Perfectly authentic Japanese restaurant.

The number of menu is very much so always can enjoy the new and different dish. And, preparation of the food in this restaurant is very careful and polite, for example the organs of fish for Yaki-zakana (roasted fish) is completely and cleanly removed so very easy to eat.

If you want authentic Japanese food in Cavite... then this is the place to go. You know its authentic as most of their frequent customers are Japanese. Being a frequent visitor to Japan, I can honestly that the food is not only authentic but good too.

It is very comfortable to stay . You feel just come back to your own home . Foods are nice . Staff are very friendly

Ambiance is very simple, but doesn't give much of a Japanese feel. Parking is very limited and all are Street parking. They also have a private meeting room for small occasions. They even have a small library of Japanese books and manga. Too bad there's no English version. Price is relatively ok for the food quality and serving size. Kani salad had way more crab meat compared to other restaurants. The Gyu Karunubi (Beef yakiniku rice bowl) was really good. Well seasoned beef, no need to dip to any sauce. Gyoza was really good. You just need to know how to create your own gyoza sauce, or ask help on how to do it. Chahan rice was really good, you can eat it as it is, good for two persons. I was a bit disappointed with the Ebi Tempura, the size and batter is not what I expected from an authentic Japanese restaurant. Taste was ordinary. Plus factor: They serve really good appetizer. Fried salmon, salmon skins. They also serve fruits and macha tea after your meal.

the waitress was very inefficient. she did not know the dishes and half of our orders wee not served although we were billed for it. fortunately the cashier corrected the billing. the disparity between foreign and local clientele has not yet changed and is still prevalent. locals still get treated as a second class customer. compared to the expats.

Authentic Japanese food! great service and the staff where all great including the secueity guard where so well trained.
