The security inspections are meticulously carried out. There are several fast food and restaurant options. The issue is that several of the escalators on the way up are broken. Elevators are only available in the mall's central area. In the neighborhood, they have the best supermarket. Because traffic in the north of Manila is so awful these days, going to this mall is a welcome reprieve.

Festival Mall is alive again after the pandemic. The best part of me coming back to festival mall is the x-site, tom's world, the 2d? 3d? ride which can be improve, and the other rides they offer. Definitely coming to the festival mall.

This place was good, a huge place for shopping, dining and entertainment. You can buy a lot of products here from simple to expensive one, low to high end products. Even restaurants from expensive to low price and fast food they have ( from local to international store ), the problem is, it's too much crowded especially during weekends.

My favorite place! This became super big over the years talaga! Now with so many activities you can do! Last time we visited, we went to the garden area, there were decathlon tents that were pitched. Also there were stalls with so many food collections. May mga tables din for families to enjoy their food while lounging outside super fun!

One of the big mall to visit here at the South. There are lots of walking areas, food stalls and resto around the mall. The ambiance is also peaceful and nice with lots of trees and man-made water falls. The mall is usually busy at the weekends but you can find a lot of stuff by visiting in the area.

Coronavirus restrictions seems to have affected the atmosphere of this impressive spacious , multi floor shopping centre This Alabang shopping mall is surely a supermall For such a large shopping mall , I wasn’t impressed with the food court ... nevertheless there is a great selection of restaurants & cafes scattered all over , on different floors Disappointedly , but understandably the X-Site indoor amusement park & the indoor children’s mini train ... are both closed - due to coronavirus restrictions I really liked the gardens outside with all the palm trees Also there is the scenic water garden ... located outside between Festival & Landmark malls

Bro the place is too big, they have train dtations where you can try for, and a big carousel in the third floor. Prices are a little bit high so prepare Php 1000 or higher for average playing. Aside from the fun aspect, the place is a literal shopping mall where you can buy some stuffs. And at the center of it is a river that divides the territory of Landmark and Festival Mall, there is a eater garden besides so if you're finding a place in valentines and wants to be lovey-dovey with your girlfriend this is the awesome place, best to visit at night time at water garden.

This mall developed by Filinvest Corporation has been a mainstay shopping mall for more than two decades for people living in the southern portion of Metro Manila. Additional shops and stores and dining joints have popped up in the last few years as well. Festival Mall is very accessible to the public with more than ample parking space available for its patrons.

This is Probably 1 of the best Supermalls in the Philippines even through the world, this place is good for shopping, and you can even bring your pets here but it needs a pampers just in case, this place also has garden and a river! And even A Cart that will be located at the garden beside the waterpark 50Php for 10-15 minutes! Ride, and last but not least this place is good for couples for dating time! And they also offer live performance from the great but underrated Hidden gem artist and Singers and also the popular OPM bands can perform here , they also have theme parks!!! And not just it come and visit The Festival Mall! And feel the greatest moments and Joy with your Family, friends and love ones!

I like that this mall supports micro businesses as it always has mini bazaars not to mention having most of the major local and int'l clothing, sporting and personal care brands. It supports provincial manufacturers through the mainstay Filipino store. Everything a family needs I find here, not just for shopping but for physical activities like sports, game, amusement and relaxation. It has a huge park with greenery, pond & water falls This mall has the most elegant carousel I have ever seen in a mall. Goods sold are low to upper mid-priced.

  • 4/5 Kiel E. 3 years ago on Google
Wide mall. Tons of shops and a huge range of stores. Hell, there's even a indoor rollercoaster. (It's notorious for having an indoor theme park/arcade.). There's both high and low end sections of the overall complex but the cinema is rather... bad.

  • 4/5 Angela C. 10 months ago on Google
One can get lost in here, really. It's so huge and has several niches. Each area has a life (or none) of its own. Go one way and you have that cosmopolitan vibe and go another for a more subdued low-profile feels -- tiangge, cafeteria-style eateries and typical food courts from the 80s. Several common areas are "hot" as expected, those with empty shops and stalls but we happen to have dined in a resto with a temp so bad we practically melted! My LO fussed and we had to leave real fast. The management or the waiting staff didn't mention any ac problems but one could really feel it. Their retail space is expansive and has an excellent range. Their Pixie Forest play area is not so magical anymore but it still captures lots of kiddie hearts and kid-at-heart patrons. It no longer has that old "log jam-like" roller coaster and the Fun House (Illusions) is closed. The indoor playground is so old and lacks maintenance I wouldn't suggest it for young tots. The Tom's World on its exterior is THE fun arcade to go for while in here. Where the level of the Pixie Forest is are the children's shops like Carter's / Osk Kosh, Chicco, Mossimo Kids, Toys r' Us, etc. I have to mention that their Restrooms are clean and neat despite the volume of mallers in a day. I used the one beside Coco near the Admin Office and the ine near Watson's. Several CR's are dedicated to customers only while a number of them are for mall employees and staff too.

  • 5/5 Kristine Mae B. 11 months ago on Google
This place used to be inaccessible to commuters because you'll have to walk quite a distance before you reach the main entrance of the mall, then after quite some time, PUV's were allowed to pass by so it became accessible. Even before the expansion, the mall already has a variety of stores and restaurants. The mall has two supermarkets, two hardware stores and an indoor roller coaster. It's also a pet-friendly mall and there is a catholic chapel.

Festival Mall is my "go to place". They can cater to both budget friendly crowd and the ones who want to spend a bit more than the usual. The best thing about it for me is Victory Alabang. Since the church I attend to is inside the mall, I can attend the mass on Sundays then do our errands afterwards. 😊

Good afternoon po, This mall is very strict, a QR is required before entering the mall. A lot of entrances, parkings and spacious, people are following the health protocols, mostly elderly. The stores are aplenty, anything that you're looking for are here, from signature to local products and also a big supermarket. So why not shop there and relax, as I remember they had a colorful walkway and a nice coffee shops near. What more can I say in this superstore but raves and accolades. To the management and staff a job well done even under this pandemonic times. Stay safe everyone and observe the health protocols. God 🙏 bless us all. Mabalis
